RF3 World was founded in 2013 and operates in the personal care MLM niche.

The company is based out of Malaysia and headed up by President Nazeri Omar.

According to RF3 World’s “introduction CEO” page on their website, Omar (right) is ‘a millionaire in this multi-level direct sales business‘.

He has also been involved in the import-export business, construction, financial services and trading.

While I found a ton of curated RF3 World marketing material featuring Omar, I wasn’t able to verify his MLM history.

At the time of publication RF3 World appears to primarily be marketed in India.

Alexa estimates 99.3% of traffic to RF3 World’s website originates out of the country.

Read on for a full review of RF3 World’s MLM opportunity.

RF3 World’s Products

RF3 World markets a range of personal care products.

  • Firmax 3 – “the most miracle and effective cream for your skin beauty”
  • Soulmax 3 – “anti-aging and antioxidant power”
  • O2Max3 – a “specific serum to brighten skin by using oxygen as the sender serum into the skin and clean, repair and whiten the face”

RF3 World claim their products contain “nano technology”.

Note that RF3 World do not provide retail pricing on their website.

Retail pricing as per a Philippine business presentation is 3650 PHP ($72.23 USD) per box of RF3 World product.

RF3 World’s Compensation Plan

RF3 World do not provide a copy of their compensation plan on their website.

The following analysis is put together from a distributor presentation.

Retail Commissions

RF3 World affiliates earn a 30% commission on the first order made by retail customers.

Repeat orders by retail customers generate a 46% commission rate.

Recruitment Commissions

RF3 World affiliates sign up with a package purchase.

  • Emerald – 5200 PHP ($105)
  • Gold – 15600 PHP ($315)
  • Diamond – 36,400 PHP ($715)

Recruitment commission is paid when they recruit others who do the same:

  • recruit an Emerald package affiliate and earn $10
  • recruit a Gold package affiliate and earn $30
  • recruit a Diamond package affiliate and earn $70

Residual Recruitment Commissions (unilevel)

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

RF3 World caps payable unilevel team levels at twenty.

Residual recruitment commissions are paid out across these ten levels as follows:

  • Emerald package affiliates earn 50 cents per affiliate recruited down to ten levels
  • Gold package affiliates earn 50 cents per Emerald recruited and $1.50 per Gold and Diamond recruited, paid down fifteen levels
  • Diamond package affiliates earn 50 cents per Emerald recruited, $1.50 per Gold recruited and $3.50 per Diamond recruited, paid down twenty levels

Residual Recruitment Commissions (binary)

A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

At the end of each day RF3 World tallies up new package recruitment on both sides of the binary team.

  • recruitment of an Emerald affiliate generates 1 point
  • recruitment of a Gold affiliate generates 3 points
  • recruitment of an Emerald affiliate generates 7 points

RF3 World affiliates are paid $10 per point matched on both sides of the binary team.

  • Emerald package affiliates can earn up to $120 a day
  • Gold package affiliates can earn up to $300 a day
  • Diamond package affiliates can earn up to $1000 a day

Once paid out on, points are flushed from both sides. Any leftover points on the stronger binary team side carry over.

Autoship Commissions

RF3 World autoship appears to be $80 a month for two boxes of product.

RF3 World pay a $2.50 commission on autoship purchases, down ten levels of recruitment through the unilevel team.

Joining RF3 World

RF3 World affiliate membership is tied to the purchase of one of three packages:

  • Emerald – 5200 PHP ($105)
  • Gold – 15600 PHP ($315)
  • Diamond – 36,400 PHP ($715)

In addition to bundled products, how much an affiliate spends dictates income potential via RF3 World’s compensation plan.

Conclusion

A 46% retail commission sounds good in theory but raises the question of viability.

If 46% of what a retail customer pays is being paid out as a commission, once you factor in RF3 World’s own take and costs, what are you actually paying for?

RF3 World are somewhat modest about their “miracle cream”, but absurd marketing claims for Firmax 3 in particular are easy to find.

Here’s one example I found on a prominent public-facing website:

Without even getting into there being no medical studies backing any of these claims (even those RF3 World itself publishes on its website)… a cream that reconfigures your body physically?

Puh-leeze!

Rather than cease making unverified medical claims themselves, or stopping their affiliates, RF3 World adopts the “bury head in sand” approach:

RF3 World will not be liable to any individual or blogger who issues unauthorized ads from RF3 World without obtain permission and consent from the company.

That message is the first thing visitors to RF3 World’s website see. So it appears the problem is quite widespread.

On the regulatory front a year and a half ago Camdodia’s Ministry of Health

warned the public not to buy the Glutaone 600 and Firmax 3 products as they were illegally distributed and could lead to serious health risks.

The distributors had promoted their products assuring buyers it could cure diseases such as diabetes, arthritis and high blood pressure.

“Do not waste money on such products and do not use them as they can affect the health, and even lead to cancer or death.

“The ministry will strictly monitor all the Facebook accounts that import and distribute [such products], and spread false information about the Firmax 3 cream and also those selling the illegal Glutaone 600 product,” said the ministry.

RF3 World seems pretty dead in Malaysia so don’t expect any regulatory action there. India has yet to issue any warnings.

On the compensation plan side of things, the MLM side of RF3 World has nothing to do with retail sales.

It’s your standard product-based pyramid scheme.

The way RF3 World forces affiliates onto autoship is pretty egregious. Rather than just require a monthly $80 order, this can be placed… or RF3 World will simply deduct the first $80 an affiliate earns and require it to be spent on autoship.

That’s right, unless you put in a separate order, the first $80 you earn each month goes towards mandatory autoship.

Or as RF3 World puts it;

(autoship commission) provides a guaranteed income since your repeat purchase is automatically deducted from your commissions.

Pay to play is also a problem, with how much an RF3 World affiliate spends dictating their income potential.

As with all pyramid schemes, once affiliate recruitment dies off so too will commissions.

This appears to be what’s happened in every country RF3 World operates in, outside of India.

RF3 World appears to have incorporated itself in India as RF3 World India Private Limited in April 2019. The business officially launched nationally in or around July.

When recruitment will collapse in India I can’t say. What I can say is when it hits, the majority of participants in RF3 World will lose money.
