Beneleit Review: Pay to play + illegal medical claims
Beneleit is a “100% Mexican company” that operates in a number of MLM niches; nutritional supplements, cell service, food and gas.
Beneleit was founded back in 2013 and is headed up by “Director General” Daniel Escudero.
As per Escudero’s Beneleit corporate bio;
From an early age, Daniel Escudero was exposed to the world of network marketing thanks to his mother, Martha Sánchez, who introduced him to the industry when he was just 8 years old.
Inspired by his mother’s hard work and dedication, Daniel decided at 24 to follow in her footsteps and begin developing professionally in the network marketing field.
Throughout his career, Daniel worked in 14 different multilevel marketing companies. [Daniel] repeatedly encountered unfair and unethical practices.
His last experience was particularly unfortunate. Despite achieving significant growth, a broad network of partners, and a sizable check, the company never paid him the profits he had generated.
Shortly after, it disappeared without warning, leaving him in a critical financial situation.
It was in a moment of great need that Daniel made a pivotal decision. One afternoon, while his wife asked him to buy powdered milk for their baby, he went out in his car but stopped, overwhelmed by the situation.
With no money to buy the basics for his family, he burst into tears. In that instant, he summoned the courage and determination that would change his life: instead of pursuing a fifteenth multilevel marketing venture, he decided to create his own company
On my end, and this could just be language-barriers, I wasn’t able to verify Escudero’s claimed MLM history.
As per its website, Beneleit’s corporate address is in Puebla de Zaragoza, Mexico.

Beneleit’s Compensation Plan
Beneleit’s compensation plan is split into four individual plans corresponding with Beneleit’s product and service offerings.
Note that anything quoted below (in a green box), is taken directly from Beneleit’s compensation plan documentation.
Beneleit Nutrition
Each Beneleit Nutrition product has a corresponding point value:
To qualify for commissions, Beneleit affiliates are forced to purchase products each month;
Monthly qualification entitles you to receive commissions.
To qualify, you should know that each product has a point value. As you select a product, the value will add up.
In your back office, you can select how you want to accumulate or distribute your points and complete your packages.
Please note that the commissions you receive will be based on your investment.
This means that if you qualify for the Basic package this month and you have partners in your network who qualify for the Executive or Premiere package, you will receive the commission corresponding to the package you are currently active with.
Beneleit Nutrition commissions are paid via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Beneleit Nutrition commissions are paid as a percentage of something across the unilevel team as follows:
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 5%
- level 2 – 15%
- level 3 – 40%
Additional qualification is required to earn from the fourth unilevel team and deeper:
- recruit three affiliates who each recruit three affiliates who each recruit 3 affiliates (all qualified) = 5% from level 4 to infinity
- if a downline affiliate meets the above qualification criteria (earning from level 4 and deeper), a bonus 3% is paid on that affiliate and their downline
- if a downline affiliate meets the above qualification criteria (the 3% bonus), a bonus 2% is paid on that affiliate and their downline
There’s a 180 Bonus paid on point volume generated by an affiliate recruited into the first three levels of the unilevel team.
The 180 Bonus is paid on the affiliate’s purchases within their first three months. After three months it is paid out as follows:
- level 1 – 40%
- level 2 – 15%
- level 3 – 5%
And finally a point bonus based around forced product purchases on the third level of the unilevel team only.
Three points generated by forced purchases on level three of the unilevel team equates to a “star”:
- generate 30 stars and receive a cell phone
- generate 70 stars and receive a laptop
- generate 150 stars and receive “an all-expenses-paid trip for two, 4 days and 3 nights, to a domestic tourist destination
- generate 650 stars and receive a “down payment on a car equivalent to 20% of its value, up to 700,000 pesos”
Note that no more than 2 stars can come from any one downline affiliate.
Also note that the initial qualification period for the point bonus is 30 months. After this the qualification period resets and is set at 24 months recurring.
The 24 month qualification period changes the 650 star reward to a $50,000 MXN cash bonus.
On the second and subsequent 24 month qualification periods, a Beneleit affiliate must hit the same tier they previously qualified at in order to receive any bonuses.
Beneleit Gas
Beneleit pays Beneleit Gas commissions down four levels of recruitment (unilevel).
For every $1200 MXN gas pack purchased, $50 MXN is paid across four unilevel team levels ($200 MXN total paid out).
There is also a Bonus 180, which pays after three months from the purchase of a $1200 MXN gas pack:
- levels 1 and 2 – 50 MXN
- levels 3 and 4 – 20 MXN
Beneleit affiliates can also accelerate their Beneleit Gas income by purchasing $200 MXN “wildcards”.
Beneleit Mobile and Beneleit Foods
Beneleit do not disclose compensation details for Beneleit Mobile and Beneleit Foods.
Joining Beneleit
Beneleit affiliate membership is required for each product category.
Signing up for each of the four compensation plans appears to be free, however forced monthly purchases are required to qualify for commissions.
Beneleit Conclusion
Beneleit is a confusing mess, underneath which hides a pay-to-play pyramid scheme.
There is no reason for Beneleit to have four separate compensation plans with four separate signups required and four separate sets of qualification criteria.
It made this review a chore to put together and good luck explaining it all to anyone without losing them in the first 10 seconds. You might get away with explaining just one part of Beneleit, but then the company does itself no favors by providing incomplete compensation plan details.
Currently there are four separate smaller MLM opportunities within Beneleit. Add on a fifth product or service, a sixth after that? If they aren’t already, at what point do things get truly ridiculous?
Beneleit needs to scrap this approach and consolidate its offerings into one compensation plan. On that basis alone Beneleit is an easy avoid till the company makes these changes.
Unfortunately confusion compensation plans and withheld information is just the tip of the iceberg.
Each of Beneleit’s compensation plans forces affiliates to purchase a product or service to qualify for commissions.
Beneleit Nutrition:
Green : Member who has made a purchase in the current month. Eligible to collect commissions.
The goal of our bonuses is to help you recoup your monthly investment from the moment you start.
Beneleit Mobile:
Carry out monthly self-consumption, in this case, recharging the data package of your choice, ranging from 30 pesos to 700.
Beneleit Food and Beneleit
Beneleit Gas:
Monthly Qualification: To qualify for commissions generated within your network, you must purchase at least one package …
Beneleit don’t provide qualification criteria for Beneleit Food but you get the point.
Beneleit Gas is particularly nefarious, allowing affiliates to literally spend money on commission qualification (and nothing else):
A wildcard is worth $200 pesos and is used to obtain a higher rating. In other words, it allows you to increase your speed without purchasing an extra fuel pack.
“Pay to play” in an MLM opportunity is a strong indication of a pyramid scheme. And that’s certainly the case with Beneleit.
I didn’t see anything about selling anything to retail customers in any of Beneleit’s marketing material or in their compensation plans.
This fits with everyone being an affiliate and participating in the MLM opportunity (affiliates by definition are not retail customers).
Finally, and this is with respect to Beneleit’s nutritional supplements, we have a boat load of unsubstantiated medical claims. This is in addition to Beneleit failing to provide consumers with manufacturing information.
Taken from Beneleit’s website, here’s the company marketing its Benegly supplement as a diabetes treatment;
In the case of diabetes, there are many plants that we can now easily find in Beneleit’s benegly such as MILK THISTLE, AGAVE INULIN, QUERCETIN, COENZYME Q10, MALIC ACID, NOPAL POWDER among some others that also give us great benefits to maintain blood glucose levels in an optimal state.
Beneforce is marketed as an erectile dysfunction treatment, among other things;
Beneforce reduces microcirculation in the urogenital and hormonal regions, which is the cause of erectile dysfunction. It also helps revitalize these functions, preventing growth and inflammation, as well as recurrent urinary tract infections and prostatitis.
Benemel as a cure for respiratory illnesses;
Say goodbye to your breathing problems with Benemel, the ideal syrup for combating respiratory illnesses caused by viruses and bacteria.
And on and on it goes.
Beneleit fails to provide peer-reviewed medical studies to back up any of its medical claims. Instead, Beneleit states;
Our products are tested and backed by testimonials that support their effectiveness and guarantees.
Testimonials are not a substitute for peer-reviewed medical studies – both legally and ethically.
The FDA equivalent in Mexico is the Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks (COFEPRIS).
I don’t know how active COFEPRIS is but Beneleit making unsubstantiated medical claims would appear to violate Mexico’s General Health Law.
As with all MLM pyramid schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will commissions.
This will see those at the bottom of Beneleit eventually stop buying products/services each month.
This will in turn result in those above them stop getting paid. If new suckers aren’t quickly found to replace those that left, eventually these affiliates will also stop paying.
Once enough Beneleit affiliates stop purchasing products to qualify for commissions, an irreversible collapse is triggered.
Math guarantees that when a pyramid scheme collapses, the majority of participants lose money.
