Healthy Home operates in the nutritional supplement MLM niche.
The company is headed up by three co-founders; Steve Perkins (CEO), Dean De Grasse and Amber De Grasse.
Before co-founding Healthy Home, Steve Perkins was Vice President of Sales at NewULife.

In March 2024 discussion on BehindMLM suggested Healthy Home was made up of a large block of former NewULife distributors.
Healthy Home provides a corporate address in Utah on its website.

Healthy Home’s Compensation Plan
Healthy Home do not provide consumers with a copy of the compensation plan on their website.
The following analysis is put together from an official Healthy Home compensation presentation, uploaded to YouTube on March 3rd, 2023.
Note that Healthy Home offers a $9.95 affiliate option, which only pays single-level commissions (non-MLM).
In the analysis below “affiliate” refers to an unranked participant in Healthy Home’s MLM opportunity, not its $9.95 a month affiliate option.
Healthy Home Affiliate Ranks
There are seven affiliate ranks within Healthy Home’s compensation plan.
Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:
- Affiliate – sign up as a Healthy Home affiliate (possible minimum $125 or more a month product order required)
- Associate – not disclosed
- Manager – not disclosed
- Director – recruit and maintain four Healthy Home affiliates, purchase $125 worth of products each month and generate and maintain 5000 GV on both sides of your binary team over a rolling 5-week period
- Premier – recruit and maintain six Healthy Home affiliates, purchase $250 worth of products each month and generate and maintain 10,000 GV on both sides of your binary team over a rolling 5-week period
- Elite – maintain six personally recruited Healthy Home affiliates, continue purchasing at least $250 worth of product each month and generate and maintain 25,000 GV on both sides of your binary team over a rolling 5-week period
- Diamond – maintain eight personally recruited Healthy Home affiliates, continue purchasing at least $250 worth of product each month and generate and maintain 75,000 GV on both sides of the binary team over a rolling 5-week period
- Executive Diamond – maintain eight personally recruited Healthy Home affiliates, continue purchasing at least $250 worth of product each month and generate and maintain 100,000 GV on both sides of the binary team over a rolling 5-week period
GV refers to “Group Volume”. Group Volume is sales volume generated by a Healthy Home affiliate and their downline.
Note that in order to count towards rank qualification, recruited affiliates must be MLM commission qualified.
Although not explicitly clarified in Healthy Home’s compensation presentation, this appears to require mandatory monthly product order.
Retail Commissions
Healthy Home pays 32% on sales volume generated by retail customer orders.
Retail commissions in Healthy Home are determined by their own rank qualification criteria:
- Affiliate – sign up as a Healthy Home affiliate, personally refer at least one retail customer and generate $1 to $299 in monthly retail sales volume
- Gold Affiliate – personally refer at least three retail customers and generate $300 to $699 in monthly retail sales volume
- Platinum Affiliate – personally refer at least five retail customers and generate $700 to $999 in monthly retail sales volume
- Promoter – personally refer at least seven retail customers and generate $1000 to $1499 in monthly retail sales volume
- Gold Promoter – personally refer at least ten retail customers and generate $1500 to $2999 in monthly retail sales volume
- Platinum Promoter – personally refer at least fifteen retail customers and generate $3000 to $4999 in monthly retail sales volume
- Ambassador – personally refer at least twenty retail customers and generate $5000 or more in monthly retail sales volume
Using the above retail commission rank criteria, Healthy Home affiliates earn up to 32% on retail orders based on rank:
- Affiliates earn a 15% retail commission rate
- Gold Affiliates earn a 20% retail commission rate
- Platinum Affiliates earn a 22% retail commission rate
- Promoters earn a 25% retail commission rate
- Gold Promoters earn a 27% retail commission rate
- Platinum Promoters earn a 30% retail commission rate
- Ambassadors earn a 32% retail commission rate
Note that as previously stated, 32% is paid out on retail order volume. This means that higher ranked Healthy Home affiliates earn the difference between their rank percentage and that of lower ranked downline affiliates.
E.g. a Platinum Affiliate generates a retail order. They are paid 22% on the sale, leaving 10% to pay out (32% minus 22%).
Healthy Home’s system then searches upline for a Promoter or higher to pay out the remaining 10% to.
- if a Promoter is found first, they are paid 3% (25% minus the 22% already paid out), leaving 7% to pay out to Gold Promoters or higher further upline
- if a Gold Promoter is found first, they are paid 5% (27% minus the 22% already paid out), leaving 5% to pay out to Gold Promoters or higher further upline
- If a Platinum Promoter is found first, they are paid 8% (30% minus the 22% already paid out), leaving 2% to pay out to the first Ambassador upline
- If an Ambassador is found first, they are paid the outstanding 10%
Note that as they are always paid the full 32% or outstanding commission amount, nothing is ever passed up from an Ambassador.
Recruitment Commissions
Healthy Home affiliates earn recruitment commissions based on how much a newly recruited affiliate spends when they sign up:
- recruit an affiliate who signs up with a 2-pack Director Enrollment Pack and receive $30
- recruit an affiliate who signs up with a 4-pack Premier Enrollment Pack and receive $60
- recruit an affiliate who signs up with an 8-pack Diamond Enrollment Pack and receive $120
Recruitment Commission Match
Manager and higher Healthy Home affiliates earn a percentage match on recruitment commissions earned by personally recruited affiliates:
- Managers and Directors earn a 10% match
- Premiers and higher earn a 20% match
Note that if the immediate upline of an affiliate paid a recruitment commission is not Manager or higher, the first upline Manager or higher will receive the match.
Residual Commissions
Healthy Home pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.
A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):
The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.
Healthy Home pays a residual commission each time 400 GV on one side of the binary team is matched with 600 GV on the other.
GV stands for “Group Volume” and is sales volume generated by an affiliate and their downline.
- Affiliates earn a $40 residual commission per match
- Premier and higher ranked affiliates earn a $60 residual commission per match
Again, note Healthy Home does not provide Premier rank qualification criteria on its website.
Note that Healthy Home caps residual commissions at $20,000 a week.
Residual Commission Matching Bonus
Director and higher ranked Healthy Home affiliates earn a Matching Bonus on residual commissions earned by downline affiliates.
Healthy Home pays the residual commission Matching Bonus via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Healthy Home caps the residual commission Matching Bonus at seven unilevel team levels based on rank:
- Directors earn a 10% match on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)
- Premiers earn a 15% match on level 1 and 10% on level 2
- Elites earn a 15% match on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 5% on level 3
- Diamonds earn a 15% mach on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 5% on levels 3 to 5
- Executive Diamonds earn a 15% match on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 5% on levels 3 to 7

Healthy Home pays a $125 bonus if an affiliate has:
- a personal monthly $125 or more a month autoship order
- recruited two affiliates also on a $125 or more a month autoship order
- recruited two affiliates who have also recruited two affiliates on a $125 or more a month autoship order
There is no limit to the amount of $125 autoship bonuses a Healthy Home affiliate can earn.

Healthy Home Conclusion
Healthy Home presents an MLM compensation plan rooted in mandatory product purchases, which inevitably funnels participants into autoship recruitment.
This begins with Healthy Home forcing affiliates to purchase products to qualify for commissions.
Right off the bat, Healthy Home affiliates can purchase commission qualification for up to six months.
Such to the extent products are purchased when affiliates sign up to an MLM company, they should never be attached to commission qualification.
Forced affiliate product purchases leads to inventory loading, wherein affiliates wind up purchasing products to qualify for commissions.
Not surprisingly, they then primarily get paid on recruiting affiliates who do the same.
“Pay to play” schemes are a violation of the FTC Act. With respect to MLM due-diligence, they are also a strong indication of a pyramid scheme.
Healthy Home does have offer retail commissions, and even goes so far as to reward generation of retail sales volume with higher commission rates, but given this can be ignored it comes off as pseudo-compliance.
The most stark area autoship recruitment is focused on over retail sales in Healthy Home is its affiliate rank qualification criteria.
Recruitment and mandatory product orders are part of the criteria, retail sales volume isn’t.
Also note that while Healthy Home’s rank qualification criteria might not specify autoship (meaning products can be ordered manually each month), the autoship bonus clearly financially incentivizes going on autoship and recruiting others who do the same.
Not a problem with equivalent retail sales focus, but based on Healthy Home’s compensation plan that’s not the case here (retail can be entirely ignored).
Although Healthy Home’s compensation plan does indicate reliance on autoship recruitment, if it’s not enough for you prospective affiliates can further verify themselves.
Ask your potential upline how many recruited affiliates they have on autoship. Then ask for their monthly retail sales volume (orders placed by customers who have never signed up as affiliates), and compare.
You’re looking for a rough 50/50 split, preferably weighed in favor of retail sales volume. Anything less and you’ve confirmed that Healthy Home affiliate is running their business as a pyramid scheme.
One last non-regulatory critique I have of Healthy Home’s compensation plan is it Enrollment Packs. Variety is good but at twenty-five there’s simply too many of them.
As to Healthy Home’s products, nothing really stood out to me. To their credit Healthy Home provides an ingredient breakdown of each product so consumers can compare alternative offerings.
I think the Healthy Home is resting more on its formulation blends as opposed to the common ingredients used themselves. Whether that justifies the asking price is something you’ll need to evaluate for yourself.
I’d say that goes for your potential retail customers too but, as previously discussed, I don’t see that being an issue.
Approach with caution.
