Michael Force buckles, Digital Altitude settlement reached with FTC
In a complete backflip from being “not interested” in settling as of October 2nd, Michael Force has reached a settlement with the FTC.
At this stage details of the proposed settlement have not been made public.
In an October 9th joint filing, the FTC and Force (right) requested a stay on proceedings pending approval of the settlement by FTC Commissioners.
Counsel are informed and believe that it will likely take between eight and twelve weeks to secure this approval.
If approved by the FTC Commissioners (I’ve yet to see an MLM related settlement rejected), details of the settlement will then be made public in a separate filing.
The requested stay on proceedings against Force, if granted, will extend to January 1st, 2019.
Update March 10th 2019 – An approved $54 million dollar judgment against the Digital Altitude defendants has brought the FTC’s case to a close.
I got ripped off as well they took my money I invested £2000 and I wanted to speak to Michael force but they kept fobbing me off.
Kept passing the book.
Can Michael force email me because I have been conned if he is any type of a businessman.

I also was a victim of this scheme. I believed in what Digital Altitude was saying.
I met with Michael Force, my mentors and many others at the elaborate events they held. I took pictures with them and believed that this was legitimate.
I flew to Hawaii and had a wonderful time. I never made any money and I loss all I had in my retirement because I invested in this program.
I will never forget this bankrupting experience I had with this company. I really believed in you all and you stole from me and let me down, along with the other thousands of people who felt the same way.
I have to forgive you to move on. May God have mercy on your souls.
We did receive small settlement payments as a constellation, but it was not anywhere near what we had lost!!!!
Don’t do people wrong because God will avenge his people and you (Digital Altitude and Michael Force and all other involved) should go through some suffering because all of your followers are suffering right now. We are trying to rebuild.
