The Amega Global compensation plan primarily revolves around a binary organisation whilst paying out bonuses on specific levels of the binary.

There are seven commission payouts that can be earnt with the Amega compensation plan and they are each tied into business volume, the recruitment of new Amega Global associates, or both.

Business Volume (BV)

Amega Global’s compensation plan primarily revolves around associate ranks and business volume (BV).

Business volume is a numerical value attached to the wholesale purchase of Amega Global products by associates.

For example, let’s say Amega Global product X has a BV value of 100 attached to it. If you purchased product X to sell for retail, you just earned 100 personal BV and 100 BV towards your group BV (the BV generated by your entire organisation).

To qualify to participate in the Amega Global compensation plan, associates must maintain a monthly BV of 60. There are also various BV requirements to participate in specific components of the compensation plan which are explained as required.

The Amega Global Associate Ranks

Used in the later stages of the Amega Global compensation plan, the company ranks it’s associates depending on the total amount of recruits they bring into the company.

The ranking structure of the Amega compensation plan is as follows;

Diamond – 10 active associates on either side of your binary organisation with a 2 of those members having been personally sponsored.

Blue Diamond – 3 Diamonds on both arms of your binary organisation with 4 active associates (one must be a Diamond or higher) having been personally sponsored.

Black Diamond – 3 Blue Diamonds on both arms of your binary organisation with 6 active associates (one must be a Blue Diamond or higher) having been personally sponsored.

Diamond Director – 3 Black Diamonds on both arms of your binary organisation with 8 active associates (one must be a Black Diamond or higher) having been personally sponsored.

Diamond Ambassador – 3 Diamond Directors on both arms of your binary organisation with 10 active associates (one must be a Diamond Director or higher) having been personally sponsored.

Associate Director – 3 Diamond Ambassadors on both arms of your binary organisation with 12 active associates (one must be a Diamond Ambassador or higher) having been personally sponsored.

Retail Commissions

As an Amega Global distributor, you purchase Amega products from the company at a wholesale price. When retailing these products to consumers, the retail markup is up to 10% and as an Amega Global distributor, you earn the difference between the retail and wholesale price as a direct commission.

For example, you buy an Amega product wholesale at $10 to sell retail. 10% of $10 is $1 so you price the $10 product at $11 and once sold, take home the $1 difference in retail commissions.

Fast Start Bonus

The Fast Start Bonus is awarded when you recruit a new Amega distributor who joins Amega as a distributor at any level or chooses to upgrade their enrolment plan within 21 days.

The Fast Start Bonus is paid out at a rate of 10% of the total amount of the new recruit’s wholesale purchase. This bonus is paid on the wholesale amount purchased whether the new recruit is joining or upgrading.

Team Binary Commissions

As you build your Amega Global organisation, your downline is placed in a binary team underneath you.

A binary based organisation is essentially two people under you, two people under each of them, two people under each of them and so on and so forth. It looks something like this;

The binary organisation fills infinity levels deep and is limited width wise depending on which level you are on.

For the purpose of the Team Binary Commission, your binary organisation is split into two arms (left and right) and you are paid a 10% commission on the group business volume (GBV) of the weaker arm.

The Team Binary Commission is calculated daily and paid weekly and comes with a minimum GBV requirement of 200 GBV for the commission to be calculated.

If your weaker arm has less than 200 GBV no commission is calculated for that day and the GBV of your weaker arm rolls over for the next day’s commission calculation.

There is also an ‘active’ requirement in that Amega associates must qualify for to be eligible for the Team Binary Commission. To qualify, distributors must have a monthly minimum personal business volume of 60 (your own retail sales or purchases), and maintain at least one active personally sponsored distributor on both sides of their binary organisation.

Finally, note that the Team Binary Commission is capped daily depending on which enrolment option you signed up with Amega Global on. The Team Binary Commission daily caps are as follows;

  • Silver Business Associate – $300 daily cap
  • Titanium Business Associate ($200-$499) – $400 daily cap
  • Titanium Business Associate ($500-$899) – $1200 daily cap split over 3 binary organisations ($400 daily cap per binary organisation)
  • Platinum Business Associate – $3600 daily cap split over three binary organisations ($1200 daily cap per binary organisation)

Team Generation Bonus

The Team Generation Bonus is designed to reward those that grow their Amega organisation. The bonus pays out 7 levels deep in your binary organisation and up to 15% of your teams total business volume.

To qualify for the Team Generation Bonus you must recruit others to Amega Global. Upon doing so, the payout is as follows;

Level 1: 10% of BV paid out – required to personally sponsor 2 members

Level 2: 15% of BV paid out – required to personally sponsor 3 members

Level 3: 10% of BV paid out – required to personally sponsor 4 members

Level 4: 8% of BV paid out – required to personally sponsor 5 members

Level 5: 6% of BV paid out – required to personally sponsor 6 members

Level 6: 4% of BV paid out – required to personally sponsor 7 members

Level 7: 2% of BV paid out – required to personally sponsor 8 members

Although the percentages decrease to just 2% by level 7, it’s important to note that at these levels your binary is considerably wide in scope. This means that membership numbers should more then make up for the low payout percentage.

The Mega Matching Bonus

The Mega Matching Bonus is the first bonus where the associate ranks of Amega Global come into play. The bonus is a commission payout seven levels deep which is tied into an associate’s respective rank along with a minimum personal BV quota.

The payouts for the Mega Matching Bonus are based off the Team Commission and Team Generation Bonuses earned by your organisation and are paid as a percentage of this.

The percentages paid out varies depending on the associate rank and can be seen in the table below;

Leadership Bonus Pool

The Leadership Bonus Pool is also tied into Amega Global’s membership ranks and offers members a variety of one time bonus payments ranging from travel, car and home vouchers, to shares in global and local country commission pools.

The payouts for the Leadership Bonus pool are directly tied into the rank of an Amega associate along with a three month minimum BV requirement on your organisations lower binary leg to qualify. The commissions paid out are as follows;

Diamond – To qualify your lesser binary leg needs to bring in 3,000 BV for three consecutive months.

Commissions paid out at the Diamond level are $100 in reward vouchers.

Blue Diamond – To qualify your lesser binary leg needs to bring in 5,000 BV for three consecutive months.

Commissions paid out at the Blue Diamond level are

  • $1000 in reward vouchers
  • $200 in travel vouchers
  • a 1% share in your local country’s commission pool

Black Diamond – To qualify your lesser binary leg needs to bring in 30,000 BV for three consecutive months.

Commissions paid out at the Black Diamond level are

  • $3000 in reward vouchers
  • $500 in travel vouchers
  • a 1.2% share in the world commission pool

Diamond Director – To qualify your lesser binary leg needs to bring in 150,000 BV for three consecutive months.

Commissions paid out at the Diamond Director level are

  • $5000 in reward vouchers
  • $1000 in travel vouchers
  • $10,000 in car vouchers
  • a 1.5% share in the world commission pool

Diamond Ambassador – To qualify your lesser binary leg needs to bring in 500,000 BV for three consecutive months.

Commissions paid out at the Diamond Ambassador level are

  • $10,000 in reward vouchers
  • $3000 in travel vouchers
  • $25,000 in car vouchers
  • a 1.5% share in the world commission pool

Associate Director – To qualify your lesser binary leg needs to bring in 1,500,000 BV for three consecutive months.

Commissions paid out at the Associate Director level are

  • $15,000 in reward vouchers
  • $5,000 in travel vouchers
  • $25,000 in car vouchers
  • $50,000 in home vouchers
  • a 1.5% share in the world commission pool

Some additional notes on the Leadership Bonus Pools:

  • reward vouchers can only be redeemed to purchase Amega global products
  • the travel voucher is only valid for travel to and from Amega global functions
  • the reward, travel, car and home vouchers are a one off bonus and are not monthly recurring.

The Builders Pool

In order to offer incentive to Amega associates and and Diamonds, The Builders pool rewards members for growing the business volume of their organisation.

For every 1000 BV increase on an associate’s lesser binary leg over the previous month, Amega will pay out a 1.5% share of the Builders Pool to qualifying associates.

The Builders Pool is a separate equivalent of the local country pool used in the Leadership Bonus Pools. It is made up of the total BV of the qualifying associate’s country of residence.

Note that the Builders Pool is only for qualifying associates and Diamonds, Blue Diamonds and above do not qualify for this bonus.

Conclusion

For the most part the Amega Global compensation plan revolves around BV but at the heart of the bonuses that revolve around BV is the associate rank structure.

Unfortunately the Amega Global ranking structure has nothing to do with business volume (BV) and relies instead solely on an associate’s ability o bring new members to the business.

It is true that doing this alone won’t bring in the commissions as they are tied into personal BV and the group BV of your organisation, but the ground work is set in the recruitment requirements.

These requirements have to be met upfront before you can be considered for the bonuses which, at the end of the day, means there’s a minimum number of people you’re going to have to bring into Amega Global to be successful within the compensation plan.

Having said that, the retail and team binary commissions both don’t rely on recruitment but as far as I can see won’t be providing you with the bulk of your income. The big dollars in the Amega plan are in the bonuses and all of these are tied into Amega’s associate ranks which as mentioned earlier rely directly on associate recruitment.

This is reflective in the partitioning of the binary organisations across the more expensive joining options. From what I understand, spreading out your binary organisation will yield stronger results in the absolute long term (if you grow beyond 7 levels deep in each organisation), but over time essentially you’re required to work three binary plans at the same time.

This can be largely problematic and stressful when you factor in that associate ranks have recruitment requirements directly tied into your individual binary organisation arms. Instead of worrying about just two arms, potentially you could be worrying about six arms.

Add to this the daily caps on what you can earn on each organisation and I think it’s clear Amega aren’t really concerned whether you concentrate on earning commissions on product sales or not.

Case in point there’s seven commission components of the compensation plan and just two of them are independent of enrolment requirements. These two can be reduced to just one if we factor in that by enrolling more people your binary organisation commission will naturally grow exponentially (more recruits theoretically means more group business volume for your organisation).

In a nutshell, the Amega compensation is somewhat balanced in that the commissions are tied up in business volume, however the plan is front stacked with recruitment requirements via the rank system.

Eventually you will be relying on retail sales (or playing a recruitment numbers game and hoping for the best with the 60 BV monthly active requirement), but know that upfront you’re going to have to do some pretty solid recruiting (and encourage your team to recruit) if you want to see those higher and more lucrative bonuses.
