Wantage One claims it has filed appeal against a decision by Austria’s Financial Market Authority.

On November 13th the FMA pointed out Wantage One is not registered to offer securities in Austria.

Although worded differently, the FMA’s warning effectively constituted a securities fraud cease and desist.

Consequently, on November 29th Wantage One announced it was complying with the notice.

Out of respect for the order given by the Austrian financial market authority, Wantage One AB has decided not to accept any orders from Austrian residents per November 29th, 2019.

Wantage One also stated it had appealed the FMA’s notice.

On what grounds the appeal was filed or what’s in it is unclear.

Neither Wantage One or owner Antony Norman are registered to offer securities in any jurisdiction.
