Vemma victims receive over $2.2 mill back thru FTC settlement
The FTC has advised Vemma victims will soon be receiving settlement checks in the mail.
As per a September 19th press-release, the FTC states it ‘will be sending 28,224 checks averaging $78.93 to victims of‘ Vemma.
All up the amount sent out tops $2.2 million, as part of a pyramid scheme settlement reached in December 2016.
Note that check recipients will have sixty days to cash their received checks.
Following the 2016 FTC settlement, owner BK Boreyko rebooted Vemma as Bode Pro in 2017.
Although it hasn’t reached the heights Vemma did using a fraudulent business model, Bode Pro appears to be holding its own.
