Forever Healthy Review: Imuregen supplements & autoship recruitment
Forever Healthy operate in the health and nutrition MLM niche and operate out of Makati City in the Philippines.
The company website does have an “admin team” and “president/ceo” section on their website, however at the time of publication both links were broken.
The Forever Healthy website domain (“foreverhealthyproducts.com”) was registered on February 4th, 2015.
Leon Katz (right) is listed as the owner, with an address in the US state of California also provided.
Further research reveals the address provided actually belongs to The Mailroom and More. On their website, The Mailroom and More advise they provide virtual mailbox services.
Leon Katz meanwhile is credited as President of the company on the official Forever Healthy Facebook page.
Prior to launching Forever Healthy Katz was involved in LifePharm Global, another health and wellness MLM opportunity. Katz also has experience in the real-estate industry, with one corporate bio crediting him with
over 30 years of experience with national and international real estate and investments as a both a broker and business development consultant.

Forever Healthy Products
Forever Healthy’s flagship product line is Imuregen liquid, capsules and effervescent tablets.
Imuregen is manufactured by UniRegen, who are based out of the Czech Republic.
IMUREGEN is a unique dietary supplement that first came out in the 1950s.
It was developed by leading Czech immunologists, made and distributed from the Czech Republic.
IMUREGEN boasts of decades of research, clinical exposure, and testimonies that to date prove it works and has no long term or short term side effects.
A website set up to promote Imuregen confirms that Forever Healthy are the Master Distributor for the product across the Philippines.
Imuregen is available via capsule, liquid and effervescent tablets (various flavors).
IMUREGEN is a food supplement in capsule or liquid syrup form that can be taken as vitamins to supplement nucleotides in the body.
It was created for the immune system sourced only from all natural ingredients that support T-Cell production, intestinal integrity, and has antitumor effects.
At the time of publication the Forever Healthy website contains no information about Imuregen or pricing.

- Imuregen liquid – ₱5040 a bottle ($101 USD)
- Imuregen capsules – ₱7280 for a bottle of 90 capsules ($146 USD)

According to the Forever Healthy compensation plan, retail customers can only purchase Imuregen products on monthly autoship.
Imuregen itself appears to have been available in the Philippines since 2014 through Althea Group (also known as Athea Enterprise).
The exact nature of the business relationship between Athea Group and Forever Healthy is not disclosed.
The Forever Healthy Compensation Plan
The Forever Healthy compensation plan does include retail sales volume, however it primarily revolves around the recruitment of new affiliates and generating monthly affiliate autoship orders.
Forever Healthy Affiliate Ranks
There are eleven affiliate ranks within the Forever Healthy compensation plan.
Along with their respective qualification criteria they are as follows:
- Builder – sign up for 20 PV autoship and recruit two affiliates

MLM Commission Qualification
Forever Healthy affiliates are required to have a standing 20 PV monthly autoship order (40 PV for Director ranked affiliates).
PV stands for “Personal Volume” and is sales volume generated via retail sales and an affiliate’s own purchase of product.
Recruitment Commissions
Forever Healthy affiliates are paid 35% of the volume generated via recruitment of new affiliates.
Each Forever Healthy affiliate package generates a set amount of “business volume” (BV), which the 35% recruitment commission is calculated on.
- Associate Packages generate 40 BV
- Leader Packages generate 60 BV
- Business Packages generate 120 BV
- Elite Packages generate 240 BV
- Premium Packages generate 600 BV
The more a newly recruited affiliate spends on their membership the higher the recruitment commission paid out.
A 9% residual recruitment commission is paid on second level affiliate recruitment volume (affiliates recruited by those you recruit).
Autoship Commissions
When personally recruited affiliates sign up for autoship, a 24% commission is paid out on sales volume generated by their monthly autoship fees.
Residual Commission (matrix)
Forever Healthy pay residual matrix commissions via a 2×14 matrix.
A 2×14 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:
These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Levels three to fourteen of the matrix are generated in the same manner, with each level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.
Commissions are paid out as a percentage of sales volume generated via affiliates directly and indirectly recruited into the matrix.
How many matrix levels a Forever Healthy affiliate can earn on is determined by their rank:
- Builder – 4% on levels 1 to 7 and 3% on level 8
- Team Leader – 4 on levels 1 to 7, 3% on level 8 and 2% on levels 9 and 10
- Manager – 4% on levels 1 to 7, 3% on level 8 and 2% on levels 9 to 12
- Director – 4% on levels 1 to 7, 3% on level 8, 2% on levels 9 to 12 and 3% on levels 13 and 14
Millionaire’s Matrix
1 Star Diamond and higher ranked affiliates earn on an expanded 2×14 matrix.
The Millionaire’s Matrix expands the regular 2×14 matrix to a 3×14 matrix, with commission percentages remaining the same as Director.
A 3×14 matrix is similar to a 2×14 matrix, the only difference being three initial positions and each new level increased by a factor of three:
Residual Commissions (unilevel)
Forever Healthy pay residual unilevel commissions to Director and higher ranked affiliates via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Forever Healthy pay an 8% commission on all volume generated throughout an affiliate’s unilevel team.
Note that to qualify for residual unilevel commissions, a Forever Healthy affiliate must have two legs each generating at least 1000 GV a week.
GV stands for “Group Volume” and in the context above is PV generated by affiliates in a unilevel leg.
Also note that if an affiliate in a unilevel leg also qualifies for unilevel residual commissions, residual unilevel commissions cease being paid out on that leg.
Leadership Pool
Forever Healthy place 5% of company-wide sales volume in the Leadership Pool.
A Forever Healthy affiliate earns one share in the Leadership Pool per unilevel leg disqualified for residual unilevel commissions (because an affiliate in the leg qualifies for residual unilevel commissions).
Directors Pool
Forever Healthy place 5% of company-wide newly recruited affiliate volume into the Directors Pool
Director and higher ranked affiliates can qualify to earn in the pool by maintaining 60 PV autoship and generating 3000 GV a month.
GV within the above context is PV generated by a Director ranked affiliate’s entire downline.
After this initial qualification criteria is met, the affiliate must maintain at least one unilevel leg generating 2000 GV a month and another generating at least 1000 GV.
Additional shares in the Directors Pool can are earned at a rate of one share per personally recruited affiliate who also qualifies for the Directors Pool.
Global Binary Pool
Forever Healthy place 10% of monthly autoship volume into the Global Binary Pool.
The Global Binary Pool utilizes the same 2×14 (or 3×14) matrix compensation structure used to pay residual matrix commissions.
Director or higher ranked affiliates qualify for a share in the Global Binary Pool when one matrix leg generates 2000 GV and the other 1000 GV (can be any one of the three legs in the 3×14 matrix).
Each 2000/1000 GV pairing generates one Global Binary Pool share.
Diamond Pool
Forever Healthy place 3% of newly recruited affiliate fees and monthly autoship fees into the Diamond Pool.
1 Star Diamond Director and higher ranked affiliates receive shares in the Diamond Pool as follows:
- 1 Star Diamond ranked affiliates receive one share
- 2 Star Diamond ranked affiliates receive two shares
- 3 Star Diamond ranked affiliates receive three shares
- 4 Star Diamond ranked affiliates receive five shares plus an additional share if a personally recruited affiliate has qualified as a 1 Star Diamond or higher
- 5 Star Diamond ranked affiliates receive seven shares plus an additional share if a personally recruited affiliate has qualified as a 1 Star Diamond or higher
- 6 and 7 Star Diamond ranked affiliates receive ten shares plus an additional share if a personally recruited affiliate has qualified as a 1 Star Diamond or higher
Rank Achievement Bonus
1 Star Diamond and higher ranked Forever Healthy affiliates qualify for the following one-time Rank Achievement Bonuses:
- 1 Star Director – $1000
- 2 Star Director – $3000 plus a “laptop”
- 3 Star Director – $5000 plus a “trip to Hong Kong for 2”
- 4 Star Director – $10,000 plus a “1 karat diamond ring”
- 5 Star Director – $20,000 plus a Rolex watch
- 6 Star Director – $50,000 plus a “car sedan”
- 7 Star Director – $500,000 plus an “around the world trip for 2”

Conclusion
The Forever Healthy business model is best summed up by the company itself in its compensation documentation:
If you are a simple recruiter; you earn big.
Motivate, train and guide your direct downlines because the more they recruit; the more you earn!
Retail is possible and does generate residual volume, however the main focus of the compensation plan is affiliate recruitment.
Recruited affiliate sign up by purchasing an affiliate package. This generates a commission for the recruiting affiliate.
Residual volume is then generated via continued monthly autoship orders, which are required to qualify an affiliate to earn on recruited affiliates who do the same.
Remind your direct downlines to remain active and purchase their product every month because you will earn 24% from their monthly purchase and teach them to do the same to their direct downlines.
An affiliate can qualify for commissions by manually purchasing product, however the end result is the same: the affiliate is self-purchasing commission qualification.
This creates a closed-loop of chain-recruitment, which in MLM is key to defining a pyramid scheme.
Imuregen seems to have had a limited market in the Czech Republic, but enough interest to sustain the company for a number of years.
An expansion into the Philippines doesn’t seem to have gone all that well, with the company finding an exclusive partner to promote Imuregen in Forever Healthy.
That in itself isn’t a problem, but attaching Imuregen’s products to a recruitment-driven compensation plan is.
It makes the products irrelevant, with the income opportunity itself what is instead marketed and focused on.
I also want to comment on Forever Healthy’s website. I saw something about an “anniversary” event posted recently on their Facebook page. This implies that the company has been around for at least a year.
There’s absolutely no excuse for having a broken website if you’re not a new fledgling company. After a year you should have basic information about your company available for prospective customers and affiliates, with anything less a sign of managerial laziness.
As with all recruitment-driven MLM opportunities, once affiliate recruitment dies down so too will commissions. What little retail activity might be going won’t be enough to sustain the company, prompting a collapse.
The amount of product Imuregen’s package can front-load an affiliate with is pretty high. This creates the potential for large losses should an affiliate not be able to recruit to recoup their initial spend.
That of course creates the bigger problem of those recruited having to recoup their losses too, however that’s a separate issue.
The end result of a pyramid scheme is always the same: When recruitment stops they collapse and the majority of participants lose money.
The Product is nothing less than incredible. I see it helping both the young, the old, the sick and the healthy. I will never stop taking it.
^^ Hi Leon. If you’re going to pretend to be someone else and astroturf, best not to use an email address pointing to your personal domain hey?
Simply put this company is marketing it’s products through an MLM structure because that is the best way to get people to try it. Sitting on shelves just makes the advertising companies rich.
Idiotic statements by sites like this stop so many people from getting the benefits on this incredible product. I for one will never stop taking Imuregen. It has completely changed my life from someone who’s been suffering with internal pain for over 25 years to someone who is now considering joining the senior athletes competition.
No mention is made here that these products are patented or that they have over 60 years of research and development and clinical studies with over 1100 published articles in major medical journals. (Ozedit: spam removed)
I didn’t join this company because of the opportunity but rather because of how well the products worked for so many.
Please do much further research before you let this article stop you from trying out the products for yourself. There is no requirement to become a seller. You do not have to join the MLM.
Good luck
Except that’s not what Forever Healthy is doing, is it.
Running an affiliate autoship scheme isn’t going to get people to try products. Nice strawman but.
Because those are all marketing points that are of little to no relevance when it comes to due-diligence of Forever Healthy’s business opportunity.
Cool. But you’re an affiliate and presumably on autoship. If you only cared about the products, why aren’t you just a retail customer?
Oh right… because, in Forever Healthy’s own words;
Gotta love it when people come on here to rage about a review, while indirectly conceding points made in the review. Bonus points when they make an arse out of themselves in the process.
Oh and feel free to provide evidence of “60 years of research and development and clinical studies with over 1100 published articles”, pertaining specifically to Forever Healthy’s products.
If the clinical studies and “1100 articles” don’t mention Imuregen or Imunplus by name, then you are full of shit.
And no “our products have x ingredient, here’s articles dating back to Jesus on how great x ingredient is. See people were writing about our products 2000 years ago!” garbage either.
Note the website you tried to link has no content:
So piss off with your linkspam hey. That simply put enough for you?
Sooooo have you tried the product yourself.
Never claimed to have.
I don’t need to try an MLM company’s product to review the opportunity, anymore than I need to try a cinema-quality camera to review a movie.
Quick Google search for this product in the country of origin – Czech Republic…
The pack of 90 capsules was available for 465 Kč = 20 USD. Retail price in commercial pharmacy shop networks (no MLM)
Nolink://www.benu.cz/imuregen-kapsle-cps-90
146 USD for the same pack through MLM from Philippines? Come on… this cannot be explained by shipping costs!
Welcome to “smart and low cost” business of MLM!
Yeah but have you tried it tho?
Strange thing… these products are not available now nowhere in pharmacies nor shopping aggregators.
Producer web site nolink://imuregen.cz/ is still indexed by Google, but offline… (at least for me). DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
I see the first presence of this site domain sice 2000 in web archive, although first relevant content is present since 2002. Last footprint in web archive is on January 2019.
User reviews of products I’ve found are quite rare, positive and dated between 2015 and 2018.
Take the claim about 50 years of existence of product company with a grain of salt.
…and no, I did not use it. This is the first time I’ve heard it of.
I was curious cos country of origin of this product is my home country.
I tried this product and didn’t really work for me. I read it did for others but this product is just way too expensive. I realized it’s this MLM thing.
You should also make a review of other nucleotide products. It’s not just them. Thanks for posting this.
Starting with the ownership – Susan Barlin is a complete scam artist. She will talk to you in the name of Jesus and then rip you off.
The product is overpriced snake oil which has no scientific backing. A company with no integrity that is taking advantage of the people in the Phillipines.
Probably bought out certain officials there to even be able to operate. The biggest fraudster in MLM period is Susan Barlin.
thanks for this review of opportunity. is there a product review itself, does it work at all? benefits, side effects, etc?
hoping that those who have tried it, especially for autism, can shed some info. thanks.
There are no medical studies that I’m aware of for Forever Healthy’s products.
I have tried it and so far it was good and effective. I have got Lupus and Diabetes. My daughter who got eczema and asthma always using it in winter and spring helps her to control her immune system.
My Father who got multiple cancer stage 3 was using it during his chemotherapy and helped him combat the disease and treatment and he is now cancer free.
Costly? Yes, I agree but the product is superb and effective for us…definitely will use it continuously if needed.
Unless you can provide peer-reviewed studies proving Forever Healthy products have any effect on lupus, diabetes, eczema, asthma and/or cancer, anecdotal stories = meaningless.
By all means continue to use Forever Healthy’s products. MLM + unsubstantiated medical claims however = illegal.
(Sorry, couldn’t resist.)
Mate, don’t make me come over there mate.
Sorry, mate. (We’ve “crossed the streams” of comment threads, but that’s OK. The right people will get it.)
The MLM thrives on fake news to sell. Take one of their “scientific spokesperson”, Dr. Jose Micabalo Oclarit, as an example, of their CON/SCAM ARTIST.
Jose Oclarit purveys a lot of fake news without backing his claims. There are no links, or if there are links, they are COMPLETELY unrelated to his claims.
When somebody questions him, he goes on an ONLINE HISSY FIT that he is a Outstanding Scientist.
While his bragging does lend some truth, that award was 20 YEARS AGO, which nobody from the Filipino scientific community TODAY cares about.
Plus, he is not even on the level of National Scientist (Yes, the Philippines does have National Scientists) to have that high degree of credibility. He is not even one of the Top 10 Scientists of the Philippines based on number of publications and h-index.
He thinks that just because he’s the dean of a medical school (and not even a LICENSED PHYSICIAN), he’s entitled to spew all the unverified pseudoscience BS and he’s even so smug about it!
He even contradicts his claims that he really sounds stupid especially if someone takes an in-depth look at what he posts and says.
Dear Sir;
First and foremost, I would like to commend you for providing the public with a site to give us information about MLM companies. Your contribution to the public is commendable and needed.
I understand that you are doing a lot of work to give the most accurate information for the public to make a better decision based on founded information. Keep up the good work.
We are a small company with a big purpose. Yes, purpose-driven. We can not compete with the giants but believe that if we can touch a few lives, our purpose is already accomplished. One life is way too precious for us.
I have read your information and may I give you some information that you may use to give the public more accurate information.
First, we are based in Las Vegas.
Second, Leon Katz is not the owner but me. Leon Katz is the President but I own the company.
Third, Althea is an Independent Business Representative of Forever Healthy. Althea has been suspended because of violating our Policies but still refuses to bring down our products as he is using it as bait to sell other products. We have written to him many times already.
Fourth, our compensation plan is not the same as you are showing. We have enhanced it. I can email the PowerPoint to you if you are interested.
We have enhanced and encouraged Retail to the max. In fact, we are even launching on March 1 a Retail Customer Loyalty Program.
Fifth, Dr. Jose M. Oclarit, is a Professor of Medicine on Molecular Biology, Bio-Chemistry and is indeed one of the TOP 300 Scientists in the Philippines. These can be verified, Sir.
Sixth, we do not want to make claims on our products and in every PowerPoint and Label, we do say “These statements are not ….” as per government compliances.
I can send you photos of our products and show you all the disclaimers.
Last for now on this – and I would love to send you an email with proofs of the other stories..as there are so many others… I have been featured by Forbes Asia, Multi-awarded by both public and private entities, Comments on my FB Page can make you judge what people are saying about me, I am so open and public on social media…which means I am not hiding and accessible to everyone.
I would hope that your site will continue to give good feedback but with fairness to everyone.
The public deserves the truth but no one deserves to be maligned and falsely labeled with unfounded accusations. I am sure you would agree with that.
Let us give the public the truth based on founded claims.
Again, I commend your work. May you continue to serve the purpose of your site that the public can benefit from.
Sincerely,
Susan Barlin
I would like to provide to you some information that could make your report more accurate.
Hi Susan,
This review is date-stamped and was published in June 2017. It was wholly accurate at time of publication.
Being outdated doesn’t make it untruthful.
BehindMLM doesn’t include marketing spam in our reviews (social media, paid Forbes ads etc.) but I’m happy to revisit Forever Healthy for an updated review.
I’ve queued it up and will revisit Forever Healthy when it comes up.
Dear Oz;
Thank you for the prompt response. In 2017; Althea is already our IBR for a while.
Comments on Dr. Oclarit also need to be amended, Sir. ( With due respect)
Also, to Mr. Schwab, there are millions of people who know me and you are embarrassing yourself to the millions of people who know me.
They have done business with me. Also, you are embarrassing my government in the Philippines. This product is duly registered through tedious compliances not only in the Philippines but also in several countries.
Anyways, Mr. Oz, thank you for the updates you will do. I don’t want you to say and believe what I say but please verify if what I said is true, then please give me the courtesy to get the information on your site updated.
With much respect,
Susan
When I say the review will be updated, that’ll see me publish an updated review. This review will be preserved as is.
Reader comments? You’re welcome to refute any comments but I don’t see anything that needs removal.
I can’t comment further on Forever Healthy as I haven’t revisited the company since 2017.
Fair enough Mr. Oz.
Well taken and much appreciated.
@Susan
Forever Healthy came up for a review update today.
I went looking for an updated compensation plan and noted Forever Healthy does not provide this information on its website.
Can you provide a copy of the compensation plan? Also why does Forever Healthy hide this information from consumers?
Pending Forever Healthy providing a copy of their current compensation plan, I’m leaving the review update there.
LOL @Susan Barlin. you really have the narcissistic gall to come here and flaunt your credibility and public image.
First of all, Ma’am you claim to have a PhD even your LinkedIn states so where did you get your PhD because it’s not mentioned in your LinkedIn at all?
You even share your Facebook posts with the PhD title, and this is shared by your numerous GULLIBLE followers. Unless you can provide a diploma to stake your title and degree, I stand by my claims that you are a con artist.
Second, you dare use your acquaintances in your MLM to vouch for for your credibility. That is downright hilarious!
Of course, they will vouch for you because a.) they are your downlines under you or b.) none of them ran a background check on you due to the poor educational system in the Philippines.
So spare me your BS!
Charles Schwab- Your statements are lies and you’re spreading false and libelous statement which can be proven wrong!
(Ozedit: derails removed)
By the way, we are not an MLM company anymore. We are now on eCommerce with an Affiliate Program.
Nope, still an MLM. According to what’s provided on the website, referral commissions are 20% from level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) and 10% from level 2.
MLM stands for multi-level marketing, and multi- means more than one. Two is more than one.
So is the PhD real or not?
Popcorn time.
@Susan Barlin. I am lying? here is your linkedin page, isn’t it?
linkedin.com/in/susanbarlin
Now, tell me, where in your EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND states that you obtain your PhD degree?
As of this writing, this is what the “Education” section in your Linkedin profile states. (Mind you, I saved the screenshot and printed a pdf version of your CURRENT ENTIRE LinkedIn page for receipts.)
@Susan Barlin Still, Jose Oclarit has no MD degree and therefore is not licensed to look at blood test results, which your company has multiple photos of him diagnosing people of diseases.
And when was the last time he was active in scientific research? 2009? His scientific knowledge has already been dated and obsolete for more than TEN YEARS, by the time I posted my comment on this page in 2020!!!
