MyPromoAd provides no information about who owns or runs the company on its website.

MyPromoAd’s website domain (“mypromoad.net”), was privately registered on December 15th, 2021.

This supports a January 15th, 2022 launch date provided by MyPromoAd.

MyPromoAd’s website is available in three languages; German, English and Russian.

Of the three languages offered, German appears to be the default. There are pages on MyPromoAd’s website that default to German and are not available in English or Russian.

This suggests whoever is running MyPromoAd has ties to Germany, or at the very least is fluent in German.

At time of publication Alexa ranks top sources of traffic to MyPromoAd’s website as Israel (20%), Switzerland (20%) and Indonesia (15%).

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

MyPromoAd’s Products

MyPromoAd has no retailable products or services.

MyPromoAd affiliates are only able to market MyPromoAd affiliate membership itself.

MyPromoAd affiliates receive adcredits, which can be used to purchase advertising on the company’s website.

MyPromoAd’s Compensation Plan

MyPromoAd affiliates purchase $20 positions in a five-tier 2×3 matrix cycler.

A 2×3 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:

These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Level three of the matrix is generated in the same manner and houses eight positions, for a total of fourteen.

MyPromoAd cycler tiers are $20, $50, $300, $1000 and $10,000.

When all positions in a matrix are filled, a “cycle” is triggered and a commission paid out. A new position on the next cycler tier is also generated.

Payments across MyPromoAd’s five-tier cycler are as follows:

  • Tier 1 (positions cost $20) – generates $20 cycle commission and cycles into tier 2
  • Tier 2 – generates $50 commission and cycles into tier 3
  • Tier 3 – generates $300 commission and cycles into tier 4
  • Tier 4 – generates $1000 commission and cycles into tier 5
  • Tier 5 – generates $10,000 and cycles (see below)

From Tier two personally recruited affiliates must be in a matrix to cycle to the next tier. It is unclear what happens if this condition is not met.

It is also unclear whether tier 5 cycles into a new tier 5 or tier 1 matrix.

Referral Commissions

MyPromoAd pays referral commissions per affiliate personally recruited into an matrix cycled out of.

  • $20 tier pays $1 per recruited affiliate
  • $50 tier pays $3.60 per recruited affiliate
  • $300 tier pays $15 per recruited affiliate
  • $1000 tier pays $50 per recruited affiliate
  • $10,000 tier pays $180 per recruited affiliate

MyPromoAd Conclusion

Rather than just be honest about its fraudulent business model, MyPromoAd markets its scam as a “fundraising game”.

A PASSIVE INCOME

Just book our premium option and we will take care of your income.

The reality is MyPromoAd is a classic adcredit Ponzi.

$20 in generates $11,370. This is paid from subsequent cycler position investments, making MyPromoAd a Ponzi scheme.

Referral commissions generate recruitment, which is required to keep the Ponzi scheme going. Referral commissions also add a pyramid element to MyPromoAd.

Being a cycler Ponzi, recruitment inevitably stalling will also stall matrices within the cycler.

Once enough matrices stall, an irreversible collapse will trigger.

Whenever it happens, this will result in the majority of MyPromoAd affiliates realizing a loss.
