Quantex has received a securities fraud warning from Quebec’s Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).

As per AMF’s November 24th Quantex fraud warning;

Quantex is not registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and is not authorized to solicit investors in Québec.

Quantex is an AI trading bot ruse MLM crypto Ponzi. BehindMLM reviewed Quantex in June 2024, at which time the scam was operating from the domain “quantex.shop”.

That domain has since been disabled, marking Quantex’s first collapse.

AMF’s Quantex fraud warning cites the domain “quantexltd.co”, privately registered on July 28th, 2025. The domain is still active, and it’s possible Quantex is operating on other domains.

On its .CO domain website, Quantex provides a random corporate address in Quebec. The address has nothing to do with Quantex, which is believed to be run by Russian scammers hiding abroad.

In addition to Quebec, the Central Bank of Russia issued a Quantex pyramid fraud warning on May 27th, 2024.

As of October 2025, traffic to Quantex’s .CO domain was too low for SimilarWeb to track.
