LSSC securities fraud warning from Canada (NB)
LSSC, or Lightning Scooter Shared Company, has received a securities fraud warning from the Financial and Consumer Services Commission of New Brunswick (FCNB).
As per FCNB’s June 24th LSSC fraud warning;
[LSSC] is not registered to deal or advise in securities in New Brunswick
Offering unregistered securities to NB residents violates Canada’s financial laws.
LSSC is a Chinese “click a button” app Ponzi. The scam operates under different company names, including:
- Lighting Shared Scooter Limited;
- LSSC Canada Inc.;
- LSC Edmonton Ltd.;
- LSSC Marketing Inc.; and
- LSSC Expansion #1 Inc.
