CorVive’s website provides no information about who owns or runs the business.

The CorVive website domain was privately registered on January 19th, 2018.

Further research reveals CorVive affiliates citing Jeremy Fouts as founder and CEO of the company (note incorrectly credited as “Fout” below).

Fouts does promote CorVive on social media, however on the CorVive website itself he is conspicuously absent.

According to his LinkedIn profile, prior to founding CorVive Jeremy Fouts was a Crown Diamond in Genesis Pure.

Genesis Pure was an MLM company launched in 2009. Heading up the company was founder and CEO, Lindsey Duncan.

Duncan was also credited as “head formulator” of Genesis Pure’s products.

BehindMLM reviewed Genesis Pure in 2013 and, among other things, cited concerns over pay to play revenue-sharing.

In 2014 the Texas Attorney General sued Lindsey Duncan for fraud. This was followed by a $9 million dollar fine from the FTC.

Despite Duncan’s reputation left in tatters, Genesis Pure continued on as Live Pure.

I’m not sure exactly when he left, but by August 2017 however Jeremy Fouts was out.

Up until a year ago, Fouts was marketing his own branded “leadership training” on YouTube.

The CorVive Compensation Plan

CorVive’s compensation plan combines retail commissions with several performance-based bonuses.

Residual commissions, both downline and retail, are paid out via a unilevel compensation structure.

MLM Commission Qualification

In order to qualify and remain qualified for commissions, a CorVive affiliate must generate and maintain 100 PV over a rolling 28 day period.

PV stands for “Personal Volume” and is sales volume generated by sales to retail customers and an affiliate’s own orders.

CorVive Affiliate Ranks

There are six affiliate ranks within the CorVive compensation plan.

Along with their respective qualification criteria they are as follows:

  • Endorser – sign up as a CorVive affiliate and be MLM commission qualified
  • COR4 Endorser – maintain MLM commission qualification, recruit and maintain at least two Endorsers and generate at least 4000 GV a month (max 2400 GV from any one unilevel leg)
  • COR12 Endorser – maintain MLM commission qualification, recruit and maintain at least four personally recruited Endorsers and generate at least 12,000 GV a month (max 7200 GV from any one unilevel leg)
  • COR40 Endorser – maintain MLM commission qualification, maintain at least four personally recruited Endorsers and generate at least 40,000 GV a month (max 24,000 GV from any one unilevel leg)
  • COR80 Endorser – maintain MLM commission qualification, maintain at least four Endorsers and generate at least 80,000 GV a month (max 48,000 GV from any one unilevel leg)
  • COR200 Endorser – maintain MLM commission qualification, maintain at least four personally recruited Endorsers and generate at least 200,000 GV a month (max 120,000 GV from any one unilevel leg)

Retail Commissions

All CorVive affiliates earn a 20% commission on retail customer orders (includes preferred customers).

If a CorVive affiliate is also MLM commission qualified, they earn a residual retail customer commission down three levels (unilevel).

  • level 1 (retail customers referred by personally recruited affiliates) – 12%
  • levels 2 and 3 – 4%

Recruitment Commissions

CorVive affiliates are paid a commission when they recruit affiliates who sign up with an Endorser Pack.

Recruitment Commissions are paid out down four levels of recruitment (unilevel) as follows:

  • level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – recruit a Launch Pack affiliate and receive $25, $40 for a Transformation Pack affiliate and $100 for an Elite Pack affiliate
  • level 2 – $15 for a Launch Pack affiliate, $30 for a Transformation Pack affiliate and $50 for an Elite Pack affiliate
  • level 3 – $10 for a Launch Pack affiliate, $15 for a Transformation Pack affiliate and $30 for an Elite Pack affiliate
  • level 4 – $5 for a Launch Pack affiliate, $10 for a Transformation Pack affiliate and $15 for an Elite Pack affiliate

Residual Commissions

CorVive pays residual commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

CorVive caps payable unilevel levels at eight.

Residual commissions are paid out as a percentage of sales volume generates across these eight levels as follows:

  • Endorser – 4% on levels 1 to 3
  • COR4 Endorser – 4% on levels 1 to 5
  • COR12 Endorser – 4% on levels 1 to 6
  • COR40 Endorser – 4% on levels 1 to 7
  • COR80 Endorser – 4% on levels 1 to 8
  • COR200 Endorser – 4% on levels 1 to 8

Xcelerator Bonus

The Xcelerator Bonus is a one-time tiered bonus paid out according to the following criteria:

  • refer two customers and recruit two affiliates, each on a minimum 100 PV a month autoship = $250 Xcelerator Bonus
  • refer four customers and recruit four affiliates, each on a minimum 100 PV a month autoship = $500 Xcelerator Bonus

Car Bonus

COR12 Endorser and higher ranked affiliates qualify for a $750 a month Car Bonus.

Note the Car Bonus can be paid as $350 in lieu of being put towards a car.

Joining CorVive

Basic CorVive affiliate membership is $14.95 annually.

New CorVive affiliates can optionally sign up with an “Endorser Pack”:

  • Launch Pack – starts at $175
  • Transformation Pack – starts at $295
  • Elite Pack – starts at $575

I believe the “stars at” pricing is due to different product configurations within the packs.

Conclusion

CorVive makes a decent effort to encourage retail sales, so I’m at a loss as to why retail pricing isn’t provided on their website.

For convenience, as a consumer I shouldn’t have to sign up just to see pricing.

Outside of that major oversight, CorVive’s residual retail commissions and credits towards free products are rewarding – both for affiliates and consumers.

Residual retail sales is something we truly don’t see enough of throughout the MLM industry.

All of that said, retail sale incentives are only effective if products are retail viable to begin with.

Jeremy Fouts’ CorVive apple hasn’t fallen far from the Genesis Pure tree. Same style of supplements but different enough to not be a straight clone.

Before committing to anything though, make sure you get retail pricing and run a comparison with local offerings.

I didn’t see anything that stood out as proprietary in CorVive’s offering so you should be able to find similar products to compare to.

Assuming CorVive’s products aren’t overpriced, on the whole it seems Jeremy Fouts sought to improve Genesis Pure’s offering.

The compensation plan is much more balanced and overall it’s a pretty decent business opportunity package.

There is potential for autoship recruitment though, so be sure to check with your potential upline as to how they’re meeting their 100 PV a month.

If it’s through retail sales, great! If it’s through their own spend, make sure there’s a 100 PV minimum retail equivalent in monthly orders.

Otherwise you might find yourself in the “paying a monthly order fee to qualify for commissions and recruiting others who do the same” trap.

Good luck!
