Diamond Reward provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.

The Diamond Reward website domain (“diamondreward.io”) was privately registered on November 25th, 2017.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Diamond Reward Products

Diamond Reward has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Diamond Reward affiliate membership itself.

The Diamond Reward Compensation Plan

Diamond Reward affiliates purchase DMR points from Diamond Reward’s anonymous owners, at rate of 70 cents to $1 each.

Once acquired, DMR points are then “lent” back to Diamond Reward on the promise of a monthly ROI of up to 48%.

  • invest $100 to $1000 and receive a monthly ROI of up to 48% for 239 days
  • invest $1001 to $5000 and receive the monthly ROI plus 0.1% daily ROI bonus for 179 days
  • invest $5001 to $10,000 and receive the monthly ROI plus 0.2% daily ROI bonus for 120 days
  • invest $10,000 to $50,000 and receive the monthly ROI plus 0.3% daily ROI bonus for 99 days

Diamond Reward affiliates who don’t cash out ROI payments are rewarded with bonus DMR points till December, 2020.

Diamond Reward pay referral commissions on ROI payouts via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Diamond Reward cap payable unilevel levels at six, with commissions paid out as a percentage of ROI payments made to unilevel team affiliates across these six levels:

  • level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 7%
  • level 2 – 4%
  • level 3 – 2%
  • level 4 – 1%
  • level 5 – 0.9%
  • level 6 – 0.5%

Conclusion

Diamond Reward presents itself as yet another ICO lending Ponzi scheme.

The company claims to generate ROI revenue through a “trading bot”, however no evidence of any such bot existing is provided.

The only verifiable source of revenue entering Diamond Reward is new affiliate investment, the use of which to pay a monthly ROI to affiliates makes it a Ponzi scheme.

Lending ICO Ponzis like Diamond Reward play out as follows:

Admins (who are typically anonymous) offload worthless pre-generated points in exchange for real money. In this case it’s DMR points.

The admins use some of this money to pay promised ROIs for as long as new affiliates sign up.

Once affiliate recruitment dries up so does the ROI reserve.

When a predetermined threshold is reached, the anonymous Diamond Reward admins pull a runner with what’s left.

Early Diamond Reward investors make a bit of money (mostly via recruitment of new investors). But same as any other Ponzi scheme, the reality of such scams is that the majority of participants eventually lose money.
