nos-web-india-logoThere is no information on the Nos Web India website indicating who owns or runs the business.

The NOS Web India website domain (“noswebindia.com”) was registered on the 23rd of May 2014, listing a “Mukesh Kumar” of “Nos Web” as the owner.

The address provided in the domain registration is based out of India, however it is incorrectly formatted (multiple Indian states are listed instead of an actual address).

This casts a question mark over whether or not Mukesh Kumar, as represented in the Nos Web India domain registration, actually exists.

What we can safely assume though is that Nos Web India is being run out of India itself. In addition to the company name and domain registration, marketing efforts by affiliates primarily appear to target Indians.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

The Nos Web India Product Line

Nos Web India has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market affiliate membership with the opportunity itself.

The Nos Web India Compensation Plan

The Nos Web India compensation plan is broken down into two components, both which see affiliates invest funds on the expectation of advertised ROIs.

10% a month ROI

The 10% a month interest component sees Nos Web India affiliates invest between $5 and $520 for 365 days, with an advertised 10% a month ROI paid out.

Referral commissions are offered down five levels of recruitment (unilevel), paid out as follows:

  • 30% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)
  • 20% on level 2
  • 10% on level 3
  • 5% on level 4 and
  • 3.5% on level 5

2-5% a day ROI

In the second component of the Nos Web India compensation plan, affiliates invest between $10 and $1,000 on the expectation of an advertised 2-5% daily ROI.

Referral commissions are also paid on investments made in this component, paying out a flat 7% on funds invested by personally recruited affiliates.

Joining Nos Web India

Affiliate membership with Nos Web India is free, however affiliates must invest if they wish to participate in the income opportunity.

As such, the defacto minimum cost of Nos Web India affiliate membership is $5 (the minimum cost of investing in the 10% a month ROI component).

Conclusion

With nothing being marketed or sold to retail customers, all commissions paid out by Nos Web India are funded by affiliate investment.

Due to the ROI like nature of the compensation plan, this drags Nos Web India into Ponzi scheme territory.

Be it either component of the Nos Web India compensation plan, affiliates invest and are then paid monthly or daily ROIs out of subsequently invested funds.

As with all Ponzi schemes, once new affiliate investment dries up Nos Web India will find itself unable to meet its ROI obligations.

When that happens, kaboom. So much for “new ways, new thoughts”…

Oh and if anyone has any idea what’s with the ridiculous name of the scheme, feel free to explain it in the comments below!
