We Are All Satoshi & Boomerang Trade fraud warnings from NZ
We Are All Satoshi and Boomerang Trade have received fraud warnings from New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority (FMA).
In two published August 7th warnings, the FMA warns that We Are All Satoshi and Boomerang Trade are
not registered on the Financial Service Providers Register or authorised to provide any financial service to New Zealand residents.
This is the equivalent of a securities fraud warning in other jurisdictions.
In light of We Are All Satoshi and Boomerang Trade committing securities fraud, the FMA also
recommend[s] caution when dealing with … any individual or entity promoting [their] services or products.
We Are All Satoshi and Boomerang Trade are tied to serial fraudsters Samuel Lee and Shavez Ahmed Siddiqui (below).
Samuel Lee, aka Sam Lee and Xue Lee, is an Australian national and wanted fugitive. Siddiqui, aka Shavez Anwar and just “Shavez”, is an Indian national.
As part of efforts to continue defrauding consumers through various MLM crypto Ponzi schemes, both Lee and Siddiqui are hiding out in Dubai.
Lee’s scamming dates back to the origins of HyperTech Group, which he co-founded with accomplice-in-hiding Ryan Xu. Siddiqui has been scamming consumers since at least HyperFund.
One would think an indictment and multiple regulatory fraud warnings would be enough to kill off Lee’s and Siddiqui’s scamming, but both We Are All Satoshi and Boomerang Trade continue to defraud consumers.
Across uploaded videos and livestreams, Danny De Hek continues to document the latest from We Are All Satoshi and Boomerang Trade on YouTube.
Hat tip to Danny DeHek for the heads up on this one.
I don’t have time to cover every move Shavez and Lee make but De Hek continues to document their marketing efforts diligently. It’s a great resource if you’re wanting to know what the latest nonsense is out of the Lee/Shavez camp.
