The FTC is seeking coercive incarceration and entries of default against Iyovia co-owners Chris and Isis Terry. iMarketsLive fined $2.6 million for fraud in Poland

Receiver takes control of Chris & Isis Terry’s hidden assets

A Temporary Receiver has taken control of assets hidden by Iyovia husband-and-wife co-founders, Chris and Isis Terry. Court filings reveal “a vast web of companies and real estate holdings” used to hide over $100 million in assets. Payments to Chris Terry’s “live-in girlfriend” and other women to keep them “loyal” are also alleged.

Chris Terry hiding Iyovia funds behind trust company

When the FTC filed an emergency motions seeking sanctions on August 28th, it accused Iyovia founder Christopher Terry of dissipating $9 million dollars. Alex Morton settles Iyovia fraud with FTC for $76 mill

Alex Morton has settled Iyovia fraud allegations with the FTC and Nevada for $76,286,886. Morton’s monetary judgment was part of a stipulated order settlement, filed on September 3rd. Based on a July 16th financial statement provided to the FTC, Morton will only pay $10 million of his $76.2 million judgment.


Chris Terry accused of dissipating over $9 mill in assets

The FTC has accused Iyovia co-founder Christopher Terry of dissipating over $9 million in assets. The FTC alleges Terry’s actions violate the Iyovia preliminary injunction granted on August 12th. In an emergency motion filed on August 28th, the FTC requested the court direct Terry to explain why he shouldn’t be held in contempt.
