Monetriza Review: Altcoin dump laundering with pyramid recruitment
Monetriza provides no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.
The Monetriza website domain (“monetriza.com”) was privately registered on October 12th, 2017.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Monetriza Products
Monetriza has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Monetriza affiliate membership itself.
The Monetriza Compensation Plan
Monetriza affiliates invest $300 to $1500 and receive the current value equivalent of dumped altcoin cryptocurrencies.
- $300 package = $300 worth of dumped altcoins
- $500 package = $500 worth of dumped altcoins
- $1500 package = $1500 worth of dumped altcoins
Monetriza don’t specify which altcoins affiliates will receive, but do state the $1500 package comes “with at least 20 different set(s) of coins”.
Direct Recruitment Commissions
Monetriza affiliates are paid a direct recruitment commissions for each affiliate they personally recruit.
- regular affiliates earn $20 per affiliate recruited
- franchisee affiliates earn $25 per affiliate recruited
Residual Recruitment Commissions
Monetriza pay residual recruitment commissions via a 2×24 matrix compensation structure.
A 2×24 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them.
Level two of the matrix is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Levels three to twenty-four of the matrix are generated in the same manner, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the matrix are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of Monetriza affiliates.
Commissions paid on filled positions across the 2×24 matrix are as follows:
- level 1 – $20 commission per position filled (2 positions)
- level 2 – $16 commission per position filled (4 positions)
- level 3 – $12.80 commission per position filled (8 positions)
- level 4 – $10.24 commission per position filled (16 positions)
- level 5 – $8.19 commission per position filled (32 positions)

Joining Monetriza
Basic Monetriza affiliate membership is $150 a year.
Franchisee membership is $3000 with the requirement the applicant already has an office in their country of residence.
The primary difference between basic and franchisee affiliate membership is increased commission rates in the Monetriza compensation plan.
Note that regardless of whether basic or franchisee affiliate membership is chosen, full participation in the Monetriza income opportunity requires an additional $300 to $1500 investment.
Conclusion
God a few worthless altcoins lying about?
You could either sell them at the current rate and take the loss, or start up your own MLM company to launder them through.
And so we have Monetriza, a combination of altcoin dump and pyramid recruitment.
For $300 to $1500, Monetriza’s anonymous admins will happily dump their altcoins onto you for whatever the going rate is.
There’s a reason the names of the altcoins aren’t provided. CoinMarketCap currently tracks 1818 altcoins, most of which are worthless garbage.
Once received, Monetriza affiliates can do whatever they want with the altcoins.
Hold them as the value further decreases or sell them immediately to minimize losses. Your choice.
The other side of Monetriza is straight pyramid recruitment.
Cough up $150, recruit others who do the same and get paid. Once recruitment slows down, so do commissions.
In that sense both components of Monetriza’s business model rely on constant recruitment.
Pyramid recruitment collapsing is a given, but it also means Monetriza’s anonymous admins will have nobody to dump altcoins onto.
And $3000 for a franchisee license that bumps the personal recruitment commission rate from $20 to $25? Totally worth it.
