EasyTask 888 “click a button” Ponzi scheme collapses
The EasyTask 888 “click a button” Ponzi scheme has collapsed.
On July 6th BehindMLM reader Ferdinand Rose advised EasyTask 888 ‘collapsed on July 1, 2022 (and) all of the money were stolen for the owners of this site.’
I was able to independently confirm EasyTask 888’s collapse via social media.
EasyTask 888 investors began flooding a FaceBook page set up in the company’s name on July 1st.
Comments, mostly left in Spanish, confirm EasyTask 888 has pulled the plug.
EasyTask 888 is part of a group of “click a button” app Ponzis, believed to originate from a group of scammers in China.
EasyTask 888 specifically targeted Colombia and solicited investment in Colombian Pesos.
Not done scamming Colombians, the “click a button” Ponzi admins have already launched similar clone scams again targeting Colombia.
Scammers, such as Calderon Alexander, are targeting EasyTask888 victims with these reload scams.
Given “click a button” app Ponzis originate out of south-east Asia, it is unlikely Colombian authorities will be able to do anything about them.
Similarly but in reverse, Authorities in China and neighbouring countries are unlikely to bust scammers targeting victims in other countries.
Total EasyTask 888 victim numbers and investor losses remain unknown.
