MLM Recruitment Center fails to provide company ownership or management information on its website.

Said website uses numerous stock photos to represent satisfied clients and office locations.

MLM Recruitment Center’s official YouTube channel features videos of actors in front of green screens. The rest of the content is stolen from various third-parties.

One video I recognized was BusinessForHome’s social media intro video. Here’s MLM Recruitment Center’s poorly edited plagiarized version.

Update 24th July 2020 – Sometime in the last week MLM Recruitment Center has removed their BusinessForHome video from YouTube. /end update

MLM Recruitment Center provides an address in California on their website. This is in fact a virtual office address owned by Regus.

MLM Recruitment Center’s official Facebook page is managed by “Nina Petrov”, which appears to be a bogus account (stock photo, no personalized content).

MLM Recruitment Center’s website domain (“mlmrc.com”) was first registered in 2013. The registration was last updated with private information on May 11th, 2019.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

MLM Recruitment Center’s Products

MLM Recruitment Center has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market MLM Recruitment Center affiliate membership itself.

MLM Recruitment Center’s Compensation Plan

MLM Recruitment Center affiliates sign up and pay a fee. Commissions are paid when they recruit others who do the same.

MLM Recruitment Center’s compensation plan appears to be disconnected from their current membership fee tier structure.

As presented on MLM Recruitment Center’s website, their compensation plan is a ten-tier 2×2 matrix cycler.

A 2×2 matrix places an MLM Recruitment Center affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:

These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these two positions into another two positions each.

This creates a total of six positions, which are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of MLM Recruitment Center affiliates.

When all six matrix positions are filled, a “cycle” is generated and a cycle commission paid out.

The position at the top of the matrix also “cycles” into the next matrix tier, which promises larger commissions.

Tier 1 commissions are paid as 50% of affiliate membership fees collected across the matrix.

From Tier 2 onwards fixed cycle commissions are paid out as detailed below:

  • Tier 1 – 50% of affiliate membership fees paid by six recruited affiliates and cycles into Tier 2
  • Tier 2 – $1000 per position filled, $500 bonus when all positions are filled, generates a new Tier 2 matrix position and cycles into Tier 3
  • Tier 3 – $2000 per position filled, $1000 bonus when all positions are filled, generates a new Tier 2 matrix position and cycles into Tier 4
  • Tier 4 – $4000 per position filled, $2000 bonus when all positions are filled, generates a new Tier 2 matrix position and cycles into Tier 5
  • Tier 5 – $8000 per position filled, $3000 bonus when all positions are filled, generates a new Tier 2 matrix position and cycles into Tier 6
  • Tier 6 – commission per position filled not disclosed, $5000 bonus when all positions are filled and cycles into Tier 7
  • Tier 7 – commission per position filled not disclosed, $10,000 bonus when all positions are filled and cycles into Tier 8
  • Tier 8 – commission per position filled not disclosed, $15,000 bonus when all positions are filled and cycles into Tier 9
  • Tier 9 – commission per position filled not disclosed, $20,000 bonus when all positions are filled and cycles into Tier 10
  • Tier 10 – commission per position filled not disclosed, $30,000 bonus when all positions are filled

Note that in order to qualify for recruitment commissions, every MLM Recruitment Center affiliate must recruit at least one affiliate.

Conclusion

With a name like MLM Recruitment Center wasn’t expecting much.

True to form, MLM Recruitment Center is a pyramid scheme that pitches assistance with recruitment into other pyramid schemes.

MLM Recruitment Center promises to “actively recruit and build your MLM downline for you.”

The problem with any MLM company in which you can profit solely on the recruitment of new affiliates is that it’s a pyramid scheme.

MLM Recruitment Center itself is a ten-tier cycler pyramid. You sign up, pay a fee and get paid when others are recruited who do the same.

This is your classic pyramid model and inevitably collapses when recruitment stalls. Math guarantees that the majority of participants in pyramid schemes lose money.

One last note; Given the lack of company ownership details provided and blatant ripping off of other people’s content, any claims made on MLM Recruitment Center’s website should be taken with a large grain of salt.
