Crown Bankers has received a fraud warning from New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority (FMA).

As per FMA’s September 2nd Crown Bankers warning;

FMA urges caution for any investors dealing with Crown Bankers.  This unregistered entity offers investment plans while falsely promoting itself as being compliant with New Zealand regulations.

The Crown Bankers YouTube channel features its CEO Adrian Cadiz making false claims about Crown Bankers being regulated in New Zealand.

Crown Bankers is not registered on the New Zealand Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR).  We are also aware of client funds being withheld by Crown Bankers.

Crown Bankers is a Boris CEO MLM crypto Ponzi scheme.

Launched in mid 2024, Crown Bankers was initially fronted by a cast of actor executives;

By late 2024 the cast had been replaced by “Adrian Cadiz”, a sole Boris CEO actor.

Crown Bankers’ social media suggests the company is run by Indian scammers.

Three months ago, Crown Bankers uploaded footage of a staged marketing event to its official YouTube channel. While we can’t definitively confirm, the production appears to have been managed by Indians:

As of August 2025, Crown Bankers’ website traffic was too low for SimilarWeb to measure. The last post on Crown Bankers’ official FaceBook page is dated September 22nd.

FMA noting “funds being withheld” suggests Crown Bankers has or is on the way to collapse.
