Des Alpes securities fraud warning from Canada (AB)
Des Alpes has received a securities fraud warning from the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC).
On October 17th the ASC added Des Alpes to its Investment Caution List.
DesAlpes LLC is not registered to trade in or advise on securities or derivatives in Alberta.
It is recommended that investors should not deal or engage with firms that are not registered as there is no assurance of any investor protections.
ASC notes Des Alpes associated entities La Communaute des Alpes and Grace des Alpes.
In addition to Des Alpes’ own website (“desalpes.world”), the AMF cites two additional related domains:
- gracedesalpes.ca – “The Grace Team” Des Alpes promoters, headed up by Yolene Gray, Pastor Noah and Armel Ndounkeu (aka “Coach Armel”)
- innitshop.com – Des Alpes branded ecommerce website (403 access denied at time of publication)
Des Alpes is an MLM crypto pyramid scheme run by founder and CEO Daniel Dalpe.

Alpes himself is based out of Quebec, with Des Alpes appearing to be primarily promoted to French-speaking Quebec residents.
Alberta is the second Canadian province to take action. Quebec issued a Des Alpes fraud warning on September 19th, 2025.

Finally! Great to see Des Alpes officially flagged—though I do wish regulators moved faster. I wrote a blog about this group a while back after infiltrating several of their Zoom meetings.
They’re still running both French and English sessions, drawing 300–400 people at a time, all hyped up on “community,” “roadmaps,” and crypto-fueled passive income dreams.
I witnessed first-hand how they push the same old MLM script: heavy on emotional language, light on actual products. The names mentioned in the fraud warnings—Mario Déziel, Pastor Noah, Yolene Gray, Coach Armel—yep, they’re still leading the charge. It’s all recruitment, no retail.
If anyone’s interested, I’ve documented it all in a blog (just search “Des Alpes Danny de Hek”) and published a video showing how quickly one of their Zoom meetings collapsed when we started asking the hard questions.
Thanks for staying on top of this, Oz. Let’s keep the pressure on until these pyramid hustlers are fully shut down.
I have been with Des Alps from start. They are very good people. This is not a scam! PERIOd!
You really are new at this aren’t you. It’s an illegal pyramid scheme. It’s paying me is not due diligence and makes it legal.
It makes no difference what you think, you are still a part of a criminal enterprise. Good people don’t steal money from gullible people like you and all the others who joined.
You obviously haven’t a clue about investing nor are you a good judge of character. Sorry, but that’s just the truth. But when this implodes you will come back and admit you were wrong, right? Not holding my breath.
This is the same Steve T Whitehead who fell for the OnPassive Ponzi scheme.
Classic joins a pyramid scheme early –> steals money –> iT’s NoT a ScAm!
