Ruby Ribbon announces MLM closure
Ruby Ribbon has announced it is closing. The MLM company posted a “heartfelt goodbye” on its website late last week.
Today, with a heavy heart, we are letting our community know that Ruby Ribbon will begin the process of winding down our business.
Ruby Ribbon launched in 2011 and was headed up by founder and CEO Anna Zornosa (right).
As of May 2025, SimilarWeb was tracking ~16,000 monthly visits to Ruby Ribbon’s website. BehindMLM hasn’t reviewed Ruby Ribbon so beyond that I’m unfamiliar with the business.
From the Ruby Ribbon’s website, the company primarily marketed a “bra replacement”. Perusal of Ruby Ribbon’s website reveals other female clothing items for sale.
Ruby Ribbon’s last day of business is August 25th, 2025. Note that this date could be brought forward if the company sells through current inventory.
Not sure about the legalities of it but Ruby Ribbon has informed customers that products purchased after June 2025 are “final sale” (i.e. no returns or refunds).
Orders purchased before this date are able to be exchanged or returns prior to July 30th.
Primary reasons Ruby Ribbon cited for its closure were economical and retail landscape challenges. This is inline with several other MLM closures we’ve seen over the past 12-18 months.
