Social Boosters fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.

Social Boosters’ website domain (“socialboosters.net”), was privately registered on August 13th, 2024.

A “prelaunch” video was uploaded to Social Boosters’ official YouTube channel on October 26th, 2024. In the video we learn Joel Gomez is CEO the company:

Why this information isn’t disclosed on Social Boosters’ website is unclear.

According to his LinkedIn profile Gomez is a resident of Ontario, Canada:

Gomez doesn’t appear to have any MLM experience. Prior to Social Boosters Gomez was Marketing Director for Evulus.

Evulus markets itself as a crypto exchange based out of the Dominican Republic. In reality Evulus is a “staking” model Ponzi built around its evulus token (EVU).

Here’s how that’s going:

Evidently sometime in 2024 Gomez came to terms Evulus wasn’t going anywhere and moved on.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Referral Commissions

Social Boosters pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Social Boosters caps payable unilevel team levels at four.

Referral commissions are paid as a percentage of funds invested across these four levels as follows:

  • level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 5%
  • level 2 (must invest at least $15 to unlock) – 8%
  • level 3 (must invest at least $60 and recruit two affiliate investors to unlock) – 5%
  • level 4 (must invest at least $600 and recruit three affiliate investors to unlock) – 2%

Residual Commissions

Social Boosters pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.

A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

At the end of each day Social Boosters tallies up new investment volume on both sides of the binary team.

Residual commissions are paid as 5% to 10% of new investment generated on the weaker binary team side, based on rank:

  • Basic and Novato ranked affiliates earn a 5% residual commission rate
  • King through Setter ranked affiliates earn an 8% residual commission rate
  • Seller ranked affiliates earn a 10% residual commission rate

Social Boosters Conclusion

Social Boosters’ marketing ruse is an admitted mix of recycling new investment and purported social media manipulation customers.

We’ll get into the social media manipulation but recycling new investment of any kind makes Social Boosters a Ponzi scheme.

Social Boosters’ social media manipulation ruse sees it promise to artificially boost social media accounts. This can be through likes, views and general engagement.

Putting aside this activity violates the TOS of every social media platform, Social Boosters fails to provide verifiable evidence this side of the business even exists.

Furthermore, if it did exist, why would Social Boosters then need to have affiliates invest?

Social Boosters also fails to provide evidence it has registered its 170% to 230% passive returns investment scheme with financial regulators.

This means that, at a minimum, social boosters is committing securities fraud. This is on top of the confirmed “recycle invested funds” Ponzi scheme.

As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.

This wills tarve Social Boosters of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.

The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
