Be Granted Review: “Hybrid and hermetic” bitcoin gifting?
Be Granted provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the company.
The Be Granted website domain (“be-granted.com”) was privately registered on November 11th, 2016.
According to Alexa, Nigeria is currently the largest source of traffic to the Be Granted website domain (26%).
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.
Be Granted Products
Be Granted has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Be Granted affiliate membership itself.
The Be Granted Compensation Plan
Be Granted affiliates gift bitcoin to each other via a 2×4 matrix.
A 2×4 matrix places a Be Granted affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:
These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Levels three and four of the matrix are generated in the same manner, housing eight and sixteen positions respectively.
A Be Granted affiliate signs up and gifts 0.03 BTC to the affiliate who recruited them.
This payment in turn qualifies the affiliate to receive 0.03 BTC from two affiliates they recruit into the first level of their matrix.
These two affiliates must be recruited within thirty days, or the affiliate loses their matrix position.
Levels two to four of the Be Granted matrix operate in the same manner, the only difference being an increase in bitcoin gifted across each matrix level.
- level 1 – gift 0.03 BTC to the affiliate who recruited you and receive 0.03 BTC from two subsequently recruited affiliates
- level 2 – gift 0.05 BTC and receive 0.05 BTC from four affiliates
- level 3 – gift 0.15 BTC and receive 0.15 BTC from eight affiliates
- level 4 – gift 0.5 BTC and receive 0.5 BTC from sixteen affiliates.
Note that all gifting payments within Be Granted are thirty-days recurring (both paid and received).
There’s a second “Global Automatic” platform Be Granted affiliates can qualify for participation for.
Global Automatic matrix qualification requires a Be Granted affiliate to recruit three affiliates within thirty days of signing up.
The specifics of the Global Automatic matrix aren’t disclosed, save that the max payout is the same as the regular gifting matrix (8 BTC a month).
This suggests payment wise, the Global Automatic matrix operates in the same manner as the regular gifting matrix.
Joining Be Granted
Be Granted affiliate membership is tied to a minimum 0.03 BTC gifting payment.
Full participation in the Be Granted income opportunity costs between 0.73 BTC and 1.46 BTC every 30 days.
Conclusion
Be Granted describe themselves as a ‘hybrid and hermetic crowdfunding platform‘.
That doesn’t actually mean anything is just jargon talk to hide the fact that Be Granted is a run-of-the-mill bitcoin gifting scam.
Nothing is marketed or sold to retail customers, with all payments within Be Granted made between affiliates.
This is done under the ruse of crowdfunding, with the reality being that the only “projects” being funded are Be Granted affiliate’s wallets.
As per the Be Granted FAQ;
In the unlikely event that this program should ever terminate its operations, it’s creator, operators, employees, assigns and successors shall not be held liable for any loss whatsoever to our members.
Make no mistake, all gifting schemes collapse once affiliate recruitment slows down. And when they do, the majority of participants lose money.
Be Granted do differentiate themselves from most bitcoin gifting schemes by requiring new affiliates to recruit within thirty days of joining.
For the majority of the Be Granted affiliate-base however, this just means they’re likely to lose money within thirty days of signing up. And if they do manage to recruit two affiliates, then there’s still the inevitable collapse.
I joined be-granted a few weeks ago, it took a while to figure out how to fund my wallet and make a donation to the person that invited me.
However, I finally figured out, and made a donation, the sponsor that claimed it was not received.
After several emails to the support team, I can no longer log into the program.
