Emile Parfait Simb appears to have escaped Cameroon on a Central African Republic diplomatic passport.

This is odd because Simb isn’t a diplomat.

In addition to being connected within Cameroon, Corbeau News reports Simb also had friends in CAR;

Parfait Simb is the main initiator of the law on cryptocurrency in CAR.

To protect him and protect him from any legal proceedings, the Central African authorities discreetly issued him a birth certificate and a Central African diplomatic passport.

Simb is not just a holder of a Central African diplomatic passport. He was given Central African nationality, and at the same time appointed adviser to the President of the National Assembly Simplice Mathieu Sarandji.

This strongly suggests that CAR government officials were in on Simb’s Liyeplimal Ponzi scheme.

After being released in Cameroon and promptly fleeing the country, Simb has gone into hiding.

Cameroonian reports suggests Simb might have gone underground in Russia.

This might tie into CAR having close diplomatic ties with Russia.

In March 2018, Russia agreed to provide free military aid to the Central African Republic, sending small arms, ammunition, and 175 instructors to train the Central African Armed Forces. The advisers are believed to be members of the Wagner Group.

It was Russia’s largest military deployment to Africa since the end of the Cold War and the collapse of the Soviet Union.

As of January 2019, the CAR is considering hosting a Russian Armed Forces base.

A former Russian intelligence official has been installed by the Central African president as his top security adviser.

I believe Cameroonian authorities have yet to publicly acknowledge Simb has fled the country.
