SI Group, or System Investments Group, fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

SI Group’s website domain (“sigroup.top”), was first registered in 2021. The private registration was last updated on May 5th, 2024.

Despite existing since 2021 at the earliest, on its website SI Group falsely claims it “was established in 2017”.

In an attempt to appear legitimate, SI Group provides a shell company certificate for System Investments Group LTD in Belize.

Belize is a tax haven. Any MLM company representing it is based out of or has ties to Belize raises an immediate red flag.

Additionally due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence these certificates are meaningless.

On the regulatory front, the Central Bank of Russia issued a SI Group pyramid fraud warning on May 15th, 2024.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

SI Group Conclusion

SI Group represents it generates external revenue via cryptocurrency trading.

Our team includes highly qualified specialists, traders, analysts from different parts of the world who have gathered together for trading on the cryptocurrencies exchange.

SI Group fails to provide verifiable evidence it generates external revenue of any kind.

Furthermore, SI Group’s business model fails the Ponzi logic test.

If SI Group is already trading cryptocurrency to the tune of 3.9% a day, what do they need your money for?

As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering SI Group is new investment.

Using new investment to pay affiliate withdrawals would make SI Group a Ponzi scheme.

As supported by CBR’s fraud warning, the MLM side of SI Group operates as a pyramid scheme. This is due to nothing being marketed or sold to retail customers.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.

This will starve SI Group of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
