There is no information on the Brright Echelon Ad website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The Brright Echelon Ad website domain (“brrightecehelonad.com”) was registered on the 7th of March 2013, however the domain registration is set to private.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The Brright Echelon Ad Product Line

Brright Echelon Ad has no retailable products or services. Affiliates join the company and purchase $5 positions in the Brright Echelon Ad compensation plan, which the company refers to as “Ad Spots”.

Each Ad Spot is bundled with a series of advertising credits, which can be used to display advertising on the Brright Echelon Ad website.

The Brright Echelon Ad Compensation Plan

The Brright Echelon Ad compensation plan revolves around three matrices, one 3×1 matrix and two 4×1 matrices.

Upon joining Brright Echelon Ad affiliates purchase $5 positions in “Echelon 1” matrices.

Each Echelon 1 matrix has four three positions under the affiliate that need to be filled with purchased positions.

Once the matrix is filled, the position cycles out and pays the affiliate $2. The affiliate is then also given a position in an Echelon 2 matrix.

Echelon 2 matrices operate in the same manner as Echelon 1 matrices, however there are now four positions under the original position that need to be filled.

Once an Echelon 2 matrix is filled, the position again cycles out paying $4 to the affiliate that owns it and $0.50 to their upline. The cycling affiliate is also given one position in an Echelon 1 and Echelon 3 matrix.

The Echelon 3 matrix is also a 4×1 matrix (4 positions to be filled), paying out an affiliate $25 when they cycle out and $1 to the affiliate who recruited them. Upon their Echelon 3 position cycling out, an affiliate is also given seven new positions in Echelon 1 matrices.

In this manner each $5 position eventually pays out an affiliate $31 if enough new positions are bought after it.

Joining Brright Echelon Ad

Affiliate membership to Brright Echelon Ad is free, however affiliates cannot earn any commissions unless they purchase positions in the company’s compensation plan.

Conclusion

Do You Offer Refunds?

No, we do not offer any form of refunds! This is due to our program paying out commissions instantly and the fact that you will have had access to all our products and services immediately after upgrading.

The joining cost is really low and the product/service level really high, so there is no reason to ask for a refund anyways.

With no retail sales revenue Brright Echelon Ad can be reduced to a simple money game amongst affiliates.

Typically when a scheme uses a series of matrix to trap and drip feed back to affiliates who buy positions only a few new positions are created to push the scheme along. Here with Brright Echelon Ad level 1 matrix positions are created at a rate of 8 per Echelon 1 to 3 cycling.

That’s 8 positions created out of thin air but pay out affiliates with real money. Unless a constant stream of affiliates continue to purchase, the scheme collapses.

Given that recruitment of affiliates is required but affiliates cycle out of matrices if recruited affiliates pump money into the scheme, I’d classify Brright Echelon Ad as a Ponzi/pyramid scheme hybrid.

Affiliates put in $5 and if enough new positions (subsequent $5 investments) are made, each $5 investment pays out a 155% ROI ($31).

One need only count the amount of monopoly money positions that are created along the way of a few affiliates cycling through the Echelon 1 to 3 matrices to see that sustainability wise, Brright Echelon Ad is going to exhaust newly invested money quite rapidly.
