Global Adkach fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Global Adkach’s website domain (“adkach.com”), was registered in March 2022. The private registration was last updated on March 13th, 2023.

In the footer of its website, Global Adkach provides a corporate address in Morocco.

Further research reveals marketing citing Amine Hafidi as Global Adkach’s founder and CEO.

Hafidi, who for some reason refers to himself as a “Grand Master”, appears to be from Morocco.

This tracks with Global Adkach’s provided corporate address.

Due to language-barriers tracking Hafidi’s MLM history proved difficult. Circa 2014/2015 though, Hafidi appears to have been promoting the Dubli pyramid scheme.

Circa 2016 it was revealed Dubli was losing millions of dollars. The scam went on to collapse in 2022.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Global Adkach’s Products

Global Adkach has no retailable products or services.

Affiliates are only able to market Global Adkach affiliate membership itself.

Global Adkach’s Compensation Plan

Global Adkach affiliates invest €25 euros or more on the promise of a passive return.

Global Adkach pays out returns in its own BC token, at a rate of up to 140 BC a week. Note that there are also references to “ADCoin”, but it’s not clear whether this is the same as BC.

Every three months an additional 1200 to 1800 BC is also paid out. The exact amount is determined by how much is invested.

The MLM side of Global Adkach pays on recruitment of affiliate investors.

Recruitment Commissions

Global Adkach pays recruitment commissions on recruited affiliates via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Global Adkach caps payable unilevel team levels at five.

Referral commissions are paid per affiliate recruited into the unilevel team as follows:

  • level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 10 BC per affiliate recruited
  • level 2 – 5 BC per affiliate recruited
  • level 3 – 10 BC per affiliate recruited
  • levels 4 to 9 – 5 BC per affiliate recruited

Residual Commissions

Global Adkach pays residual commissions via a a twelve-level deep company-wide matrix. Note the width of the matrix is not disclosed.

Affiliates are recruited into the matrix via direct and indirect recruitment. For each affiliate recruited into the matrix, 1.5 BC is paid out.

Loyalty Gifts

Each month Global Adkach offers affiliates loyalty gifts.

The company runs an automatic monthly raffle for a set of valuable prizes and giveaways.

The draw includes the names of all subscribers registered in our applications.

No further specific information is provided.

Global Adkach Conclusion

Global Adkach ties the returns it pays out to watching ads.

When you activate ADCOIN account + ADKACH account and collect 1200 COINS to 1800 COINS every 3 months from viewing ads, you will automatically benefit from doubling of “ADKACH BONUS” profits in your account every 3 months.

This is obvious busy-body work and, such to the extent it generates any revenue, would be negligible.

Securities law requires Global Adkach to disclose revenues via audited financial reports. On its website Global Adkach makes no indication it has registered with financial regulators in any jurisdiction.

In Morocco, this would be the Moroccan Capital Market Authority. As per website traffic tracked by SimilarWeb, other countries Global Adkach solicits investment in include Germany, Belgium and Egypt.

As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering Global Adkach is new investment. Using new investment to pay affiliate withdrawals would make Global Adkach a Ponzi scheme.

Supporting this is Global Adkach claiming to recycle “more than 85%” of company-wide investment on its website.

The MLM side of Global Adkach is a straight pyramid scheme. Nothing is marketed to or sold to retail customers.

One particularly disturbing part of Global Adkash is encouragement of top recruiters to launder money.

Once you activate your ADCOIN account and collect 20 COINS per day from watching ads, the company allows you to earn 25 BC per week, from transferring COINs to VOCHER and selling it to new registrants to activate ADCOIN accounts.

In addition to wire fraud and securities fraud, this opens up Global Adkach promoters to potential money laundering charges.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.

This will starve Global Adkach of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.

It’s worth noting that Global Adkach recruitment in Morocco appears to have collapsed. Between November and December 2023, SimilarWeb tracked a 74% reduction in Global Adkach website traffic from Morocco.

Germany and Belgium seem to have stalled, with new victims now being recruited in Egypt.
