TuxAI securities fraud warning from Canada (ON)
TuxAI, aka Tuxtop, has received a securities fraud warning from the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).
As per OSC’s April 23rd TuxAI warning;
Tuxtop (aka Tuxai) … is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities.
If you have been approached by the individual or company above, contact us immediately. Please also contact us if you are approached by anyone who is not registered.
Offering unregistered securities violates Canadian financial laws (securities fraud).
TuxAI is a “click a button” app Ponzi scheme. The original TuxAI launched in 2024 and targeted consumers in Italy.
TuxAI first collapsed in or around October 2025. The domain OSC cites, “tuxtop.com”, has already been abandoned.
“Tuxtop.com” was recently re-registered on March 2nd, 2026. This coincides with new TuxTop social media profiles created on March 30th.
Other website domains associated with the TuxAI reboot are:
- tux-ai.xyz – privately registered on March 30th, 2026
- tux-ai.app – privately registered on April 8th, 2026
- tux-ai.shop – privately registered on March 30th, 2026
All of Tux AI’s current website domains were registered through Chinese registrar Aliyun (Alibaba).
MLM “click a button” app Ponzi schemes are run by Chinese scammers hiding in south-east Asia. BehindMLM has documented hundreds of the scams since they first emerged back in 2021.
