Nova Coinage Review: 1-3% daily ROI Ponzi scheme
There is no information on the Nova Coinage website indicating who owns or runs the business.
On the Nova Coinage website “about us” page, the company claims
Nova Coinage Venture LLC. is a well recognized open joint stock company which was established in 2015.
The foundations of company were laid in USA, afterwards at the starting of 2016 the board of directors and management decided to reorganize and transform it into a Limited Liability Company with the merger of Stock Market and Crypto-Currency.
Nova Coinage Venture LLC. is based on a team of highly trained and skilled professionals having profound knowledge and market experience of years and years.
No proof of any of the above claims is provided on the Nova Coinage website.
A residential address in the US state of Michigan is provided as a contact address for Nova Coinage on their website.
A Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Filing Endorsement for Nova Coinage Venture LLC is provided on the Nova Coinage website.
This corporate registration does exist, however a PO Box address in Michigan was used to register Nova Coinage Venture LLC.
The Nova Coinage website domain meanwhile was registered privately on the 27th of January, 2016.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
The Nova Coinage Product Line
Nova Coinage has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Nova Coinage affiliate membership itself.
The Nova Coinage Compensation Plan
The Nova Coinage compensation plan sees affiliates invest in NC Value Packs.
Each NC Value Pack has a corresponding advertised ROI, with there being six offered NC Value Packs in total:
- NC Value Pack I – invest $199 and receive a daily 1% to 1.25% ROI for 12 months
- NC Value Pack II – invest $499 and receive a daily 1.25% to 1.5% ROI for 12 months
- NC Value Pack III – invest $999 and receive a daily 1.5% to 1.75% ROI for 18 months
- NC Value Pack IV – invest $4999 and receive a daily 2% to 2.5% ROI for 24 months
- NC Value Pack V – invest $9999 and receive a daily 2.5% to 3% ROI for 24 months
Note that 30% of all ROI funds paid out must be reinvested back into the company.
Referral Commissions
Referral commissions are available on funds invested by recruited affiliates.
Nova Coinage pay referral commissions down three levels of recruitment as follows:
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 7%
- level 2 – 2%
- level 3 – 1%
Residual Commissions
Residual commissions in Nova Coinage are paid out via a binary compensation structure.
A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):
The first level of the binary team houses two positions, with the second level generated by splitting each of the two positions into another two positions each.
Subsequent levels are generated as needed, with each level housing double the positions of the previous level.
Binary positions are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of new Nova Coinage affiliates.
Each week Nova Coinage tallies up investment volume on both sides of the binary team. Nova Coinage affiliates are paid 10% of the weaker side’s volume, with leftover volume on the stronger leg carried over to the next week.
Note that 30% of all binary commissions must be reinvested back into the company.
Global Pool
The Global Pool is made up of 5% of Nova Coinage’s company-wide investment.
Nova Coinage affiliates qualify for a monthly share in the Global Pool once they have achieved $100,000 dollars in binary investment volume (min $50,000 on each side).
Each time the above qualification criteria is met, a Nova Coinage affiliate earns from the Global Pool for two consecutive months.
Joining Nova Coinage
Affiliate membership with Nova Coinage is free, however affiliates must invest between $199 and $9999 to participate in the attached MLM opportunity.
Conclusion
As is currently typical of the MLM cryptocurrency niche, Nova Coinage has nothing to do with cryptocurrency.
Affiliates invest up to $9999 a pop on the promise of advertised ROIs.
The only verifiable source of revenue entering Nova Coinage is affiliate investment, ergo ROIs paid out are likely to be invested affiliate funds.
The use of newly invested funds to pay off existing investors makes Nova Coinage a Ponzi scheme.
Referral and residual binary commissions serve as recruitment incentives, adding an additional pyramid layer to the scheme.
Of note is Nova Coinage openly acknowledge the investment nature of their opportunity on their website.
Each and every client will have to go through registration process before investing with Nova Coinage Venture LLC.
We are offering our trading services to a wide range of clients who want to invest their money in the international stock market.
Naturally one would expect a US corporation offering an investment opportunity to US residents to be registered with the SEC.
A search of the SEC’s Edgar database however turns up nothing for “nova coinage”.
This means in addition to Ponzi and pyramid scheme fraud, Nova Coinage are also offering unregistered securities.
As with all Ponzi schemes, once newly invested funds dry up Nova Coinage will be unable to meet their advertised ROI obligations.
Due to the daily ROI nature of the business, when Nova Coinage collapses it is likely to be sudden and without warning. This maximizes potential investor losses while enabling the anonymous admin(s) to make off with as much as possible.
I suspect following the paper-trail behind the Michigan incorporation will reveal details used to register Nova Coinage are unlikely to be legitimate.
This is based on failure to register Nova Coinage with the SEC and awkward English used on the Nova Coinage website.
Leave alone the fact that Nova Coinage was incorporated in March, 2016 and launched only a few days ago, here’s an example of awkward English from their website:
In past, it was not possible for everyone to make an investment in some profitable assets generating businesses due to lack of funds, because one can’t fulfill the requirements of capital needed to be invested.
But today it is world of internet and technology, for this reason back in 2015 Nova Coinage Venture LLC started providing its services to the internet users and created worldwide secure investment opportunities eradicating the risks of fraud and minimizing the apprehensions of investors regarding financial loss by the merger of World’s Leading industries i.e. Stock Market and Crypto-Currency.
Reputation of company is self-evident from the reviews and testimonials of our satisfied customers regarding our services and sincerity.
Could just be an oversight but I highly doubt it.
It is a world of internet!
Don’t be so skeptical; I think this one’s legit.
Isn’t it important to know who the owners are and where they’re hiding before assuming this one might be “legit”?
That’s how gullible folks get scammed everyday.
Of coarse! Greed overrules all!
Just follow the money will show you how legit it is or not.
World revolves around the sales of products and services – if all they are selling is money – you might want to rethink how legit this is.
What does knowing the owner have to do with it being a legit business? You sound more gullible than most with that statement alone.
I don’t know the owners of all the businesses I spend money at – yet they do provide the services I pay for.
noobs tend to think it is a safe bet since they know who is stealing their money. Rather than look at exactly how money is being generated to pay them in the business.
These are the people that get scammed daily
Come back when you can point out any other business which can pay out up to 3% PER DAY for 365 days WITHOUT being a ponzi scheme.
Remembering:
1% per day is 365% per year
3% per day is 1095% per year
Remember also, Warren Buffet Buffett who is widely regarded as the most successful investor of all time, shows a compound return of around 22.3% over 36 years.
So, if you think a group of unnamed gurus operating from residential premises in Michigan are smarter than Warren Buffett, go ahead and invest.
Just don’t expect anyone with the slightest amount of common sense to agree with your arguments.
