Utopian Global Review: Swiss Gold Global scam reboots into crypto
Utopian Global provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the business.
What Utopian Global does provide is the claim the company was “founded in 2008”.
This is pretty obviously not true, considering the company website was only registered in October, 2017.
Alexa registered measurable traffic to Utopian Global’s website from January 2019, which seems to be about the time the company launched.
Not withstanding these due-diligence red flags, Utopian Global claims to be “credible, transparent (and) accountable”.
Buried in Utopian Global’s Terms and Conditions is the revelation that Utopian Global is offered through “the companies New Golden Life DMCC & Royal Golden Enterprise GmbH”.
This lead me to Swiss Gold Global, which is headed up by Bill Rowell (right).
Bill Rowell is an Australian entrepreneur with a history of business success and a passion to expand the lives of others.
In 2008 he founded Joseph Wealth Systems a Swiss Company with the objective of putting Gold the money of Kings into the hands of Ordinary People.
Today the Company is called Royal Golden Enterprise GmbH and New Golden Life DMCC trading as Swiss Gold Global and continuing to provide global Wealth Solutions for all people.
Sure enough when I attempted to visit Swiss Gold Global’s website, I was presented with the following message:
SWISS GOLD GLOBAL HAS TRANSITIONED TO THE TRADE NAME UTOPIAN GLOBAL.
BehindMLM first reviewed Swiss Gold Global in July 2016. Based on its business model, we concluded a high probability the company was operating as a pyramid scheme.
In February 2017 we revisited Swiss Gold Global, only to find the company was now offering a fraudulent investment scheme.
In March 2018 Swiss Gold Global was issued a securities fraud cease and desist by the US state of South Carolina.
Swiss Gold Global didn’t challenge the notice, which was eventually made permanent.
The reboot into Utopian Global appears to be a belated response to a decline in interest throughout the rest of 2018 (Alexa).
Read on for a full review of the Utopian Global MLM opportunity.

Commissions are paid when Utopian Global affiliates recruit new affiliates who invest.
Utopian Global Affiliate Ranks
There are ten affiliate ranks within the Utopian Global compensation plan:
Affiliate, Bronze, Bronze Elite, Silver, Silver Elite, Gold, Gold Elite, Diamond, Black Diamond and Crown Diamond.
Note that Utopian Global do not provide qualification criteria for any of their ranks.
Recruitment Commissions
Utopian Global affiliates are paid to recruit new affiliates who invest.
- recruit a new Basic Package affiliate and receive €30 EUR
- recruit a new Basic Package Plus affiliate and receive €56 EUR
- recruit a new Member Package affiliate and receive €128 EUR
- recruit a new Elite Package affiliate and receive €260 EUR
- recruit a new Pro Package affiliate and receive €500 EUR
- recruit a new All-Star Package affiliate and receive €1155 EUR
Residual Recruitment Commissions
Utopian Global pays residual recruitment commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Utopian Global caps payable residual recruitment commission levels at seven.
Residual recruitment commissions are paid as a percentage of funds invested by recruited affiliates.
How many unilevel team levels a Utopian Global affiliate earns residual recruitment commissions on is determined by rank:
- Affiliates earn 27% on level 1 and 3% on level 2
- Bronzes earn 27% on level 1 and 3% on levels 2 and 3
- Bronze Elites earn 27% on level 1 and 3% on levels 2 to 4
- Silvers earn 27% on level 1 and 3% on levels 2 to 5
- Silver Elites earn 27% on level 1 and 3% on levels 2 to 6
- Golds earn 27% on level 1 and 3% on levels 2 to 7
Note that Pro Package affiliates can bypass the above qualification up to level 5 of the unilevel team (Silver).
All-Star Package affiliates can bypass the above qualification on all 7 offered unilevel team levels.
Residual Commissions (fees)
Each Utopian Global affiliate has to pay a monthly €50 EUR fee.
Utopian Global take this fee and use it to pay residual commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
This is the same unilevel team used to pay residual recruitment commissions with (see above), capped at the same seven levels.
- Affiliates earn 14% on levels 1 and 2
- Bronzes earn 14% on levels 1 and 2 and 3% on level 3
- Bronze Elites earn 14% on levels 1 and 2 and 3% on levels 3 and 4
- Silvers earn 14% on levels 1 and 2 and 3% on levels 3 to 5
- Silver Elites earn 14% on levels 1 and 2 and 3% on levels 3 to 6
- Golds earn 14% on levels 1 and 2 and 3% on levels 3 to 7
Note that Pro Package affiliates can bypass the above qualification up to level 5 of the unilevel team (Silver).
All-Star Package affiliates can bypass the above qualification on all 7 offered unilevel team levels.
Check Match Bonus
Diamond, Crown Diamond and Black Diamond affiliates are paid a respective Check Match Bonus.
The Check Match Bonus is paid on volume generated by personally recruited affiliates of the same or higher rank.
- Diamonds receive a 10% Check Match Bonus on personally recruited Diamond and higher ranked affiliates
- Crown Diamonds receive a 20% Check Match Bonus on personally recruited Crown Diamond and higher ranked affiliates
- Black Diamonds receive a 15% Check Match Bonus on personally recruited Black Diamond ranked affiliates
Although Utopian Global’s compensation plan material doesn’t specify, I believe this includes both recruitment and fee residual commissions.
Enrolled Bonus
The Enroller Bonus is an 11% bonus paid on membership fees paid by affiliates recruited by affiliates you personally recruit.
I.e. you get paid an 11% volume bonus on your level 2 unilevel team affiliates.
Gold Leadership Bonus
The Gold Leadership Bonus is a 2% unilevel team volume bonus.
The Gold Leadership Bonus is paid down each unilevel team leg, until the leg develops a Gold or higher ranked affiliate.
If a Gold or higher ranked affiliate exists in a leg, bonus volume on that leg is paid out via the Generational Leadership Bonus Override (see below).
Note that to qualify for the Gold Leadership Bonus, a Utopian Global affiliate must
- have invested at the Pro or All Star Package; and
- be ranked at Gold or higher.
Generational Leadership Bonus Override
The Gold Leadership Bonus is a 3% volume bonus paid on up to two Gold or higher ranked generations per unilevel leg.
A generation within Utopian Global’s compensation plan is defined when a Gold or higher ranked affiliate is found in a leg.
This affiliate caps off the first generation, with the second beginning immediately thereafter.
If no second Gold or higher ranked affiliate exists in the leg, the Generational Leadership Bonus Override second generation extends the full depth of the leg.
Using this generational structure, the Generational Leadership Bonus Override pays 3% on volume on up to two Gold or higher ranked generations per unilevel leg.
Global Bonus Pool
Diamond and higher ranked affiliates qualify for the Global Bonus Pool.
Utopian Global takes 1% of company-wide investment volume and membership fees, and places it into the Global Bonus Pool.
The Global Bonus Pool is split into three equal smaller pools, shared among Diamond and higher ranked affiliates as follows:
- the Diamond Global Bonus Pool is made up of 20% of the 1% volume
- the Black Diamond Global Bonus Pool is made up of 30% of the 1% volume
- the Crown Diamond Global Bonus Pool is made up of 50% of the 1% volume
Additional rank qualification criteria for each Global Bonus Pool is as follows:
- Diamonds must recruit and maintain at least two Gold or higher ranked affiliates
- Black Diamonds must recruit and maintain at least three Gold or higher ranked affiliates
- Crown Diamond must recruit and maintain at least four Gold or higher ranked affiliates
Metals Bonus
If a Utopian Global affiliates purchases gold or silver from the company, a 1% commission is paid to the affiliate who recruited them.
Joining Utopian Global
Utopian Global affiliate membership is tied to a €99 to €1,000,000 EUR investment.
- Basic Package – €99 EUR
- Basic Plus Package – €170
- Members Package – €390
- Elite Package – €790 EUR
- Pro Package – €1500 EUR
- All Star Package – €3500 EUR
The more an affiliate invests the higher their income potential via the Utopian Global compensation plan.
Note that all Utopian Global affiliates must also pay a €50 EUR a month fee.
Conclusion
Utopian Global is Bill Rowell’s response to US regulators moving to shut him down.
To that end we have this pseudo-compliance;
The STORH™ token is not licensed for distribution in the United States of America. As a result, it may not be offered,
sold, or delivered there.Neither the present information material nor copies thereof shall be sent or taken to the United States of America, or issued in the US or to a US person (in the terms of Regulation S of the United States Securities Act of 1933, in the respective current version.
To be clear, securities regulation isn’t unique to the US. Pretty much every civilized country on the planet regulates securities in one way or another – and Utopian Global is operating illegally in all of them.
STORH itself is a worthless shitcoin. It holds no value outside of Utopian Global.
Inside the company it’s simply a measure of invested funds.
Utopian Global affiliates invest in STORH tokens. Utopian Global arbitrarily increases STORH’s value on their internal exchange, allowing affiliates who have invested to cash out.
Utopian Global pays out most of the withdrawal requests, with the rest pickd up by gullible Utopian Global affiliates who want to acquire more tokens.
Utopian Global is just as fraudulent as Swiss Gold Global was, and even goes so far as to maintain the precious metals charade.
This is evidence with the company’s US offering, which switches out STORH for the supposed purchase of gold and silver.
Not really sure what the point of this is, seeing as Utopian Global’s whole shtick is scamming people through STORH.
Secondary pseudo-compliance is the illusion of retail.
An Independent Affiliate is considered Active for a specific month if they have 5000 PGQV (Personal Group Qualification Revenue from Customers only) or a 50 PQV Subscription within the last (4) consecutive weeks (i.e., within the previous four (4) weeks or a current valid extended Membership)
Seeing as every Utopian Global affiliate has to pay €50 EUR a month in fees, that automatically qualifies them as active.
€50 monthly Affiliate repurchase to qualify for commissions (100 STORH tokens)
Nobody is going to bother with 5000 PGQV customer volume. Not withstanding everything in Utopian Global’s compensation plan is tied to recruitment of affiliate investors.
That alone makes Utopian Global a pyramid scheme. The added investment fraud makes it a Ponzi pyramid hybrid.
As with all MLM Ponzi and pyramid schemes, once affiliate recruitment slows down so too will new funds entering the system.
This will starve Utopian Global of ROI revenue.
At that point it’ll either collapse, or Bill Rowell will initiate the MLM crypto exit-scam.
The MLM crypto exit-scam model will see Utopian Global first hype and then list STORH on an external exchange.
This first exchange is typically some dodgy exchange nobody has ever heard of.
When STORH lists it’ll briefly pump, during which Rowell and early Utopian Global investors sell off what they can.
Once existing affiliates stop buying STORH’s public value dumps, leaving the majority of Utopian Global affiliates with a loss.
Admins typically disappear during the dump phase of the MLM crypto exit-scam, never to be seen again.
Be it a simple collapse or the drawn out MLM crypto exit-scam, either way math dictates that the majority of Utopian Global affiliates will lose money.
Hi Behind MLM Editors,
why dont you reach out and call the company before posting your agenda and claims?
(Ozedit: derails removed)
Since 2008 EVERY Member of Swiss Gold Global, now Utopian Global have received their physical precious metals or sold them back receiving their payout, with Genesis Mining contracts we through Genesis Mining continue to payout daily to our members whose mining contracts are valid (obviously due to the crypto market change in 2018) mining rewards have greatly reduced making some contracts not profitable.
Our new product STORH is fully regulated Equity Token in Cayman Island, (most countries are not up to speed to with regulatory issues) the phase 1 assets were are purchasing are real, the Private Placement Memorandum was drafted by US law firm.
If you have ever taken the time to see any of our live webcasts you will see that we are transparent, do not make unfounded claims.
(Ozedit: derails + attempt to take discussion offsite removed)
I look forward to our conversation.
There is no agenda, we research every review from scratch. Our reviews are written from the perspective of a member of the public doing their due-diligence.
A member of the public shouldn’t have to contact the owner of a company for basic due-diligence.
Recruit and get paid. Swiss Gold Global didn’t change its name because it stopped paying recruitment commissions, the Ponzi side of the business collapsed.
A bullshit exit-scam MLM token is not a product. And there is no securities regulation in the Cayman Islands.
It’s a scam friendly jurisdiction which is why you set up shell companies there.
Tell you where there is regulation though, the US.
Did you ever address your ongoing securities fraud and failure to respond to the South Carolina cease and desist in your “transparent” webcasts?
Why don’t you address why you and Utopian Global continue to commit securities fraud the world over? That’d be a good place to start the conversation hey.
why does anyone else have to call lying liars just because you did?
I’ve just read this review and would like to comment. I have been with the company since 2009 originally called JWS.
They have always been a affiliate company and originally offered precious metals from Argor in Switzerland the world’s #1 refiner, and still does to this day.
I have purchased, stored, liquated and taken deliverly of around 200k worth of bullion over the years and never once have I had a issue.
I have also taken this bullion to reputable bullion dealers in Australia and New Zealand each time liquated within minutes.
As for the crypto mining id estimate my investment at around 50k. I would say I’ve done pretty good out of this investment too.
If I was to critize I would say there was a lack of information around altcoin mining and the sales arm did not fully understand what they were selling. genesis mining also let them down on the customer service side, long response times were a real issue.
As for the STORH token I have invested around 70k maybe more, I’d have to check because it’s been done over a period of 6 months.
I have signed 75 page agreement that gives me legal ownership of the assets in Texas but as of yet we have not been paid a dividend.
Yes you can criticise here as they originally stated the first payout would be the 1st of April. Very very frustrating.
As for you comment about the Cayman Islands being a country for shell companies, please research a number of retirement funds as you might be surprised to see a few setup there too, very reputable companies setup in the Caymans.
On STORH if you took a look at the team you would see some very experienced and reputable energy experts involved in the project so your claims about this being a scam doesn’t make sense.
Why risk your entire reputation and years of industry experience over a so called scam? Some of these guys run funds in the billions so why risk your name??
Maybe re write your review on STORH in 12 months and see if they have delivered on what has been sold.
If I was to be critical it would be that they clearly cannot get there marketing right and it’s terrible…. and very mlm cheesy.
They often fail to deliver on dates aswell, I would say add 1-2 years on whatever is being said otherwise you’ll be super frustrated.
It’s weird because many companies have slick marketing that over sell themselves and under-deliver and yet UG has it the other way round!
As for the integrity of the owner you clearly have no idea and certainly no understanding on the precious metals industry.
The world’s #1 refiner would have no association with a scam.. period!… let alone allow them to continue selling their bullion for a decade.
Another point you made about having no product to sell. Affiliates all have access to selling bullion (just over spot price) with a small commission.
Utopian Global also offer a very attractive bullion storage option in one of the world’s top storage companies formally named viamat ( can’t remember the new name sorry). Compare this fee to my storage fee with goldsilver.com and it’s very attractive. Especially with the liquation fees being zero!…
Oh and with most storage companies your monthly storage fee increases as you purchase more bullion, with UG it doesn’t matter if it’s 1kg of silver or 100kg it’s a set fee which makes it one of the cheapest options out there….. Y
ou will have a larger deliverly charge from the refiner to the storage company if the amount is significant which is fair.
So to conclude, I’ve never had one financial issue nor delivery issue with my bullion and respectfully would like to say from my personal experience your review is totally incorrect.
So you’re someone who got in early, has been and continues to scam people and profited. Congratulations, here’s a cookie.
Your successful thievery of those who joined Swiss Gold Global after you however doesn’t make its business models any less fraudulent.
They have no liability when it comes to Swiss Gold Global’s fraudulent business model, so sure they would.
You can’t legitimize a scam through association.
Again, you can’t legitimize a scam through association.
Why wait? Utopian Global committed securities fraud as Swiss Gold Global. Was committing securities fraud when I wrote this review and to this day continues to commit securities fraud.
The review is just as accurate now as when I wrote it.
Unless you can point to an MLM retirement fund, apples/oranges.
There’s no legitimate reason for an MLM company with no operations in the Cayman Islands to incorporate through a shell company there. It’s a scam-haven.
Which has nothing to do with the MLM side of the business and thus is irrelevant.
you spelled bullshit wrong but damn you were close. you’ll get it right next time champ.
Dear sir,
I bought Storh coins for 3500 €, what is your advice to do now? How can I test / prevent becoming a victim of a scam?
Thanx for ur advise.
Save
My advice is don’t invest in Ponzi schemes. Sorry for your loss.
I was an affiliate of Swiss Gold Global back in November 2017. I bought precious metals worth $USD 2,440.
I can neither access my account to sell my precious metals nor does Utopian recognise my email. I gained nothing from the package I bought back then.
I would be interested in how things look with regard to this company in 2021.
I would also be interested in understanding any links with (Ozedit: derails removed)
Utopian Global’s Alexa website ranking is 4 million+. For an MLM company that’s dead.
The companies you mentioned have nothing to do with Utopian Global, and you provided no links.
I appreciate you’ve lost money in them but that’s got nothing to do with Utopian Global (based on current information).
Well, here it is almost the end of 2021 so how does it look to you? If you meant 2022, you will be lucky if it is still online. It is already dead.
I invest bitcoin mining for there.. I didn’t get anything. Plz. Can you return my invest.
You invested in a Ponzi scheme and your money is gone.
There is nothing to return. Sorry for your loss.
