NuYugen Review: CBD and cannabinoid herbal blends
The NuYugen website contains no information about who owns or runs the company.
In fact, as I write this NuYugen are expecting people to sign up without disclosing any information about what it is they’re signing up to.
Further research reveals NuYugen marketing material identifying Richard Sharp as CEO of the company.
Why executive information, along with at least basic product info, is not provided on the NuYugen website is unclear.
As far as I can tell, Richard Sharp (right) has no prior MLM executive experience.
Sharp’s NuYugen corporate bio identifies him as editor of “The Hemp News” website and an ‘authority on hemp-derived CBD‘.
Note that as at the time of publication, The Hemp News website appears to be defunct.
Read on for a full review of the NuYugen MLM opportunity.

The NuYugen compensation plan rewards affiliates with two-tier residual unilevel commissions.

Retail Commissions
NuYugen affiliates are paid a 20% commission on products ordered by retail customers.
Mentor Bonus
When a new affiliate is recruited, NuYugen pay a 20% Mentor Bonus on any products ordered by the new affiliate during their first 28 days.
Residual Commissions
NuYugen pay residual commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Residual commissions are generated via retail orders and purchases by affiliates within the unilevel team.
During a NuYugen affiliate’s first 28 days with the company, residual commissions are paid down seven levels of the unilevel team:
- Affiliates receive 20% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)

Conclusion
NuYugen combine a targeted product line-up with a basic yet effective compensation plan.
The marekting hook behind Soulera is the combination herb blend. Soulera + CBD adds cannabinoids to the mix.
One weak point of marketing a stress reliever is that stress is relative to the individual.
This might pose a challenge with respect to marketing NuYugen’s products. And of course there’s the general stigma of any product that has CBD and/or cannabinoids in it.
That stigma is lessening as legalization spreads in the US, but it’s still something to consider.
As a potential affiliate you’ll probably want to brush up on how to answer questions relating to CBD and cannabinoids in Soulera + CBD.
And if the company is smart this is something they’ll have already factored into their affiliate support channels.
Moving onto the compensation plan, the only qualifiers for commissions are PV and GV.
PV can be self-purchased (Soulera CBD @ $89.99). Regular Soulera only generates 50 PV though so retail sales are required to meet that quota.
The 22.5% discount did initially set off alarm bells, but that was before I realized it’s only applied to affiliate orders over an initial 90 PV or more monthly order.
If an affiliate is ordering more than 90 PV a month, there’s nothing wrong with that – provided they’re making at least the equivalent in retail sales.
If NuYugen bumped the required PV to around 180 for Executives and higher, requiring at least 50% retail volume to qualify for commissions, I think that’d gone a long way towards retail compliance.
Perhaps even increase the retail PV requirement for higher ranks. If you’ve made it to Director and higher and can’t even sell one bottle of NuYugen’s Soulera CBD, MLM is probably not for you.
Pending that change, the best you can do is ask your potential upline how they’re qualifying on their 90 PV each month.
If it’s their own order, that’s fine but be sure to ask how much equivalent retail PV they’ve generated over the past few months.
If there isn’t any PV, feel free to query why – but more importantly take it as a sign recruitment might be the focus over retail sales.
In addition to the compliance issues this raises, might be worth asking “why” considering NuYugen has a product that can be retailed.
Also as I mentioned stress is a relative term, so it perhaps wouldn’t hurt to trial one of NuYugen’s product(s) for at least a few weeks to gain some personal experience with it/them.
Good luck!
Hello,
Thanks for your review. Our website will be launched very soon.
Also, one correction, The Hemp News is live.
cheers!
Thansk for the update Ricahrd. Not so much a correction though as The Hemp News website was definitely down when I wrote the review.
This is NOT another CBD company. Only 1 of our 15 products contain CBD. Soulera is made up of adaptogens which have many many health benefits not just Stress. Get your facts straight.
The review didn’t state NuYuGen was a “CBD company”. It correctly noted NuYuGen’s flagship product contains cannabinoids and has a CBD variety.
Get your reading straight. Maybe it’s time for glasses?
Oz,
NuYugen’s flagship product is called Soulera, which contains 10 different herbs and does NOT contain CBD.
Soulera Plus was added as a second product for those wanting to add CBD to the equation.
We never claimed Soulera has CBD in it. The base Soulera blend has cannabinoids in it does it not?
Oz, In search of accuracy & to clarify for your readers, In #4 you incorrectly state “It correctly noted NuYuGen’s flagship product contains cannabinoids.”
This is FALSE. There is NO CBD in the flagship product Soulera (as I stated in #5).
In answer to your? in #6 -“The base Soulera blend has cannabinoids in it does it not?” the answer is NO. The only product containing cannabinoids is Soulera +.
I could have sworn the NuYuGen marketing I came across in putting this review together mentioned cannabinoids in Soulera base.
This paragraph in particular;
was taken from NuYuGen’s marketing material. It appears to have since disappeared.
In any event thank you for the clarification, I’ve modified the product and conclusion sections to reflect the distinction.
I maintain NuYuGen will have a focus on CBD though based on CEO Richard Sharp’s interests.
last line in the product label states 10mg cannabinoids in the SOulera plus.
Yvette, you are getting a little mixed up! You are talking about Soulera Plus and yes it has CBD in it. It was created to add CBD to the Flagship product Soulera, for those individuals who wanted to enhance their CBD experience by adding the adaptogens that are in Soulera.
Again, Soulera (the flagship product) has NO CBD in it! There are 2 separate products, one without CBD (Soulera) and one with CBD (Soulera Plus).
Sounds like some of the distributors need to up their personal consumption of their own product and destress a little.
John James is right. lmfao.
I have been on the product for a week now. I am a long time cbd user (before mlm had cbd), and I have to say that for me, Soulera does alot more than just cbd does. We are not another “me too” cbd company.
Stress isnt what you think it is. It affects us physically and that damage doesnt just fix itself when the stress ends. Feel free to follow my health journey for yourself.
We actually have several bonus pools.
I am so excited to be pioneering something different than everyone else. And that works!
Also we have a holding tank that allows you to place your new members into your team anywhere you wish. But you dont lose enroller status.
And there is no skipping on people getting paid. Dynamic compression!
I have been waiting nearly 2 mos. For my order.
I received an email a few weeks ago stating I would get 2 bottles for waiting… any idea when it might arrive? Very excited! Billy (Ozedit: phone removed)
I have been taking Soulera Plus for more than one month. It has exceeded my expectations in relieving Extreme anxiety for me.
I have yalen just CBD and helped but was not consistently giving me the relief I needed. I am extremely grateful for this product.
I still have sitiations that trigger stress but with Soulera I am able to remain calm. I am certain my overall health and sense of well being has improved drastically.
If it accomplished this for me I have no dougt it will help others… Forever Grateful for yhis amazing Elixir!
Hmmm…

Hard to accept this as an unbiased opinion regarding product or value as it’s from an MLMer endorsing an MLM product. Looking at her bio, I suspect MLMing is her focus and not the benefits of CBD.
Hi- wondering… Soulera is marketed as a cancer treatment protocol as well as other conditions. Why is it sweetened with xylitol?
The only sweetener I have been advised to take by many sources as well as many people are Stevia and Monk fruit. Please verify. Thanks.
Perhaps the more pertinent question is why is Soulera being illegally marketed as a cancer treatment protocol?
Please report anyone doing so to the FTC/FDA. It’s dangerous.
I’m a truck driver whan I used soulera+ would that show like I’m a drug user.
I’ve been taking Soulera for 4 months, I had chest X-rays and had small lumps or whatever their called on my lung, this was about 6 months ago.
Was scared to go and have X-rays again as also had breast cancer before. So anyway I went, they were gone off my lungs.
In the last four months I’ve also been taking CBD oil so was taking both.
Just wish their pay plan wasn’t binary, no one likes them and have seen many quit because if that system. I feel you should be paid on everyone on your levels, not legs equaling out.
If you’re going to infer that Soulera cured your lung bumps, you’ll need to provide peer reviewed research.
Otherwise you’re making unsubstantiated medical claims.
My second shipment of two bottles proved to give me severe diahera.
I noted that the colour of the liquid (product) was mirkybrown …..similar to aged Balsamic Vinegar.
I immediately contacted their Customer Service …… but never received any response. It was lot number A144170119.
I then ciontacted Customer Srvice once again and was finally told that I would be receiving contact fRom their Head Office. No one ever contacted me!
I have cancelled all further shipments and do NOT recommend that anyone consumes this overpriced concoction until the company admits that they produced a BAD BATCH !
Just another OVERPRICED MLM SCAM to make a few people wealthy.
