There is no information on the Profit Yard website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The Profit Yard website domain (“”) was registered on the 5th of January 2013, however the domain registration is set to private.

The domain registration record was recently updated on the 7th of January 2014, possibly indicating that this is when the current owner(s) acquired the domain.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The Profit Yard Product Line

Profit Yard has no retailable products or services. Affiliates join the company via one of two “plans”, costing $13.50 or $32.50 a month.

Bundled with affiliate membership is a “web hosting plan”, offering domain and web hosting and email addresses.

The Profit Yard Compensation Plan

The Profit Yard compensation plan revolves around affiliates paying either $13.50 or $32.50 a month, and getting paid to recruit other affiliates who pay the same.

Commissions are paid out using a unilevel compensation structure, paying out down five levels of recruitment.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with any personally recruited affiliates placed directly under them (level 1):

If any of these level 1 affiliates go on to recruit new affiliates of their own, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team. If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a total of five levels.

Commissions are paid out on the monthly membership fees affiliates pay, with how much of a commission depending on how much is paid in membership fees and what level a recruited affiliate sits on in the unilevel team.

How much money can you make with Profit Yard?

The possibilities are endless for what you can attain with Profit Yard compensation plans.

By participating in our program you will have access to a tool that can make your dreams a reality where you can make unlimited monthly profits depending on the volume of your direct and indirect referrals.

You can refer as many people as you want to, and so can those people that you refer, and so on.

With nothing being bought or sold at a retail level and 100% of company revenue and payable commissions generated from affiliate fees, Profit Yard functions as a recruitment-driven pyramid scheme.

Affiliates buy in for either $13.50 or $32.50 a month, and are paid directly based on how many affiliates they personally recruit and affiliates their downlines recruit.

As long as everybody keeps paying their monthly affiliate fees, revenue and commissions are generated.

Paying more in affiliate membership fees directly impacts your earning potential, as does recruiting people who pay more in affiliate membership fees too. This introduces a pay-to-play element to scheme.

One could make the argument that “web hosting” is being sold, however with no separation of the service from the Profit Yard MLM business, it’s clearly the income opportunity being sold.

Once affiliate recruitment dries up and those at the bottom stop paying their monthly fees, those above them will stop earning their commissions. They too then stop paying their fees and this slowly trickles up the entire company.

What happens then?

All payments to ProfitYard are final.

All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
