Back in September 2021 BehindMLM reviewed Northestar.

Launched by co-founders Ricky Villanueva and Demitrius Siruno, both former promoters of the Digital Profit unregistered investment scheme, Northestar marketed a range of nutritional supplements.

Northestar collapsed around early 2025 and was promptly rebooted as Northe AI. Basically the same company but with an AI marketing grift.

Northe AI lasted until mid 2025, wherein it was rebooted again as Lyvli.

Lyvli continued to sell nutritional supplements but dropped the AI gimmick. A “powdered clay mask” featured on Lyvli’s website still bears “Northe” branding:

All of this brings us to Lyvli’s MLM collapse on January 21st, 2026.

We are officially closing our affiliate program and transitioning to a USA customer-only shopping experience on our new website.

As of February 2026, Lyvli’s website is presented as a faceless corporation selling direct to consumer.

On January 28th, Ricky Villaneuva shed some light on Lyvli’s collapse;

The last five years we’ve spent 24-7 owning & operating our own network marketing company with our own cash and our own effort. The vision was always to deliver solid products and reward the field heavily which we did.

We did tens of millions of dollars in sales & also paid out tens of millions of dollars in commissions. What a RIDE!

But the industry is not the same. There’s no denying it. Our excitement to just go sell a product is no longer there.

99% of our peers who have been involved in the industry for 15+ years still have yet to attain the dream of financial freedom. This is why the burn out rate is at an all time high.

Most are exhausted of paddling products. Many wondering if it’s even possible. I don’t blame them.

Villaneuva simultaneously announced he was beginning a “new partnership” in an undisclosed MLM company, with the caveat;

I committed to 20yrs in this industry. This leaves me 5 more years and then I’m off to different industries and ventures.

Demitrius Siruno appears to have tucked tail and rejoined B-Epic, specifically the late 2025 triGLP marketing push (GLP-1 weight loss).

Siruno and Villaneuva were B-Epic promoters before they transitioned to investment fraud through Digital Profit.

Coinciding with its MLM collapse, both of Lyvli’s social media accounts have been disabled (FaceBook and Instagram). With Villaneuva at an undisclosed MLM company and Villaneuva back at B-Epic, it’s unclear who’s running what’s left of Lyvli.

Within the context of BehindMLM and Lyvli not being an MLM company anymore, ultimately the answer to that question no longer matters.
