Xsignal’s website domain (“xsignal.biz”), was privately registered on August 3rd, 2023.
As of January 2024, SimilarWeb tracked top sources of traffic to Xsignal’s website as Poland (46%) and Bangladesh (12%).
Neither of these figures is high enough to tie Xsignal ownership to a country, but gives you an idea of where recruitment is active.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Xsignal’s Products
Xsignal has no retailable products or services.
Affiliates are only able to market Xsignal affiliate membership itself.
Xsignal’s Compensation Plan
Xsignal’s compensation plan combines pyramid recruitment with passive returns.
Xsignal Affiliate Ranks
There are eleven ranks within Xsignal’s compensation plan.
Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:
- IBO – sign up as an Xsignal affiliate
- Bronze – recruit two IBOs
- Silver – have eight Bronze or higher ranked affiliates in your downline
- Gold – have ten Silver or higher ranked affiliates in your downline
- Platinum – have twelve Gold or higher ranked affiliates in your downline
- Sapphire – have ten Platinum or higher ranked affiliates in your downline
- Marquee – have eight Sapphire or higher ranked affiliates in your downline
- Imperial – have six Marquee or higher ranked affiliates in your downline
- Diamond – have two Imperial or higher ranked affiliates in your downline
- Director – have two Diamond or higher ranked affiliates in your downline
- President – have two Director or higher ranked affiliates in your downline
Note that required downline affiliates must be split equally across a binary team.
A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):
The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.
Recruitment Commissions
Xsignal pays recruitment commissions via a 2×13 matrix.
A 2×13 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix with two positions directly under them:

These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Levels three to thirteen of the matrix are generated in the same manner, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the matrix are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of Xsignal affiliates.
Recruitment commissions are paid each time a newly recruited affiliate is placed into the matrix.
- Diamond ranked affiliates earn $1 per affiliate recruited
- Director ranked affiliates earn $1.25 per affiliate recruited
- President ranked affiliates earn $1.5 per affiliate recruited
Residual Recruitment Commissions
Xsignal pays residual recruitment commissions three times a month based on rank.
These payments are referred to as “cycles”, with affiliates able to earn on up to thirty cycles per rank.
- Bronze ranked affiliates receive $5 per cycle (max $150)
- Silver ranked affiliates earn $10 per cycle (max $300)
- Gold ranked affiliates earn $15 per cycle (max $450)
- Platinum ranked affiliates earn $40 per cycle (max $1200)
- Sapphire ranked affiliates earn $125 per cycle (max $3750)
- Marquee ranked affiliates earn $400 per cycle (max $12,000)
- Imperial ranked affiliates earn $1000 per cycle (max $30,000)
- Diamond ranked affiliates earn $2500 per cycle (max $75,000)
- Director ranked affiliates earn $7600 per cycle (max $228,000)
- President ranked affiliates earn $30,000 per cycle (max $900,000)
Note that from Sapphire rank, Xsignal imposes NFT staking investment quotas which must be met weekly.
- Sapphire ranked affiliates must generate three new NFT investment positions matches each week
- Marquee ranked affiliates must generate seventeen new NFT investment positions matches each week
- Imperial ranked affiliates must generate thirty-five new NFT investment positions matches each week
- Diamond ranked affiliates must generate sixty new NFT investment positions matches each week
- Director ranked affiliates must generate one hundred and seventy new NFT investment positions matches each week
- President ranked affiliates must generate six hundred and fifty new NFT investment positions matches each week

NFT Returns
Xsignal affiliates invest $50 on the promise of a monthly passive 18% to 21% return.
Note each $50 invested is paid out daily for ten months.
NFT Investment Commissions
Xsignal pays a commission when affiliates in their binary team invest $50 into NFT staking positions.
NFT Investment Commissions are paid as a percentage of each NFT investment position pair, matched one position on each side of the binary team (i.e. a 1:1 position match).
- Bronze ranked affiliates earn an 8% commission, capped at $200 a day
- Silver ranked affiliates earn a 10% commission, capped at $300 a day
- Gold to Diamond ranked affiliates earn a 12% commission, capped at $500 a day
- Director and higher ranked affiliates earn a 15% commission, capped at $800 a day
Note that any unmatched NFT positions on the stronger binary team carry over.
Premium Recruitment Bonus
Xsignal rewards affiliates specifically for recruiting Premium affiliates.
The Premium Recruitment Bonus is paid via a six-tier 2×2 matrix cycler.
A 2×2 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix with two positions directly under them:

Positions in the Premium Recruitment Bonus cycler are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of Premium tier affiliates.
Once all six positions in a Premium Recruitment Bonus cycler tier a filled, a “cycle” is generated and the position moves into the next cycler tier.
The Premium Recruitment Bonus paid across all six cycler tiers are as follows:
- tier 1 – $50 cycle bonus and cycles into tier 2
- tier 2 – $100 cycle bonus and cycles into tier 3
- tier 3 – $200 cycle bonus and cycles into tier 4
- tier 4 – $400 cycle bonus and cycles into tier 5

Direct uplines of Premium tier affiliates also receive a bonus when their recruits cycle through the above six tiers:

Xsignal Conclusion
Xsignal is a simple pyramid/Ponzi scheme dressed up in meaningless Web 3.0 and AI marketing.

No evidence of Xsignal generating any form of external revenue is provided. And if you look at Xsignal’s compensation plan, things become pretty clear with every commission and bonus being tied to recruitment (new funds entering the system).
Xsignal’s “NFT staking” scheme is a Ponzi scheme. Affiliates invest $50 and that money is used to pay earlier investors.
The rest of the compensation plan is a pyramid scheme, financially incentivizing recruitment of Xsignal affiliates.
As with all MLM Ponzi and pyramid schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will returns and commissions.
This will see Xsignal inevitably collapse, resulting in the majority of participants losing money.
