Stargate LTD Review: Daily Ponzi ROIs until “zero balance” reached
Stargate LTD provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.
The Stargate LTD website domain (“stargate-ltd.com”) was registered on July 17th, 2017.

Sergey Frolov first popped up on BehindMLM’s radar a few days ago as the owner of the Ensis domain.
Ensis is a recently launched 150% a day ROI Ponzi scheme.
Like Ensis, Alexa estimate Russia is currently the largest source of traffic to the Stargate LTD website (27.8%)

Referral Commissions
Stargate LTD pay referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Stargate LTD cap payable unilevel levels at five, with commissions paid as a percentage of funds invested across these five levels:
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 10%
- level 2 – 2%
- levels 3 to 5 – 1%
Joining Stargate LTD
Stargate LTD affiliate membership is tied to a minimum $10 investment.
Conclusion
Stargate LTD have heavily plagiarized imagery from the Stargate Universe TV show to create their website.
The most prominent examples of this are the Stargate LTD logo and image of cast from the TV show used to represent “partners” of the company.
Naturally Stargate LTD has nothing to do with Stargate Universe and the use of copyrighted images is unlicensed.
Not that a likely Russian Ponzi scheme would care, but I digress.
Stargate LTD don’t even pretend to source ROI revenue from an external source. The use of newly invested funds to pay off existing investors squarely places Stargate LTD in Ponzi territory.
As with all Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dies down so too will new funds entering the scheme.
This will see Stargate LTD unable to meet its ROI obligations, eventually prompting a collapse.
What happens then?
The administration is not responsible for any possible loss as a result of the collapse of the System.
The administration has the right to restart the service, reset any credentials when reaching the zero balance account System.
Sergey Frolov (or whoever is actually running these scams) does a runner with everyone’s money.
