There is no information on the Matrix King website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The Matrix King website domain (“matrix-king.com”) was registered on December 26th, 2016. Mohammad Monsuri of Netafraz Hosting is listed as the owner with an incomplete address in Esfahan, Iran also provided.

Whether Mansuri is running Matrix King or whether he’s an employee of the company hosting the Matrix King website is unclear.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The Matrix King Product Line

Matrix King has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Matrix King affiliate membership itself.

Bundled with Matrix King affiliate membership is access to a

personal success product ‘1 YEARS MLM POWER’ for personal and financial empowerment.

The information contained within this learning center and its materials is strictly for personal growth and coaching and educational purposes.

Who authored the product is not disclosed.

The Matrix King Compensation Plan

The Matrix King compensation plan pays affiliates to recruit new affiliates via a 2×4 matrix.

A 2×4 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:

These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting the first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Levels three and four of the matrix are generated in the same manner, housing eight and sixteen positions respectively.

Commissions are paid out as positions in the matrix are filled, with positions filled via direct and indirect recruitment of new Matrix King affiliates.

A Matrix King affiliate is paid $5 per position filled in their matrix. An additional $150 bonus is paid once an affiliate’s matrix is full.

Although not explicitly clarified in the Matrix King compensation plan, I believe an affiliate must purchase another position to continue earning once they fill their initial matrix.

Joining Matrix King

Matrix King affiliate membership is tied to a $10 matrix position purchase.

Conclusion

Matrix King is a simple matrix-powered pyramid scheme.

Affiliates sign up for $10 and are then paid $5 per affiliate recruited into their matrix. Nothing is marketed to or sold to retail customers, with all commissions paid out tied to the recruitment of new Matrix King affiliates.

The attached marketing training attached to Matrix King affiliate membership is neither here nor there and serves solely as pseudo-compliance.

As with all pyramid schemes, once affiliate recruitment dies down Matrix King will collapse. Owing to the largest group of affiliates being the lowest level of the company-wide matrix, Matrix King’s collapse will see the majority of affiliates take a loss.
