Life Miner Review: Crypto mining ruse Ponzi scheme
Life Miner has four known website domains:
- lifeminer.tech (main website), privately registered March 5th, 2023
- lifeminer.io (affiliate backoffice), privately registered September 19th, 2023
- lifeminer.app (affiliate backoffice), privately registered September 19th, 2023
- mpytoken.app (currently only used for website asset CDN), privately registered April 14th, 2023
On its main website and YouTube channel, Life Miner presents “Jairo Bonicontro” is its CEO.
Bonicontro is a prime Boris CEO candidate but does appear to be using his real name.
Bonicontro appears to be based out of Paraguay. This fits with Life Miner representing it is based out of Paraguay.
Other than registration of a shell company and hiring locals to appear in marketing videos, Life Miner doesn’t appear to have any actual ties to Paraguay.
The Wayback Machine cached Life Miner’s website in mid 2023. At the time the site was presented in Portuguese. There are also Portuguese words in Life Miner’s website source-code.
This is odd because the two most common languages in Paraguay are Spanish and Guarani.
Note that there was no mention of Bonicontro on Life Miner’s website at this time. He appears to have been added sometime thereafter.
Something else odd is two of Life Miner’s websites being registered through a Spanish registrar. While we can’t see full registration details, one domain country is set to CN (China) and the other BR (Brazil).
This could just be bogus registration data but, within the context of everything else, is worth noting.
Finally we have SimilarWeb traffic analysis for each of Life Miner’s websites:
- lifeminer.tech – 31% from Italy, 31% from Poland, 20% from Brazil and 11% from Bangladesh
- lifeminer.io – 39% from the Dominican Republic, 19% from the UK, 13% from the US, 9% from the Italy and 9% from Poland
- lifeminer.app – 45% from Italy, 44% from Poland and 11% from Brazil
- mpytoken.app – not enough traffic to measure
I’m tempted to say Life Miner is being run by Brazilian scammers but can’t say for sure.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Life Miner’s Products
Life Miner has no retailable products or services.
Affiliates are only able to market Life Miner affiliate membership itself.
Life Miner’s Compensation Plan
Life Miner affiliates invest $50 to $10,000 USD equivalents in tether (USDT). This is done on the promise of up to 0.4% a day.
Life Miner’s passive returns are capped at 200%, which includes MLM commissions and bonuses. If a Life Miner affiliate generates $1000 in total downline volume, this cap is lifted to 500%.
Once either cap is reached, reinvestment is required to continue earning.
The MLM side of Life Miner pays on recruitment of affiliate investors.

Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:

ROI Match
Life Miner pays a ROI match via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Life Miner caps the ROI match at twenty unilevel team levels.
How many levels a Life Miner affiliate receives the match on is determined by their own investment and recruitment efforts:
- invest $50 and receive a 100% match on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)

Life Miner Conclusion
Life Miner represents it generates external revenue via crypto mining operations in Paraguay.
Other than staged marketing videos, which aren’t proof of anything, no verifiable evidence of Life Miner generating crypto mining revenue is provided.
On the regulatory front Life Miner’s passive returns constitute a securities offering. This requires Life Miner to register with financial regulators in each country it solicits investment in.
Life Miner fails to provide evidence it has registered with financial regulatory in any jurisdiction. This means that at a minimum Life Miner is committing securities fraud and operating illegally.
As it stands the only verifiable source of revenue entering Life Miner is new investment.
Using new investment to pay returns would make Life Miner a Ponzi scheme.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve Life Miner of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
Preceding Life Miner’s collapse will likely be a MPY token exit-scam.
As per Life Miner’s marketing above, MPY is a BEP-20 shit token. BEP-20 tokens can be created in a few minutes at little to no cost.
Watch for withdrawals switching over to MPY tokens at some point. Or Life Miner could just pull the usual “withdrawals disabled because (insert cliche excuse)” route.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
Ari Maccabi is promoting it. Strange thing is he should know that such profits are not possible to generate with btc mining.
Just make a calculation with the most profitable mining machine. You are not able to reach 0.2% per day profit. Furthermore you need to generate more because you need to pay the matching bonus.
So he definitely knows that is a scam. In addition if it’s a real company, it needs to pay taxes.
If Ari Maccabi and Darren Little is promoting it, that right there tells me it’s a scam.
It’s crazy that Ari claims to warn others about scams then he turns around and is always promoting one.
What mpv token are you referring to please? As far as I am aware, they do not have an mpv token. Please advise.
MPY token. You can see the included marketing.
I researched the correct domains but mistyped them in the article as “mpvtoken.app”. Fixed now, thanks.
Paula And Jario are Brazilians.
Please keep me updated as me and my team almost joined this!!
G’day mate I’ve done a video about this company as well another fine piece of journalism, I am telling people they should support your articles to keep you going I know what it’s like.
Ironically I did ring up Paula Giudice, she asked me to text her because she couldn’t speak English very well. She seems like a lovely lady we actually did a comparison to “bitfarms” and showed a genuine mining operation.
We did find them on Google and they do seem to have some beautiful trees in the garden looks like an olive plant plantation more than a crypto investment opportunity.
Question when addresses are provided is always “does this even have anything to do with the company?”
It’s the same problem when a random office/residential address is provided.
I wouldn’t rule out Life Miner scammers Googling “(lost in translation) farm” and finding some random olive farm to put up as an address.
Colombian serial scammer Efrain Diaz is also promoting this BS:
ibb.co/c8QR6Vt
And this scam is also being promoted (with limited success) in Russia
ibb.co/58600xq
Thank you very much for the review.
