Polivera Review: Boris CEO AI trading bot Ponzi
Polivera fails to provide verifiable ownership or executive information on its website.
Polivera’s website domain (“polivera.ai”), was privately registered on an unknown date.
Polivera is purportedly headed up by CEO “Valeria Carbone”.
Naturally Carbone doesn’t exist outside of Polivera’s marketing material.
In a marketing video uploaded to Polivera’s official YouTube channel on May 11th, Carbone is played by a woman disguised with glasses and a wig.
Although the actor doesn’t have a thick accent, I believe it’s still an eastern European accent (“vebsyte” etc.). This would track with the majority of Boris CEO scams being run by Russians.
As of June 2024, SimilarWeb tracked top sources of traffic to Polivera’s website as the US (24%), Hungary (16%), Malaysia (12%), Taiwan (8%) and Singapore (7%).
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Referral Commissions
Polivera pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Polivera caps payable unilevel team levels at eight.
Referral commissions are paid as a percentage of cryptocurrency invested across these eight levels based on rank:
- Beginning ranked affiliates earn 3% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates), and 1% on levels 2 and 3
- Rank 2 affiliates earn 4% on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on level 3

Polivera Conclusion
Polivera represents it generates external revenue via an AI trading bot.
Polivera is a state-of-the-art cryptocurrency trading platform with a keen focus on generating profit by its arbitrage and Mev (Maximal Extractable Value) bots.
In addition to failing to provide evidence it generates external revenue of any kind, Polivera’s business model fails the Ponzi logic test.
If Polivera already has a trading bot capable of generating up to 1.9% a day, why do they need your money? And why is Polivera providing you access to these returns for free?
As it stands, the only verifiable source of revenue entering Polivera is new investment.
Using new investment to pay ROI withdrawals would make Polivera Ponzi scheme.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve Polivera of withdrawal revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
Update 7th August 2024 – Polivera has collapsed.
Hey man,
Thanks for this update on Polivera, but it would’ve been helpful to point out this issue with Polivera’s Marketing Video on their YouTube channel, as soon as possible after it was released on May 11th, where Carbone is played by a woman disguised with glasses and a wig.
That would’ve probably stopped me and many others from joining the scam!
Cheers!

Seriously Rob? How about if you had bothered to do any real due diligence you would have known immediately this was not legal.
How about owning up to the fact you and only you are to blame for your joining this. It is not anyone else’s responsibility to protect you from your joining this.
Hopefully this has taught you to stop, think and do real due diligence before ever joining one of these programs ever again. But Oz’s fault for not warning you? Get real.
If you need somebody else to point this out to you, maybe you shouldn’t be in charge of money
