LSSC, or Lightning Scooter Shared Company, has received a securities fraud warning from the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC).

As per BCSC’s June 23rd LSSC fraud warning;

(LSSC) is not registered with the BC Securities Commission.

If you have been approached by – or referred to – this entity, you should proceed with extreme caution and be aware of the risk before handing over any money.

Offering unregistered securities to BC residents violates Canada’s financial laws.

LSSC company names cited by BCSC are:

  • Lighting Shared Scooter Limited;
  • LSSC Canada Inc.;
  • LSC Edmonton Ltd.;
  • LSSC Marketing Inc.;
  • LSSC Expansion #1 Inc.; and
  • LSSC – Lighting Shared Scoote Co Ltd. [sic]

LSSC website domains cited by the BCSC are:

  • lssc-canada.ca
  • lssce.com
  • lssc6.com
  • lightsha.com
  • lightapp.cqyydsb.com
  • lightacer.com

LSSC is a “click a button” app Ponzi run by Chinese scammers. Four additional LSSC website domains were noted in BehindMLM’s May 2025 LSSC review.

Given “click a button” app Ponzis tend to run on multiple domains, there are likely other LSSC in use too.

All LSSC websites and apps are run by the same group of Chinese scammers operating out of Asia.
