Elevana operates in the vaping MLM niche. The company operates from two known website domains:

  1. myelevana.com – privately registered on March 27th, 2025
  2. info4elevana.com – privately registered on June 30th, 2025

The only executive Elevana discloses on its websites is Global Director “Felix Anthony”:

Felix Anthony is an alias of serial fraudster Philip Piccolo (right).

Piccolo, who now stylizes himself as a Pastor, also goes by Felix Angelo Piccolo, Felix Phillip Angelo, Felice DeAngelo, Johnny d’Angelo, Johnny Dangelo, Phillip Angelo P., Joseph Stevens, Don Johnson, John Nocton.

In one Elevana webinar, Piccolo messed up by showing his WhatsApp account. In one of the chats someone addressed “Felix” as “Phil” (click to enlarge):

Piccolo has likely also used other aliases not listed above.

Piccolo’s latest grift appears to be “Kingdom Community”, a religious community targeting Filipinos. Through Kingdom Community, Piccolo has promoted multiple scams.

The most recent of these scams is MemeGames, a fraudulent MLM crypto investment scheme run by serial offender Eric J. Dalius.

In Kingdom Community marketing videos, Anthony represents himself to be Meme Games’ number one promoter:

For some reason there are also numerous references to dodgy crypto schemes in Elevana’s “myelevana” website source-code:

These are assumed to be past scams Piccolo has either run or promoted.

Piccolo is primarily known to BehindMLM for his involvement in the Vista Network Ponzi scheme. Piccolo was also a promoter of the notorious Zeek Rewards Ponzi scheme.

As part of the Vista Network civil lawsuit fallout, Piccolo filed for bankruptcy in late 2022.

Piccolo is known to reside in Florida but at time of publication this couldn’t be confirmed.

Referral Commissions

Elevana pays a 25% referral commission on funds invested by personally recruited promoters.

Residual Commissions

Elevana pays residual commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an promoter at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited promoter placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 2 of the original promoter’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 promoters recruit new promoters, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Elevana caps residual commissions at ten unilevel team levels. Residual commissions are paid per 10 pack of vapes sold across these ten levels based on rank:

  1. 1 Stars earn $25 on level 1 (personally recruited promoters) and $10 on levels 2 and 3
  2. 2 Stars earn $25 on level 1, $10 on levels 2 and 3 and $5 on level 4
  3. 3 Stars earn $25 on level 1, $10 on levels 2 and 3 and $5 on levels 4 and 5
  4. 4 Stars earn $25 on level 1, $10 on levels 2 and 3 and $5 on levels 4 to 6
  5. 5 Stars earn $25 on level 1, $10 on levels 2 and 3 and $5 on levels 4 to 7
  6. 6 Stars earn $25 on level 1, $10 on levels 2 and 3 and $5 on levels 4 to 8
  7. 7 Stars earn $25 on level 1, $10 on levels 2 and 3 and $5 on levels 4 to 9
  8. 8 Stars earn $25 on level 1, $10 on levels 2 and 3 and $5 on levels 4 to 10
  9. 9 Stars earn $25 0n level 1, $10 on levels 2 and 3, $5 on levels 4 to 9 and $10 on level 10
  10. 10 Stars earn $25 on level 1, $10 on levels 2 and 3, $5 on levels 4 to 8, $10 on level 9 and $25 on level 10

Elevana Conclusion

The marketing ruse behind Elevana is purportedly made in the US vapes.

Beyond that no information about the vapes is disclosed. This is a problem as the residual side of Elevana is tied to 10-pack vape purchases or sales.

Well, it would be if Elevana in its current state had anything to do with the vapes.

Elevana appears to have originally been scheduled to launch this month. For whatever reason, Elevana now has an August 15th launch date.

Technically Elevana has already launched though, and that brings us to Ponzi, pyramid and securities fraud.

Elevana is likely a Ponzi scheme due to the promise of a 200% ROI and no verifiable source of revenue other than new investment.

Founder packs include Elevana meme coins plus equal-value stock in a successful biotech company — with a 100% ROI guarantee.

Operation of a Ponzi scheme is a combination of securities fraud and wire fraud. Additionally conspiracy to commit and money laundering charges may apply.

Elevana is a pyramid scheme due to it being an MLM company that doesn’t market or sell anything to retail customers as part of its MLM opportunity.

Elevana is committing securities fraud by way of selling virtual shares, the nature of which are not disclosed to consumers.

Felix is offering **early access to private stock** from his personal portfolio To All Elevana Founders and Leaders **before public trading launches (Sept/Oct 2025).** These shares are **free-trading** and **over 3 years old.**

The company is **already generating millions** in revenue, with expected market excitement upon public access release in September/October 2025.

The 2-5 cents is not a guarantee of any sort. It’s an minimum expectation based on current sales. The CEO definitly [sic] has NASDAQ that has a minimum bid price of $1.00

Felix Anthony is not registered with the SEC. Any share offering to the public, virtual or otherwise, is done so in violation of US securities law. And that’s on top of unverifiable claims about a company “already generating millions” and whatever “the CEO definitely has NASDAQ that has a minimum bid price of $1.00” means.

Since declaring bankruptcy in 2022, Piccolo appears to have gone on another MLM crime spree. The amount of victims seems to have piled up, prompting Piccolo to add this to his Elevana pitch;

**Reimbursed You 100% for any direct financial losses** incurred in the past year tied to any program where Felix Anthony was a leader**

I take it MemeGames and the other scams Piccolo has pitched over the past few years haven’t gone well.

Well, for anyone but Piccolo and his inner-circle of Kingdom Community recruiters. Two ringleaders who work with Piccolo to funnel Filipinos into scams through Kingdom Community are Chris Barrios and Dan Amurao, aka Doc Dan.

As with all Ponzi schemes, once promoter recruitment dries up so too will new investment.

This will starve Elevana of ROI withdrawal revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.

Look no further than the countless MLM Ponzi schemes Piccolo has promoted over the past few decades to see this in action.
