Prestige Wealth Investments Review: AI ruse Dubai fraud
Prestige Wealth Investments fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
Prestige Wealth Investments’ website domain (“prestigewealthinvest.com”), was privately registered on October 11th, 2024.
Further research reveals marketing materials citing Prestige Wealth Investments’ founder and CEO as KM Monareng (aka Kamogelo Moral Monareng):

As above, Prestige Wealth Investments presents KM Monareng as “an African entrepreneur with a proven track record of expertise, spanning over a decade in the financial services industry”.
While Monareng might be from Africa, his social media posts reveal he’s hiding out in Dubai:

Why is Monareng hiding out in Dubai and using initials to conceal his identity?
In 2019 South Africa’s Financial Sector Conduct Authority issued a public fraud warning against Monareng;
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) warns the public against doing any financial-related business with Money Moves Forex Trading and Prophet Moral Monareng, who are both not authorised in terms of the Financial Advisory and
Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (FAIS Act), to render any financial advice and intermediary services. It was brought to the attention of the FSCA that Money Moves Forex Trading and/or Prophet Moral Monareng are purporting on social media platforms to be authorised financial services providers. Additionally, Money Moves Forex Trading and/or Prophet Moral Monareng use FSP number 48809 belonging to a registered financial services provider; Lebone Risk Solutions, and purport to be affiliated with it, whilst that is not the case.
According to the FSCA’s records, Money Moves Forex Trading is not an authorised financial services provider and Prophet Moral Monareng is not a representative, therefore, neither of them can render financial services as contemplated under the FAIS Act.
Money Moves Forex Trading, aka MMFT Global, was a South African scam that collapsed around the time of the FSCA’s warning.
In 2021 the South African Reserve Bank issued a forfeiture notice, pertaining to Monareng, MMFT Global and Divine Life Broadcasting Network.
The notice detailed an order requiring Monareng to forfeit R1.73 million, misappropriated through MMFT Global ($99,978 USD).
Total MMFT Global losses remain unknown.

Due to the proliferation of scams and failure to enforce securities fraud regulation, BehindMLM ranks Dubai as the MLM crime capital of the world.
BehindMLM’s guidelines for Dubai are:
- If someone lives in Dubai and approaches you about an MLM opportunity, they’re trying to scam you.
- If an MLM company is based out of or represents it has ties to Dubai, it’s a scam.
If you want to know specifically how this applies to Prestige Wealth Investments, read on for a full review.

Referral Commissions
Prestige Wealth Investments pays a 10% referral commission on USDT invested by personally recruited promoters.
Residual Commissions
Prestige Wealth Investments pays residual commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places a promoter at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited promoter placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 2 of the original promoter’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Prestige Wealth Investments caps payable unilevel team levels at ten.
Residual commissions are paid as a percentage of daily returns paid out across these ten levels as follows:
- level 1 (personally recruited promoters) – 20%
- level 2 – 17.5%
- level 3 – 15%
- level 4 – 12.5%
- level 5 – 10%
- level 6 – 7.5%
- level 7 – 5%
- level 8 – 2.5%
- level 9 – 1.25%
- level 10 – 0.75%
Note that each residual commission level must be qualified for through recruitment. Recruit one promoter to qualify for level 1, two promoters to qualify for levels 1 and 2 and so on up to ten recruited promoters for levels 1 to 10.
Infinity Bonus
Prestige Wealth Investments pays an Infinity Bonus however, other than being referenced, the Infinity Bonus isn’t explained in its compensation material.
Typically Infinity Bonuses are paid out as a percentage through generations tracked across a unilevel team. It’s unclear whether this is the case with Prestige Wealth Investments’ Infinity Bonus.
For reference, the Infinity Bonus starts at 2.5% for Prestige Pulse ranked promoters, and caps out at 30% at Prestige Horizon.
Rank Achievement Bonus
Prestige Wealth Investments rewards promoters for qualifying at Prestige Pulse and higher with the following one-time Rank Achievement Bonuses:
- qualify at Prestige Pulse and receive 200 USDT
- qualify at Prestige Nexus and receive 350 USDT
- qualify at Prestige Elevate and receive 500 USDT
- qualify at Prestige Sphere and receive 1000 USDT
- qualify at Prestige Catalyst and receive 2000 USDT
- qualify at Prestige Thrive and receive 5000 USDT
- qualify at Prestige Horizon and receive 8000 USDT
Joining Prestige Wealth Investments
Prestige Wealth Investments promoter membership is free.
Full participation in the attached income opportunity requires a minimum 300 USDT investment.
Prestige Wealth Investments Conclusion
Prestige Wealth Investments represents it generates external revenue through various ruses; AI, “trade digital assets”, indices, commodities, currencies and “investing in stocks”:

No verifiable evidence of Prestige Wealth Investments generating external revenue of any kind is provided.
The only acceptable verifiable evidence would be audited financial reports, filed with securities regulators in each jurisdiction Prestige Wealth Investments solicits investment in.
Instead of doing this and operating legally, Prestige Wealth Investments commits securities fraud by misrepresenting company registrations.

For what should be obvious reasons, cited registration of shell companies in the UAE and UK are not a substitute for registration with financial regulators.
Specific to the UK, shell company registration does not authorize Prestige Wealth Investments for “all trades executions”.
Due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence basic company registration in any jurisdiction is meaningless.
For South Africa we have a CIPC registration number, which presumably corresponds with registration of a South African company. This is as meaningless as the UAE and UK company registrations.

The provided FSCA registration is for Prestige Wealth Investments Information Services (PTY) LTD, however the registration itself has been obtained under false pretenses.
For starters, despite being the founder and CEO of Prestige Wealth Investments, Kamogelo Moral Monareng’s name does not appear on the FSCA registration. The representation that Monareng is a Prestige Wealth Investments Information Services (PTY) LTD is simply false.
The sole listed director of Prestige Wealth Investments Information Services (PTY) LTD is Rhoda Mokgadi Matlala. Why Monareng has kept his name off FSCA’s books should be obvious.
Furthermore, Prestige Wealth Investment Information Services (PTY) LTD is registered with the FSCA under “long-term insurance” as its class of business.
Long-term insurance has nothing to do with Prestige Wealth Investments’ business model. It’s an MLM crypto investment scheme.
There is an “investments” category for FSCA registration however Prestige Wealth Investments has not registered under this appropriate category.
To summarize, Prestige Wealth Investments’ FSCA registration has been submitted under false pretenses. Pending the FSCA catching on, it’s as meaningless as the shell company registrations.
On Monareng’s “we are affiliated with Prestige Wealth Investment Information Services (PTY) LTD, this has already been addressed in the FSCA’s May 2019 Money Moves Forex Trading fraud warning;
According to the FSCA’s records, Money Moves Forex Trading is not an authorised financial services provider and Prophet Moral Monareng is not a representative, therefore, neither of them can render financial services as contemplated under the FAIS Act.
Replace “Money Moves Forex Trading” with “Prestige Wealth Investments” and the same fraud the FSCA cited in 2019 can be confirmed with Prestige Wealth Investments today.
If Money Moves Forex Trading was legitimately generating ROI revenue through trading, Monareng would have registered with the FSCA and continued to operate legally across South Africa.
Monareng didn’t register, Money Moves Forex Trading collapsed, the Bank of South Africa initiated forfeiture proceeds and Monareng fled South Africa to the MLM crime capital of the world. None of this is what you’d expect from legitimate business operations.
This is particularly important as, as of October 2025, SimilarWeb was tracking 100% of Prestige Wealth Investments’ website traffic from South Africa.
If all these red flags aren’t enough, Prestige Wealth Investments’ business model fails the Ponzi logic test.
If Monareng has magic AI bots capable of legitimately generating “up to 22% a month” on a consistent basis, what does Prestige Wealth Investments need your money for?
Smart Investing, Powered by AI
At PWI, we take the guesswork out of investing by using cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence. Our AI algorithms scan global financial markets in real-time, identifying high-probability trade setups and executing them with precision.
Quite obviously, Prestige Wealth Investments is Money Moves Forex Trading reboot with an AI ruse.
As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering Prestige Wealth Investments is new investment.
Using new investment to pay ROI withdrawals would make Prestige Wealth Investments a Ponzi scheme.
Additionally, with nothing marketed or sold to retail customers, the MLM side of Prestige Wealth Investments operates as a pyramid scheme.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once promoter recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve Prestige Wealth Investments of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
Math guarantees that when a Ponzi scheme collapses, the majority of participants lose money. See Monareng’s previous scheme, Money Moves Forex Trading.
