Des Alpes securities fraud warning from Canada (QC)

Des Alpes has received a securities fraud warning from Quebec’s Autorite des Marches Financiers (AMF).
As per AMF’s September 19th Des Alpes fraud warning;
DesAlpes LLC is not registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and is not authorized to solicit investors in Québec.
In addition to Des Alpes’ own website, the AMF cites two additional related domains:
- gracedesalpes.ca – “The Grace Team” Des Alpes promoters, headed up by Yolene Gray, Pastor Noah and Armel Ndounkeu (aka “Coach Armel”)
- innitshop.com – Des Alpes branded ecommerce website
Des Alpes is an MLM crypto pyramid scheme run by founder and CEO Daniel Dalpe.
Alpes himself is based out of Quebec, with Des Alpes appearing to be primarily promoted to French-speaking Quebec residents.
