Final Judgment granted against US Zeek Rewards net-winners
Back in June the Zeek Rewards Receiver filed for Final Judgment against outstanding US net-winners. That is Zeek Rewards affiliates who, even five years after the Ponzi scheme was shut down, refuse to pay back the victims they stole from.
On August 14th Final Judgment was granted, rendering the remaining net-winner class liable for the amount they stole plus pre-judgment interest.
In an accompanying Notice of Final Judgment, the Receiver makes one last effort to settle outstanding amounts.
Notwithstanding the entry of Final Judgment against you, the Receiver remains willing to consider voluntary settlements with Net Winner Class Members in order to satisfy the Judgment entered against you.
To date, there have been numerous settlements approved by the Court in which Net Winners and the Receiver agreed on a reduced amount to be repaid, often with payment terms that allowed the Net Winner to repay the agreed amount over a number of months.
For those that can’t/refuse to settle or continue to ignore proceedings against them;
You are given notice that the Receiver is authorized to pursue collection of the Judgment and may sell your Judgment to a third party judgment purchaser, at which point your ability to satisfy the Judgment for less than the full amount may be limited and/or determined by the purchaser of the Judgment.

The 6861 net-winners still owing money will be contacted via their Zeek Rewards email and/or their last known physical address. It’s worth noting that the current list is down from 8147 net-winners as of June.
The full list of US net-winners yet to pay back the money they stole is available from the Zeek Rewards Receivership website.
Update 21st August 2017 – The Receiver’s second quarter Status Report for 2017 details net-winner settlements of $3.03 million during April 1st through June 30th.
As of June 30th the Receiver is sitting on around $25 million still to pay out to Zeek victims. This is prior to any of the above named net-winners settling.
Since it was established the Receivership recovered approximately $366 million and returned $340 million to Zeek Rewards victims.
I don’t think the Receiver knows that Felix Angelo Piccolo and Felix Piccolo are aliases of Phil Piccolo. If not he does now.
I hope they finally nail this guy and put him away. He is a one-man crime wave.
job well done.
Jeff Pan is the brainchild behind the Zhunrize Ponzi Scam, still in the midst of receivership
I wondered if it was the same Jeff Pan. Zhunrize really was a Zeek clone.
It has only taken 5 years to get to this point. Let the fun begin.
Tracy Davison can’t run and hide forever. He also promoted the M1 Swissindo scam.
Tracy Davidson also ran to the Philippines where he promoted another scam. Pinoy Recruiters. I reported him to the Philippine Government.
Pinoy collapsed and Davison went into hiding. Hasn’t been seen or heard from in months.
Last I saw of him he was promoting bottom of the barrel MLM underbelly scams.
Article updated with second quarter settlement amounts received from net-winners.
