Likwel Review: Boris CEO MLM crypto Ponzi
Likwel operates in the cryptocurrency MLM niche.
Likwel’s website domain (“likwel.com”), was privately registered on September 26th, 2022.
The company represents it is based out of Canada, but only provides a virtual address owned by Regus on its website.
Likwel’s Canadian virtual address corresponds to Likweil Limited, a shell company purportedly incorporated in Canada on October 19th, 2022.
Due to the ease with which scammers are able to incorporate shell companies with bogus details, for the purpose of MLM due-diligence shell incorporation in any jurisdiction is meaningless.
Heading up Likwel is CEO Hector Miles. No photo of Miles is provided on Likwel’s website, only a non-verifiable marketing bio.
My story began in 2010, when I finished my master’s degree, before going on to finish my postgraduate studies in computer engineering.
Since 2015, I’ve been actively working with corporate clients in the business industry.
We are however introduced to Miles on Likwel’s official YouTube channel.
Miles is played by Russian national Anton Kozlov (Антон Козлов).
Not surprisingly, Kozlov doesn’t work in the “business industry”. He’s a children’s book publisher from Nizhny Novgorod.
Who actually runs Likwel isn’t clear but it’s obvious they are in or at the very least have ties to Russia.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Likwel’s Products
Likwel has no retailable products or services.
Affiliates are only able to market Likwel affiliate membership itself.

There are ten affiliate ranks within Likwel’s compensation plan.

- Level 10 – generate 10,000,000 USDT in downline investment
Referral Commissions
Likwel pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Likwel caps referral commissions down ten unilevel team levels.
Referral commissions are paid as a percentage of tether invested across these ten levels based on rank:
- Level 1 ranked affiliates earn 9% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates), 5% on level 2, 3% on level 3 and 2% on level 4
- Level 2 ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1, 5% on level 2, 3% on level 3, 2% on level 4 and 1% on level 5
- Level 3 ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1, 6% on level 2, 4% on level 3, 2% on level 4 and 1% on levels 5 and 6
- Level 4 ranked affiliates earn 11% on level 1, 6% on level 2, 4% on levels 3 and 4, 2% on level 5 and 1% on levels 6 and 7
- Level 5 ranked affiliates earn 11% on level 1, 6% on level 2, 4% on levels 3 and 4, 3% on level 5, 2% on levels 6 and 7 and 1% on level 8
- Level 6 ranked affiliates earn 11% on level 1, 7% on level 2, 4% on levels 3 to 5, 3% on levels 6 and 7 and 1% on levels 8 and 9
- Level 7 ranked affiliates earn 12% on level 1, 7% on level 2, 4% on levels 3 to 5, 3% on levels 6 and 7, 2% on levels 8 and 9 and 1% on level 10
- Level 8 ranked affiliates earn 12% on level 1, 7% on level 2, 4% on levels 3 to 5, 3% on levels 6 to 9 and 2% on level 10

Joining Likwel
Likwel affiliate membership is free.
Full participation in the attached income opportunity requires a minimum $50 investment in tether (USDT).
Likwel Conclusion
Likwel represents it generates external revenue via a number of streams:
Likwel is a unique and innovative crypto tool for the masses.
Our business is mining, cryptocurrency trading, stocks, bonds. Located in Canada, North America.
No evidence of Likwel being engaged in any external revenue is provided.
That’s because, like Likwel being based out of Canada and its Boris CEO, Likwel has no source of external revenue.
At a minimum, Likwel is committing securities fraud by failing to register its passive returns investment scheme with financial regulators.
This would require Likwel to file periodic audited financial reports. They can’t do this, because all Likwel is doing is recycling new investment to pay earlier investors.
The bottom-line is if Likwel was able to legitimately generate 4.45% a day on consistent basis, they wouldn’t be hiring children’s book publishers to play CEO and, more importantly, be providing you access at no cost.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve Likwel of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
Update 10th September 2023 – Likwel has collapsed.
They’re having an event on July 30th in Kazan.
And they held another in Paris last month
youtube.com/watch?v=Cu7WgLIJ5VU
Of course, they’re already “star leaders”
ibb.co/0MSf3xW
And they’re assuring the legality of the “company” because “People in Thailand know of Likwel since last year…”
ibb.co/YfHQ9sD
Stay tuned…
PS: They’re announcing the opening of an office in Barcelona.
Two weeks ago they shared a video of Likwel’s Mining farms in Thailand:
ibb.co/n8x3bxD
youtube.com/watch?v=2_sdTAIT8ng
Which is no longer available
ibb.co/K7SxMq7
A few Likwel names:
Rob Edmundson (allegedly Likwel England)
ibb.co/b5wnCny
Marina Sergeeva, Irina Golovkova (Russia)
Tibor Katona (Hungary)
Top managers in Cyprus
ibb.co/VvZyq8t
Other than this guy Jocelyn Savrimoutou all other members of the French team are reluctant to provide their full names.
ibb.co/YRXMZfK
It is obvious that Likwel is predating (or at least have as priority) the Russian diaspora.
The old “we paid someone to use their mining setup for marketing” ruse hey. Hasn’t been a thing for a few years.
Surprised they went for it – but these are the same guys who put their Boris CEO in a horse stable so…
Only reason the video would have been deleted is if they were contacted by the setup owner or there was something obvious in it that gave the ruse away.
Likwel’s first problems recruiting people?
And… DUBAI EVENT!
ibb.co/W5bNgdW
I saw them openly advertising an event in Russia the other day. Was on their YT from memory.
One last event in Russia then off to Dubai I guess.
More Likwel “stars”, let’s make them famous
Gabriel Ozols (Lithuania)
ibb.co/ZGQDVBS
Vincent Corrales (France?)
ibb.co/7Cfs3KC
And “of course it is a legit business” document
ibb.co/k4vwyw7
A Russian Telegram Channel Likwel – Scam has appeared
Its description translates to
And in the last message they confirmed than Hector’s real identity is Anton Kozlov and confronted Irina Golovkova XD
And dear Irina (a “Likwel star”) said that “she’s met Hector in person and was not interested in rumours” XD
ibb.co/VwwTB6X
All this information was previously shared on another Telegram Channel
t.me/bitcoinpostru
Last but not least, Henry Nals’ real identity (vicepresident of Likwel) is Alexey Popov from Moscow.
A second channel went full KGB(?)/OSINT against Kozlov and his wife. I will not share the screenshots since contain their account in full details (even passwords!)
It seems Likwel people are running out of time and we don’t know for sure whether “Hector” is going to attend Kazan’s event in two weeks.
Rumor has it, Nals and Miles are already in England/USA.
Stay tuned…
It seems that likwel is already slowing down. Other than motivational quotes by Warren Buffet no more posts had been shared on their Telegram channels.
Boris CEO didn’t attend the event in Kazan. But the video is available now, of course no comments are allowed
youtu.be/Tyvnkf-DZD4
Lots of happy faces, drones and other Cositortian (?) gimmicks
Lots of people who look like they have NFI why they’re there lulz.
Despite being an obvious Russian scam, the French are gobbling it up (63% of website traffic).
Recruitment in Russia has collapsed, sitting at just 2% (down 45% month on month).
That means that the osint effort in exposing Kozlov et all is working. For what I’ve seen French(and Cyprus) events are popular among the Russian diaspora.
Yesterday, the guys unmasking Kozlov shared this message:
1. the fuck is a “digital advisor”?
2. if a “financial psychologist” can’t see an obvious Ponzi scheme, they are horsehsit at their profession (which sounds made up to begin with)
3. Ponzi schemes work… until they don’t. Then it’s hOw Do I gEt My MoNeY bAcK?
I guess “leader” And “recruiter” Are denominations with bad reputation. So digital advisor…
And it’s funny that Irina Golovkova is the most recognizable figure in this scam.
Just for you to know, they will have an event with french leaders in Sion, Switzerland.
I live in Switzerland and I’m curious to know If the event will really take place or not.
There’s no reason the Russians can’t send a delegation of puppets to host a staged Likwel event in Switzerland.
The bigger question is why not hold a French leaders event in France?
Weeks ago they held a likwel event in France. But it was a small gathering here’s the pathetic video
youtube.com/watch?v=_hhoMvDXP8g
Lots of Russians, a few French people and (as stated in previous comments) almost no one of the “leaders” properly introduced themselves.
And the same for the Cyprus event…
I contacted swiss medias to check if they want to join that event and make a video about this future event in Sion. I will let you know what their answer is.
That France event looks about as pointless as the other staged events.
Having some guy giving a marketing presentation to “leaders” is always a give-away. Like what, they don’t know the illegal investment opp they’re promoting?
The Swiss event, if it goes ahead, will likely be another repeat.
Likwel Next step: operation “let’s post about likwel on social media”.
This is the last message shared
ibb.co/swcr1sX
And yes, attendance is lower and lower…
ibb.co/09HLqjR
Poor Boris, I mean Henry…
Likwel office in Barcelona Spain.
ibb.co/BzHCT62
And Dubai event with a very special guest
ibb.co/LCxcy2Z
Last but not least a month old (sorry I was on vacation ;)) “Likwel is not a scam” telegram post:
ibb.co/KXM82Y8
(Google Translate)
Lol! Where is that Sting poster from? (I checked Likwel’s public socials)
If I can get an official source that’s worth an article alone. Sting rocking up to perform at a Boris CEO Ponzi event in Dubai lulz!
It was shared on this channel t.me/Likwel_Marina
A screenshot of the channel
ibb.co/YL2yNpc
Full Dubai program (with Sting) is available here
likwel.life
However the Sting poster is not posted on the main channel XD
ibb.co/dmwxL2Y
Checking Sting’s tour dates it’s interesting (to say the least) that on September 20th he’s going to be in Denver, not in Dubai…

Exit scam complete!
Confirmed!
