donors-club-logoThere is no information on the Donors Club website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The Donors Club website domain (“donorsclub.biz”) was privately registered on November 30th, 2016.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The Donors Club Product Line

Donors Club has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Donors Club affiliate membership itself.

The Donors Club Compensation Plan

The Donors Club compensation plan sees affiliates gift funds to eachother through a 2×9 matrix.

A 2×9 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:

These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting each of the two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the matrix are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

A Donors Club affiliate signs up and gifts 0.03 BTC to the affiliate who recruited them.

This payment in turn qualifies the affiliate to receive 0.03 BTC from two affiliates recruited into the first level of their matrix.

Gifting payments across the other eight Donors Club matrix tiers are as follows:

  • level 1 – gift 0.03 BTC to the affiliate who recruited you and receive 0.03 BTC from two subsequently recruited affiliates
  • level 2 – gift 0.05 BTC and receive 0.2 BTC from four affiliates
  • level 3 – gift 0.1 BTC and receive 0.8 BTC from eight affiliates
  • level 4 – gift 0.2 BTC and receive 0.2 BTC from sixteen affiliates
  • level 5 – gift 1 BTC and receive 1 BTC from thirty-two affiliates
  • level 6 – gift 2 BTC and receive 2 BTC from sixty-four affiliates
  • level 7 – gift 4 BTC and receive 4 BTC from one hundred and twenty-eight affiliates
  • level 8 – gift 8 BTC and receive 8 BTC from two hundred and fifty-six affiliates
  • level 9 – gift 12 BTC and receive 12 BTC from five hundred and twelve affiliates

Note that the above gifting payments (both received and paid) are monthly recurring.

Joining Donors Club

Donors Club affiliate membership is tied to a 0.03 BTC monthly gifting payment to the affiliate who recruited you.

Full participation in the Donors Club income opportunity costs 17.38 BTC a month.

Conclusion

17.38 BTC is currently $12,756. A twelve thousand dollar monthly cash gifting scheme? Really…?

I think the whole bitcoin gifting MLM niche is so saturated at this point that greedy admins are just throwing up whatever they can and hoping it sticks.

DONORSCLUB is a donation exchange platform where members voluntarily give donations and receive donations on monthly. DONORSCLUB is a Person to Person, Direct Funding and Donation Sharing Platform.

Under the guise of giving and receiving donations, Donors Club is yet another entry into the bitcoin cash gifting MLM niche.

Legitimate donations don’t see donors qualify to receive payments from subsequently recruited affiliates, differntiating Donors Club as a cash gifting scheme.

New Donors Club affiliates gift funds to existing affiliates, with 580 individual monthly 0.03 BTC payments required to fund just one position that unlocks all nine gifting tiers.

Isn’t this like a pyramid scheme?

Well a pyramid scheme means that only the top members of the hierarchy get paid whereas DonorsClub allows every member to earn the same amount by doing the same amount of work.

The disingenuous side of the above pseudo-compliance nonsense is that every cash gifting scheme is preloaded by the admin.

These positions are at the top of the company-wide matrix and progress to the upper gifting tiers first. This sees the owner of the preloaded position(s) (the anonymous Donors Club admin(s)) receive the lion’s share of funds deposited into the scheme.

So yeah, similar to a pyramid scheme as per Donors Club’s own definition.

As with all cash gifting schemes, once recruitment of new Donors Club affiliates dries out so too will gifting payments within the scheme.

This will see those at the bottom of the company-wide matrix cease paying their monthly gifting fees, resulting in affiliates above them not getting paid.

These affiliates stop paying their fees and before you know it the entire company has collapsed.

At that point any Donors Club affiliates who haven’t scammed people out of more than they themselves have deposited, lose out.

Are there any refunds?

No, there are no refunds.

Mathematically this is guaranteed to be the majority of Donors Club affiliates.
