Traffic Shout Review: Crypto faucet pyramid scheme reboot
Traffic Shout provides no information on its website about who owns or runs teh business.
Traffic Shout’s website domain (“trafficshout.com”) was privately registered registered in April 2019.
A PO Box address in Seychelles is provided on Traffic Shout’s website, which is meaningless for obvious reasons.
At the time of publication Alexa estimate Bangladesh is the only significant source of traffic to Traffic Shout’s website (64%).
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Traffic Shout’s Products
Traffic Shout has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Traffic Shout affiliate membership itself.
Traffic Shout’s Compensation Plan
Traffic Shout affiliates purchase positions in what appears to be a six tier 4×7 matrix scheme.
- Bronze – $30
- Silver – $110
- Gold – $550
- Diamond – $1100
- Platinum – $2750
- Elite – $5500
A 4×7 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with four positions directly under them:
These seven positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these four positions into another four positions each (16 positions).
Levels three to seven of the matrix are generated in the same manner, with each new level housing four times as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the matrix are filled when new and existing Traffic Shout affiliate purchase positions (as per the tier prices above).
Commissions are paid out as a percentage of position purchases across all six matrix tiers as follows:
- level 1 – 5%
- levels 2 and 3 – 4%
- levels 4 to 7 – 3%
Referral Commissions
Traffic Shout pays a 25% referral commission on matrix positions by personally recruited affiliates.
Matching Bonus
Traffic Shout pays a 5% Matching Bonus on matrix commissions earned by personally recruited affiliates.
Star Club Bonus
The Star Club Bonus is a bonus percentage paid when downline affiliates purchase matrix positions.
A downline includes personally recruited and indirectly recruited affiliates under you.
- generate a downline of 50 affiliates and receive a 2% Star Club Bonus
- generate a downline of 100 affiliates and receive a 4% Star Club Bonus
- generate a downline of 250 affiliates and receive a 6% Star Club Bonus
- generate a downline of 500 affiliates and receive an 8% Star Club Bonus
- generate a downline of 1000 affiliates and receive a 10% Star Club Bonus
Diamond Club Bonus
Maxing out the Star Club Bonus designates a Traffic Shout affiliate as “5 Star”.
5 Star affiliates can increase their Star Club Bonus (referred to as the Diamond Club Bonus) as follows:
- have one 5 Star affiliate in your downline and receive an additional 1% Diamond Club Bonus
- have two 5 Star affiliates in your downline and receive an additional 2% Diamond Club Bonus
- have three 5 Star affiliates in your downline and receive an additional 3% Diamond Club Bonus
- have four 5 Star affiliates in your downline and receive an additional 4% Diamond Club Bonus
- have five 5 Star affiliates in your downline and receive an additional 5% Diamond Club Bonus
As with the Star Club Bonus, 5 Star affiliates can be anywhere in your downline.
Ample Bonus
The Ample Bonus is a one-time bonus upon filling of a 4×7 matrix at any tier.
- fill a Bronze matrix and receive $5000
- fill a Silver matrix and receive $20,000
- fill a Gold matrix and receive $100,000
- fill a Diamond matrix and receive $500,000
- fill an Elite matrix and receive $1,000,000
For reference, a 4×7 matrix has 21,844 positions to fill.
Joining Traffic Shout
Traffic Shout affiliate membership is tied to the purchase of at least one matrix tier position:
- Bronze – $30
- Silver – $110
- Gold – $550
- Diamond – $1100
- Platinum – $2750
- Elite – $5500
Conclusion
Bundled in “you’re paying for advertising” pseudo-compliance, Traffic Shout is a simple enough pyramid scheme.
You sign up, pay a fee and get paid to recruit others who do the same.
There are six tiers of payment for you to steal money through. And the whole thing collapses when recruitment inevitably slows down.
I also found evidence that as of late 2019 at least, Traffic Shout was operating as a cryptocurrency faucet:
Basically you sign up, do some bullshit pointless task and receive a tiny amount of crypto.
In this case it’s Zorix, some pointless shitcoin that doesn’t appear to exist outside of Traffic Shout.
With that having already collapsed, now we have the matrix pyramid scheme.
Once what’s left of Traffic Shout’s gullible investors are milked dry, kaboom.
