Billions Trade Club fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Billions Trade Club’s website domain (“billionstradeclub.com”), was first registered in November 2021. The private registration was last updated on October 9th, 2022.

Prelaunch videos were uploaded to Billions Trade Club’s YouTube channel in July 2022. The company launched shortly thereafter.

While it doesn’t provide any specific information, Billions Trade Club does provide a photo of what it claims are “strategic management”:

Through additional research I’ve added Billions Trade Club’s management names in the caption above.

Other than him being a random crypto bro running something called “HamdenCorp”, I wasn’t able to get a reading on Shakin Hamden prior to Billions Trade Club.

Jorge Rodriguez was the Commercial Director of Smart Business Corp.

Daniel Ortiz and Ivan Velez were Smart Business Corp promoters.

Smart Business Corp is an Mexican MLM crypto Ponzi scheme. BehindMLM reviewed Smart Business Corp in May 2022, following its transition to cryptocurrency (which Rodriguez, Ortiz and Velez were very much part of).

SimilarWeb tracked just 13,000 visits to Smart Business Corp’s website as of February 2023. For an MLM Ponzi scheme, that’s as good as dead.

If I had to guess, the writing was already on the wall for Smart Business Corp in early 2022. This prompted Rodriguez, Ortiz and Velez to abandon ship and launch Billions Trade Club.

Billions Trade Club operates through Quantum Leap Company LLC, a shell company purportedly incorporated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

St. Vincent and the Grenadines is a scam-friendly jurisdiction with no known active enforcement of MLM related fraud.

As opposed to St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Billions Trade Corp is operated from Mexico. The company is primarily being pitched in Mexico and the Americas.

SimilarWeb currently ranks top sources of traffic to Billions Trade Club as Mexico (62%), Colombia (12%), the US (11%) and Brazil (11%).

  • level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 40%
  • level 2 – 20%

Investment Referral Commissions

Billions Trade Club pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Billions Trade Club caps referral commissions down four unilevel team levels.

Referral commissions are paid as a percentage of USDT invested across these four levels as follows:

Billions Trade Club Conclusion

Billions Trade Club can be summed up as bunch of Smart Business Corp Ponzi scammers leaving the scam as it collapsed to launch their own Ponzi scheme.

If you buy into the marketing, Billions Trade Club represents it generates external revenue via crypto arbitrage.

The capital contributed in all Profit Plans is managed exclusively through a strategy of Crypto Arbitration, this being the only productive activity that potentially generates profits For the users.

No verifiable evidence of arbitrate or any other external revenue generation source is provided.

Again though, these are Smart Business Corp Ponzi scammers. Smart Business Corp’s Ponzi ruse was… you guessed it, trading.

As with Smart Business Corp, there is no trading. All Billions Trade Club are doing is recycling newly invested USDT to pay out existing investors.

Attached to this is a pyramid recruitment scheme, which financially incentivizes recruitment of affiliate investors.

On the regulatory front Billions Trade Club isn’t registered with financial regulators in any jurisdiction it solicits investment in. The St. Vincent and the Grenadines shell incorporation is, beyond being a red flag in and of itself, absolutely meaningless.

Smart Business Corp was run out of Mexico and shell incorporated in Vanuatu.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.

This will starve Billions Trade Club of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

The math behind MLM Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.

To see this having already played out in practice, look no further than Smart Business Corp.

Update 25th July 2024 – Billions Trade Club has collapsed.
