Crypto-Builder provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.

The Crypto-Builder website domain (“crypto-builder.com”) was privately registered on November 23rd, 2017.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Crypto-Builder Products

Crypto-Builder has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Crypto-Builder affiliate membership itself.

The Crypto-Builder Compensation Plan

Crypto-Builder affiliates purchase positions in a three-tier 2×6 matrix cycler.

A 2×6 matrix places a Crypto-Builder affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:

These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Levels three to six of the matrix are generated in the same manner, with each new level housing three times as many positions as the previous level.

A Crypto-Builder affiliate signs up and pays $120.

This $120 is split is $20/$100 and used to fund positions in the first and second tier cycler matrices.

Positions in each matrix are filled via recruitment of new Crypto-Builder affiliates, who also purchase cycler positions.

As positions in each 2×6 matrix are filled, commissions are paid out.

Here are the cycler commission payments across each of Crypto-Builder’s three cyclers:

  • level 1 (positions cost $20) – no commission and cycles into level 2
  • level 2 – $60 commission, cycles into level 3 and generates 1 new Tortoise matrix position

  • level 4 – $2800 commission, cycles into level 5 and generates 16 new Tortoise matrix positions
  • level 5 – $29,000 commission, cycles into level 6 and generates 59 new Tortoise matrix positions and 1 new Ambitious matrix position

Conclusion

Through three matrices, Crypto-Builder shuffles new funds to pay those who have already bought in.

This business model is known as a “cycler Ponzi”.

Matrix position purchases are effectively investments. Then, as new positions are purchased (new investment), existing investors receive a cut of this money as their matrix fills.

Over time more and more money is shuffled around to the higher levels of the matrix at each tier, which primarily benefits the admin and early investors.

This is due to a combination of preloaded admin positions and larger and larger sums of money being passed up to the admin at each level.

Preloaded admin positions are the first to be placed in the company-wide matrix. Typically admin positions are generated and not tied to invested funds (there’s nobody to pay above the admin).

Being first in, these positions start filling at the upper levels on each tier. Which translates into the positions receiving the lion’s share of invested funds at each tier.

Crypto-Builder also generates a ton of new positions as each new matrix level fills, resulting in even more money going to the admin (his or her admin positions are first to generate new positions in each matrix).

Just one position cycling through all three Crypto-Builder matrix tiers generates $193,800 in phantom positions (no new money).

Those positions in turn generate $37.5 trillion in positions and… well it gets beyond silly from there.

And remember, that’s just one position cycling through. Cycler Ponzi admins typically preload their scams balls deep with admin positions.

Needless to say when the music stops and recruitment dies down, only the Crypto-Builder admin and a few early investors will walk away with anything.

The rest of the Crypto-Builder affiliate-base’s positions will remain stuck in stalled matrices. Such is the inevitable collapse of every cycler Ponzi.
