Manifest’s Simply Success collapses, The Latest Wave reboot
On May 16th BehindMLM reported Manifest was committing securities fraud via Simply Success.
Less than 24 hours later Simply Success was abandoned. Now Manifest’s securities fraud is going by The Latest Wave.
The Latest Wave’s website was quickly put together using WIX’s website builder.
Louis Skalski is presented as The Latest Wave’s founder:
The Latest Wave’s domain (“thelatestwave.co.uk”), was registered on November 9th, 2022.
That wasn’t when The Latest Wave launched though. Skalsi created The Latest Wave’s official Telegram group on May 16th:
While we know The Latest Wave wasn’t active till May 16th, the first post on its official Instagram profile is dated January 17th, 2023.
I’m thinking The Latest Wave might have been a planned fallback. Possibly an alternative company name that was dropped in favor of Simply Success? Who knows.
The Latest Wave reboot sees Manifest present different historical trading results to what was provided to consumers on Simply Success’ website:
Other than the use of WIX, the only other difference seems to be hiding mention of Manifest owner Jimmy Bennett’s Success Academy LTD UK shell company.
Simply Success’ website is still up. Its footer states:
Simply Success brand is owned and operated by Simply Success Academy Ltd registered at 2 Unicorn House St Pancras, Chichester, PO19 7SH, UK (Company number 13783790)

The provided UK company number on The Latest Wave’s website is that of Simply Success Academy LTD.
And, like Simply Success, there is of course no mention of Jimmy Bennett anywhere on The Latest Wave’s website.
On the regulatory front, The Latest Wave pitches annual passive returns of 220% to 286%.
This is through Manifest’s MLM opportunity.
Neither Manifest, Simply Success, The Latest Wave or owner Jimmy Bennett are registered to offer securities in any jurisdiction.
Update 10th February 2024 – BehindMLM published an updated Manifest review on February 9th, 2024.
On the 15th June Jimmy Bennett gave a group of female victims a tour of the manifest offices in Chichester.
Branding was Manifest and Simply Success in the offices.
I’ve seen nothing mentioned about the latest wave.
The tour was in the evening so nobody was working there. Just the usual signs as well as a few neon signs like “believe in yourself”
They’d covered some doors with fake foliage, including a fire exit.
It was so obvious it’s the usual rented space for the evening and signs put up.
I believe Jimmy flew straight back to Dubai.
My bad, he went to Greece.
member of simply success have a pamm account running through sapphire markets…. shows a balance of 8400 dollers which they take monthly fees from but you cant withdraw any funds what a scam.
